本发明公开了一种水性环保漆及制备方法,由以下质量分数配方成分组成:水性醇酸树脂30~35份、二羟甲基丙酸30~35份、蒸馏水30~35份、丁醚30~35份、立德粉5~10份、炭黑5~10份、氧化铁红5~10份、氧化铁黄5~10份、增稠剂10~15份、HD‑1水溶液10~15份、聚硅氧烷3~4份、聚丙烯酸钠3~4份、聚丙烯酸胺3~4份、钠盐分散剂3~4份、氟碳流平剂1~2份、有机硅流平剂1~2份,本发明的水性环保漆对环境影响小。

一种水性环保漆及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及化工涂料技术领域,具体而言涉及一种水性环保漆及制备方法。
背景技术
涂料对大气的污染主要是由VOC(挥发性有机化合物)造成的。在涂料的生产和施工过程中释放出来VOC总量仅次于汽车尾气而居第二位,占VOC污染量的20’25%,因此减少和控制涂料中VOC的释放,是保护环境的一个必要措施。西方发达国家对VOC的防治起步较早,各国制定了严格的VOC排放标准。我国从20世纪80年代开始也陆续制定了一些环保法规,因此发展和推广低VOC甚至零VOC的环保型涂料是大势所趋。水性涂料用水作稀释剂,可有效降低VOC的排放量。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种水性环保漆及制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种水性环保漆,由以下质量分数配方成分组成:
水性醇酸树脂30~35份、二羟甲基丙酸30~35份、蒸馏水30~35份、丁醚30~35份、立德粉5~10份、炭黑5~10份、氧化铁红5~10份、氧化铁黄5~10份、增稠剂10~15份、HD-1水溶液10~15份、聚硅氧烷3~4份、聚丙烯酸钠3~4份、聚丙烯酸胺3~4份、钠盐分散剂3~4份、氟碳流平剂1~2份、有机硅流平剂1~2份。
进一步,由以下质量分数配方成分组成:
水性醇酸树脂30份、二羟甲基丙酸30份、蒸馏水30份、丁醚30份、立德粉5份、炭黑5份、氧化铁红5份、氧化铁黄5份、增稠剂15份、HD-1水溶液15份、聚硅氧烷3份、聚丙烯酸钠3份、聚丙烯酸胺3份、钠盐分散剂3份、氟碳流平剂1份、有机硅流平剂1份。
进一步,由以下质量分数配方成分组成:
水性醇酸树脂35份、二羟甲基丙酸35份、蒸馏水35份、丁醚35份、立德粉10份、炭黑10份、氧化铁红5~10份、氧化铁黄10份、增稠剂15份、HD-1水溶液15份、聚硅氧烷4份、聚丙烯酸钠4份、聚丙烯酸胺4份、钠盐分散剂4份、氟碳流平剂2份、有机硅流平剂2份。
进一步,由以下质量分数配方成分组成:
水性醇酸树脂33份、二羟甲基丙酸33份、蒸馏水32份、丁醚32份、立德粉8份、炭黑8份、氧化铁红7份、氧化铁黄7份、增稠剂13份、HD-1水溶液13份、聚硅氧烷3份、聚丙烯酸钠4份、聚丙烯酸胺3份、钠盐分散剂4份、氟碳流平剂1份、有机硅流平剂2份。
进一步:本发明制备方法具有如下步骤:
步骤一:将水性醇酸树脂、二羟甲基丙酸、蒸馏水、丁醚加入搅拌釜中,搅拌混合均匀,制成中间混合物1;
步骤三:将立德粉、炭黑、氧化铁红、氧化铁黄加入中间混合物1,使用搅拌机搅拌混合,搅拌时间为30~45分钟,制成中间混合物2;
步骤三,将增稠剂、HD-1水溶液缓慢加入中间混合物2中,混合均匀,制成中间混合物3;
步骤四,将中间混合物3使用1000目的筛子过滤,制成中间混合物4。
步骤五,将中间混合物4、聚硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酸胺、钠盐分散剂、铵盐分散剂氟碳流平剂、有机硅流平剂加入搅拌机中继续搅拌1.5~2小时,制成成品。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的水性环保漆对环境影响小;
本发明的水性环保漆兼有耐热性和防腐蚀性。

实施例二:
一种水性环保漆,由以下质量分数配方成分组成:水性醇酸树脂30份、二羟甲基丙酸30份、蒸馏水30份、丁醚30份、立德粉5份、炭黑5份、氧化铁红5份、氧化铁黄5份、增稠剂15份、HD-1水溶液15份、聚硅氧烷3份、聚丙烯酸钠3份、聚丙烯酸胺3份、钠盐分散剂3份、氟碳流平剂1份、有机硅流平剂1份。
实施例三:
一种水性环保漆,由以下质量分数配方成分组成::

实施例四:
一种水性环保漆,由以下质量分数配方成分组成::

实施例五:
一种水性环保漆其制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将水性醇酸树脂、二羟甲基丙酸、蒸馏水、丁醚加入搅拌釜中,搅拌混合均匀,制成中间混合物1;
步骤三:将立德粉、炭黑、氧化铁红、氧化铁黄加入中间混合物1,使用搅拌机搅拌混合,搅拌时间为30~45分钟,制成中间混合物2;
步骤三,将增稠剂、HD-1水溶液缓慢加入中间混合物2中,混合均匀,制成中间混合物3;
步骤四,将中间混合物3使用1000目的筛子过滤,制成中间混合物4。
步骤五,将中间混合物4、聚硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酸胺、钠盐分散剂、铵盐分散剂氟碳流平剂、有机硅流平剂加入搅拌机中继续搅拌1.5~2小时,制成成品。

水性醇酸树脂30~35份、二羟甲基丙酸30~35份、蒸馏水30~35份、丁醚30~35份、立德粉5~10份、炭黑5~10份、氧化铁红5~10份、氧化铁黄5~10份、增稠剂10~15份、HD-1水溶液10~15份、聚硅氧烷3~4份、聚丙烯酸钠3~4份、聚丙烯酸胺3~4份、钠盐分散剂3~4份、氟碳流平剂1~2份、有机硅流平剂1~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性环保漆,其特征在于:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:
水性醇酸树脂30份、二羟甲基丙酸30份、蒸馏水30份、丁醚30份、立德粉5份、炭黑5份、氧化铁红5份、氧化铁黄5份、增稠剂15份、HD-1水溶液15份、聚硅氧烷3份、聚丙烯酸钠3份、聚丙烯酸胺3份、钠盐分散剂3份、氟碳流平剂1份、有机硅流平剂1份。

水性醇酸树脂33份、二羟甲基丙酸33份、蒸馏水32份、丁醚32份、立德粉8份、炭黑8份、氧化铁红7份、氧化铁黄7份、增稠剂13份、HD-1水溶液13份、聚硅氧烷3份、聚丙烯酸钠4份、聚丙烯酸胺3份、钠盐分散剂4份、氟碳流平剂1份、有机硅流平剂2份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性环保漆的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将水性醇酸树脂、二羟甲基丙酸、蒸馏水、丁醚加入搅拌釜中,搅拌混合均匀,制成中间混合物1;
步骤三:将立德粉、炭黑、氧化铁红、氧化铁黄加入中间混合物1,使用搅拌机搅拌混合,搅拌时间为30~45分钟,制成中间混合物2;
步骤三,将增稠剂、HD-1水溶液缓慢加入中间混合物2中,混合均匀,制成中间混合物3;
步骤四,将中间混合物3使用1000目的筛子过滤,制成中间混合物4。
步骤五,将中间混合物4、聚硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酸胺、钠盐分散剂、铵盐分散剂氟碳流平剂、有机硅流平剂加入搅拌机中继续搅拌1.5~2小时,制成成品。
