Abstract

本发明公开了一种建筑室内墙面涂料的配方及制备方法,由水、钛白粉、蜡乳液、山梨醇单硬脂酸酯、白油、鲸蜡、丙二醇、苯丙乳液、二丙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚、聚氨酯树脂、广谱杀菌剂、竹炭因子、PVC树脂粉、纳米碳酸钙、滑石粉、二甲苯、丙烯酸树脂、重质碳酸钙、硬脂酸铝、丁醇组成。与现有技术相比,本发明的成品为水性墙面涂料,采用竹炭因子,能够吸附自带的有害物质和空气中的有害物质,采用多种树脂材料,能够有效的起到粘性强,防脱落,防潮、杀菌的效果,环保科学,利于人体健康,无异味,具有推广应用的价值。

一种建筑室内墙面涂料的配方及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种墙面漆,尤其涉及一种建筑室内墙面涂料的配方及制备方法。
背景技术
墙面漆即面漆,也就是人们常说的乳胶漆,是家庭装修中用于墙面的主要的饰材之一。在基础装修费用中占相当的比例。选择优质的墙面漆是非常重要的,为了达到粘结的目的,墙面漆的主要成分为甲醛,能够牢固的粘合到墙壁上。在我国,人们习惯上把合成树脂乳液为基料,以水为分散介质,加入颜料、填料(亦称体质颜料)和助剂,经一定工艺过程制成的涂料,叫做乳胶漆,也叫乳胶涂料。现有技术中,乳胶漆的异味大,喷涂后短时间内对人体会有一定的伤害,如甲醛等,而且涂料容易脱落,不耐脏等问题,因此,需要一种新的墙面涂料诞生。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种建筑室内墙面涂料的配方及制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明的配方由水、钛白粉、蜡乳液、山梨醇单硬脂酸酯、白油、鲸蜡、丙二醇、苯丙乳液、二丙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚 、聚氨酯树脂、广谱杀菌剂、竹炭因子、PVC树脂粉、纳米碳酸钙、滑石粉、二甲苯、丙烯酸树脂、重质碳酸钙、硬脂酸铝、丁醇组成。
作为优选,按重量比,所述水占20%、所述钛白粉占13%、所述蜡乳液占8%、所述山梨醇单硬脂酸酯占0.1%、所述白油占2%、所述鲸蜡占5%、所述丙二醇占1%、所述苯丙乳液占10%、所述二丙二醇丁醚占0.2%、所述二丙二醇甲醚占0.2% 、所述聚氨酯树脂占0.4%、所述广谱杀菌剂占0.4%、所述竹炭因子占0.2%、所述PVC树脂粉占14%、所述纳米碳酸钙占0.1%、所述滑石粉占10%、所述二甲苯占0.1%、所述丙烯酸树脂占15%、所述重质碳酸钙占0.1%、所述硬脂酸铝占0.1%、所述丁醇占0.1%。
本发明的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将钛白粉、竹炭因子、PVC树脂粉、纳米碳酸钙、滑石粉过筛,放入搅拌机中加入水进行搅拌,过程中依次加入蜡乳液、山梨醇单硬脂酸酯、白油、鲸蜡、丙二醇、苯丙乳液、二丙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚 、聚氨酯树脂、广谱杀菌剂,加入后充分搅拌混合均匀,再加入二甲苯、丙烯酸树脂、重质碳酸钙、硬脂酸铝、丁醇;再次进行充分搅拌,静置1小时后再次搅拌,再次静置1小时,反复静置和搅拌3遍,最后搅拌混合均匀即得成品。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一种建筑室内墙面涂料的配方及制备方法,与现有技术相比,本发明的成品为水性墙面涂料,采用竹炭因子,能够吸附自带的有害物质和空气中的有害物质,采用多种树脂材料,能够有效的起到粘性强,防脱落,防潮、杀菌的效果,环保科学,利于人体健康,无异味,具有推广应用的价值。

本发明的配方由水、钛白粉、蜡乳液、山梨醇单硬脂酸酯、白油、鲸蜡、丙二醇、苯丙乳液、二丙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚 、聚氨酯树脂、广谱杀菌剂、竹炭因子、PVC树脂粉、纳米碳酸钙、滑石粉、二甲苯、丙烯酸树脂、重质碳酸钙、硬脂酸铝、丁醇组成。

本发明的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将钛白粉、竹炭因子、PVC树脂粉、纳米碳酸钙、滑石粉过筛,放入搅拌机中加入水进行搅拌,过程中依次加入蜡乳液、山梨醇单硬脂酸酯、白油、鲸蜡、丙二醇、苯丙乳液、二丙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚 、聚氨酯树脂、广谱杀菌剂,加入后充分搅拌混合均匀,再加入二甲苯、丙烯酸树脂、重质碳酸钙、硬脂酸铝、丁醇;再次进行充分搅拌,静置1小时后再次搅拌,再次静置1小时,反复静置和搅拌3遍,最后搅拌混合均匀即得成品。

1.一种建筑室内墙面涂料的配方,其特征在于:由水、钛白粉、蜡乳液、山梨醇单硬脂酸酯、白油、鲸蜡、丙二醇、苯丙乳液、二丙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚 、聚氨酯树脂、广谱杀菌剂、竹炭因子、PVC树脂粉、纳米碳酸钙、滑石粉、二甲苯、丙烯酸树脂、重质碳酸钙、硬脂酸铝、丁醇组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑室内墙面涂料的配方,其特征在于:按重量比,所述水占20%、所述钛白粉占13%、所述蜡乳液占8%、所述山梨醇单硬脂酸酯占0.1%、所述白油占2%、所述鲸蜡占5%、所述丙二醇占1%、所述苯丙乳液占10%、所述二丙二醇丁醚占0.2%、所述二丙二醇甲醚占0.2% 、所述聚氨酯树脂占0.4%、所述广谱杀菌剂占0.4%、所述竹炭因子占0.2%、所述PVC树脂粉占14%、所述纳米碳酸钙占0.1%、所述滑石粉占10%、所述二甲苯占0.1%、所述丙烯酸树脂占15%、所述重质碳酸钙占0.1%、所述硬脂酸铝占0.1%、所述丁醇占0.1%。
3.一种建筑室内墙面涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将钛白粉、竹炭因子、PVC树脂粉、纳米碳酸钙、滑石粉过筛,放入搅拌机中加入水进行搅拌,过程中依次加入蜡乳液、山梨醇单硬脂酸酯、白油、鲸蜡、丙二醇、苯丙乳液、二丙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚 、聚氨酯树脂、广谱杀菌剂,加入后充分搅拌混合均匀,再加入二甲苯、丙烯酸树脂、重质碳酸钙、硬脂酸铝、丁醇;再次进行充分搅拌,静置1小时后再次搅拌,再次静置1小时,反复静置和搅拌3遍,最后搅拌混合均匀即得成品。
