本发明涉及一种防霉装饰涂料,其配方重量百分比为:微晶石20~35%、杀菌剂8~10%、氧化铝粉15~18%、碳粉5~8%、聚乙烯13~18%、茶叶粉10~15%、增塑剂8~15%、平滑剂5~8%。采用上述配方加工防霉装饰涂料的加工工艺为:茶叶粉制作→涂料原料制作→防霉剂原料按比例添加增塑剂、平滑剂,充分混合后加适量水搅拌让其稀释,保证其粘稠度,即得到防霉装饰涂料→灌装,入库。本发明防霉装饰涂料,通过在传统涂料中添加茶叶粉,有效抑制装饰完毕,室内产生的甲醛,碳粉有效控制装饰完毕墙壁的霉变,不仅适合新墙体,而防霉涂料且适合长过霉的旧墙体涂装。

本发明属于室内装饰技术领域,具体涉及一种防霉装饰涂料。
背景技术
防霉材料多用于一些阴暗潮湿、不见光的地方,在家庭装饰技术中,使用比较普遍,传统的涂料,涂层受潮后容易脱落,霉变;其新装修完毕的室内内墙,释放出大量有害人体健康的甲醛,直接影响居住者的身体健康。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的是一种有效抑制霉变,防甲醛的防霉装饰涂料。
一种防霉装饰涂料,其配方重量百分比为:
微晶石20~35%、杀菌剂8~10%、氧化铝粉15~18%、碳粉5~8%、聚乙烯13~18%、茶叶粉10~15%、增塑剂8~15%、平滑剂5~8%,各组分之和为100%。
为使得本发明防霉装饰涂料达到更佳的使用效果,所述配方组分中,优选重量百分比为:
微晶石20~30%、杀菌剂9~11%、氧化铝粉15~16%、碳粉7~8%、聚乙烯13~15%、茶叶粉10~12%、增塑剂8~13%、平滑剂5~6%,各组分之和为100%。
进一步的,本发明防霉装饰涂料,其配方最佳优选重量百分比为:
微晶石25%、杀菌剂10%、氧化铝粉15.5%、碳粉7.5%、聚乙烯14%、茶叶粉12%、增塑剂11%、平滑剂5%。
采用上述配方加工防霉装饰涂料的加工工艺为:
(1).茶叶粉制作:采集新鲜茶叶,将其经过杀青、揉捻、烘干、打碎、冷却后得到茶叶粉;
(2). 涂料原料制作:将上述配方中按比例选取杀菌剂、氧化铝粉、碳粉、聚乙烯、茶叶粉搅拌均匀,然后添加微晶石、茶叶粉,搅拌得到防霉剂原料;
(3).将步骤(2)中得到的防霉剂原料按比例添加增塑剂、平滑剂,充分混合后加适量水搅拌让其稀释,保证其粘稠度,即得到防霉装饰涂料。
(4).灌装,入库。
本发明防霉装饰涂料,通过在传统涂料中添加茶叶粉,有效抑制装饰完毕,室内产生的甲醛,碳粉有效控制装饰完毕墙壁的霉变,附着力强,还有一定的透气性,因而施工性能极佳,不仅适合新墙体,而防霉涂料且适合长过霉的旧墙体涂装。

微晶石20~35%、杀菌剂8~10%、氧化铝粉15~18%、碳粉5~8%、聚乙烯13~18%、茶叶粉10~15%、增塑剂8~15%、平滑剂5~8%,各组分之和为100%。
