背景技术
随着科学技术的不断提高,包装行业所涉及的领域也越来越多。但是普通的打包带的强度较差,经常会发生打包带断裂或者变形的现象,且现有的打包带拉断力较小,承重能力差,实际使用效果较差,易产生静电、易断裂、抗变性能差、使用寿命短的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,使用寿命长,弹性回复好,强度高,耐水性好,耐化学性强质轻柔软的特点,而且使用方便,成本低廉的抗静电耐挤压防断裂打包带。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种抗静电耐挤压防断裂打包带,其特征是,由以下各组分按重量份制备而成:聚丙烯拉丝树脂100份、聚乙烯辛烯共聚弹性体12-18份、改性沥青10-20份、防静电剂5-15份、芳烃油5-8份、分散剂0.5-1.5份、聚乙炔4-6份、碳纤维8-12份、硅烷偶联剂1-5份、C5树脂0.8-1.4份、抗氧剂1-5份。
该打包带的厚度为0.05-0.12cm。
所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
所述防静电剂为离子导电性高分子型防静电剂。
本发明采用的聚丙烯,其结晶度高,结构规整,因而具有优良的力学性能。聚丙烯力学性能的绝对值高于聚乙烯,但在塑料材料中仍属于偏低的品种,其拉伸强度仅可达到30 MPa或稍高的水平。改性沥青是掺加橡胶、树脂、高分子聚合物、磨细的橡胶粉或其他填料等外掺剂(改性剂),或采取对沥青轻度氧化加工等措施,使沥青或沥青混合料的性能得以改善制成的沥青结合料。改性沥青其机理有两种,一是改变沥青化学组成,二是使改性剂均匀分布于沥青中形成一定的空间网络结构。
聚乙烯辛烯共聚弹性体是一种塑料材料,它适合热塑性成型加工的各种成型工艺,成型加工性好。防静电剂是一种具有防静电性能的表面处理剂,其主要作用就是防止产生静电,并且消散静电,能显著降低喷涂制品的表面电阻,防静电高效持久。
分散剂是一种在分子内同时具有亲油性和亲水性两种相反性质的界面活性剂。芳烃油具有良好的橡胶相容性,耐高温、低挥发等特点,能显著改善橡胶的加工性能,可以增强橡胶产品的抗风化、氧化、磨擦、衰老程度,同时能帮助胶料中填充剂的混合和分散。
本发明制得的打包带结构简单,节能环保,造价低,强度高,抗断裂性能高,防静电效果好,在生产过程中无有害物质,包带不粘连,柔软度、强度和韧性高,具有广阔市场空间。
