本发明为一种低VOC隔音PU白底漆,由主剂、固化剂、稀释剂组成;主剂包括豆油醇酸树脂13~18%,蓖麻油醇酸树脂12~15%,白色浆25~30%,溶剂3~5%,消泡剂0.1~0.2%,流平剂0.1~0.2%,膨润土0.4~0.6%,分散剂 0.1~0.3%,膨胀微球2~3%,滑石粉20~25%,碳酸钙10~15%,硬脂酸锌1~3%,固化剂包括甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)三聚体37~42%,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体 3~6%,甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)‑三羟甲基丙烷加成物32~37%,醋酸丁酯 18~25%。稀释剂包括醋酸丁酯40~50%,二甲苯 20~30%,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯 20~30%。本发明产品除具有普通聚氨酯白底漆的性能外,施工后漆膜具有一定的隔音隔热功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯木器白底漆,具体为一种低VOC隔音PU白底漆。
技术背景
当前,随着人们物质文化生活水平的提高,环保意识越来越强,国家针对溶剂型木器涂料的法律法规要求越来越严,对家具涂装的要求不再局限于一时的装饰性与审美效果,除了要满足国家的法律法规之外,对木门涂装之后功能性提出了更高的要求。而市场上所用的聚氨白底漆,涂装时有大量的voc排放,且只起到填充的作用,无任何功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的降低产品的VOC含量,使施工VOC含量小于200克/升,接近水性涂料VOC限量标准,并使漆膜具有一定的隔音隔热功能,以克服现有技术的存在的上述缺陷。
本发明低VOC隔音PU白底漆,由主剂、固化剂、稀释剂组成,重量份数配比为:主剂:固化剂:稀释剂=100: 30:40。

本发明的制备方法为将所述主剂、固化剂、稀释剂按照各自的组分比例分别搅拌混合即可;获得的主剂、固化剂、稀释剂,使用时按照上述比例混合均匀,即可进行施工,施工方法为本领域常规方法。
本发明从新型原料与产品的配方着手,着眼产品环保性与涂装功能的特殊要求,采用了膨胀微球做填料,因膨胀微球有极小的密度(25kg/m3是普通填料的1%不到),大幅降了产品的密度,从而降低了产品的VOC排放,是普通产品VOC排放量的50%,达到环保目的,并因膨胀微球是中空的微球,改变声波与热能的传导速率,有效地起到了隔音隔热的作用。
本发明与现有技术对比具有如下优点:
1、本发明引入了膨胀微球做填料,因膨胀微球有极小的密度(25kg/m3是普通填料的1%不到),大幅降了产品的密度,从而降低了产品的VOC排放,使施工VOC含量远小于420克/升(免交溶剂税),达到国家要求的VOC排放标准,是普通产品VOC排放量的50%,达到环保目的;
2、本发明引入的膨胀微球是中空的微球,改变声波与热能的传导速率,有效地起到了隔音隔热的作用;
3、本发明引入了较大量甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体快干固化剂保证了漆膜的高燥速度与打磨性,引入的蓖麻油树脂与六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体改善了漆膜韧性极一定的耐黄变性;
4、配方保留了传统PU双组分家具漆的优良装饰效果和保护效果,且易施工,适合有气喷涂、静电喷涂、刷涂等多种施工方式。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低VOC隔音PU白底漆,其特征在于,所述豆油醇酸树脂为70%固含的豆油改性短油醇酸树脂;
所述蓖麻油醇酸树脂为70%固含的豆油改性短油醇酸树脂;
所述溶剂为醋酸丁酯、二甲苯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的一种以上;
所述消泡剂为破泡聚合物;
所述流平剂为为氟改性聚丙烯酸酯;
所述防沉剂为有机膨润土;
所述分散剂为聚酰胺与聚酯混合物;
所述白色浆为国产金红石型钛白研磨的60%钛白含量的色浆;
所述膨胀微球,为已高温膨胀的空心塑料微球;
所述滑石粉、碳酸钙、硬脂酸锌, 为常规产品产品。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种低VOC隔音PU白底漆,其特征在于,重量份数配比为:主剂:固化剂:稀释剂=100:30:40。
