本发明提供了一种高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管,包括内层、外层、粘接胶层和阻氧层,所述的内层包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:0‑1份、含氟聚合物:5‑10份、聚合物基体:100份;所述的外层包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:1‑10份、聚合物基体:100份;所述的粘接胶层包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:0.5‑0.8份、热熔胶:100份。本发明所述的高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管导热系数有了大幅度的提高;同时粘接胶层的热稳定性也有所提高。在内层加入含氟聚合物可以使管道内壁光滑而不易结垢。

技术领域
本发明属于地面辐射采暖用地暖管领域,尤其是涉及一种高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管。
背景技术
在地面辐射采暖系统中,主要用到的管材的材质有PE-X、PERT、PB等,而目前市场上地暖系统所用的普通塑料管材,它们都存在一定程度的透氧性。在采暖系统中,水中的氧气会严重腐蚀采暖系统中的锅炉,散热器;同时氧气进入管道会滋生细菌,最后在管壁形成生物粘泥,大大降低管道的导热效率。于是,市面上出现了带有阻氧层的地暖管。
随着人们对采暖系统的要求不断提高,各种功能型地暖管便应用而生。其中,石墨烯具有极高导热系数,单层石墨烯的导热系数可达5300W/m.K,近年来逐渐被用于散热等方面,在散热片中嵌入石墨烯或数层石墨烯可使得其局部热点温度大幅下降。同时,石墨烯/聚合物复合材料的高导热性能的研究也越来越受到科研人员的重视,有研究表明,聚合物中加入5%的石墨烯后,复合材料的导热系数比聚合物本体高出4倍。同时,石墨烯的加入能够有效提高聚合物的热降解温度,提高聚合物的耐高温性能,使由石墨烯制备的聚合物复合材料可以在较高温度下使用。
与此同时,在地暖管的加工过程中,管道的内壁会出现表面粗糙现象而使管内壁不光滑,在实际运行过程中,会降低管道内热水流动速率,也会使水中的一些微生物附着,最终形成微生物粘泥。
目前,三层或五层阻氧地暖管的功能只有阻氧功能,而没有高导热以及防垢功能。市场上的石墨烯管并没有对石墨烯在管道内的复合进行优化配置,不能在较少的添加量下达到最好的导热效果。

有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管,以解决阻氧管导热效率低下、不耐高温以及管材内壁表面不光滑的缺点。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管,包括内层、外层、粘接胶层和阻氧层,所述的内层包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:0-1份、含氟聚合物:5-10份、聚合物基体:100份;所述的外层包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:1-10份、聚合物基体:100份;所述的粘接胶层包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:0.5-0.8份、热熔胶:100份。上述各步需要将改性氧化石墨烯与树脂基体混合均匀后再经过双螺杆挤出机造粒。
进一步的,所述改性氧化石墨烯由包括如下步骤制备而得:将氧化石墨烯分散在溶剂中超声分散1-2h,得到氧化石墨烯胶体,在机械搅拌下在氧化石墨烯中加入表面改性剂,在60-90℃反应4-5h后,然后去离子水洗涤数次,干燥后研磨过筛即得改性氧化石墨烯。
进一步的,所述溶剂为水、丙酮、氯仿、四氢呋喃(THF)、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)或甲苯。
进一步的,所述表面改性剂为有机胺、硅烷偶联剂、十六烷基溴化铵、异氰酸酯或二异氰酸酯化合物。
进一步的,所述含氟聚合物为乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物、聚四氟乙烯、氟化乙丙共聚物、全氟烷氧基树脂、聚氯三氟乙烯、乙烯一氯三氟乙烯共聚合物、聚偏氟乙烯、聚氟乙烯中一种或两种以上的混合物。
进一步的,所述聚合物基体为耐热聚乙烯(PERT)、聚丁烯(PB)或交联聚乙烯(PEX)。
进一步的,所述阻氧层为EVOH阻氧层。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管具有以下优势:
本发明所述的高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管内层由含氟聚合物/聚合物基体或改性氧化石墨烯/含氟聚合物/聚合物基体复合材料组成;内层通过第一粘接胶层连接阻氧层,为了适应耐高温要求,对热熔胶也进行了氧化石墨烯复合改性处理;阻氧层通过第二粘接胶层连接外层;外层由改性氧化石墨烯/聚合物基体复合材料组成。在地暖管的内层、粘接层、外层加入的改性氧化石墨烯含量并不相同,在达到最好导热性能的同时,其改性氧化石墨烯的用量尽可能的少。
本发明在现有技术中的阻氧管的基础上,用表面改性后的氧化石墨烯对管道的内层、粘接胶层、外层都进行了复合改性,使管材的导热系数有了大幅度的提高;同时粘接胶层的热稳定性也有所提高。在内层加入含氟聚合物可以使管道内壁光滑而不易结垢。

具体实施方式
除有定义外,以下实施例中所用的技术术语具有与本发明所属领域技术人员普遍理解的相同含义。以下实施例中所用的试验试剂,如无特殊说明,均为常规生化试剂;所述实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
下面结合实施例及附图来详细说明本发明。
如图1所示,一种五层的高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管,由内向外依次设置的内层1、EVOH阻氧层3、外层5组成,内层1通过第一粘接胶层2与EVOH阻氧层3粘接,EVOH阻氧层3通过第二粘接胶层4与外层5粘接。
实施例1
五层的高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管的内层1、外层5、第一粘接胶层2和第二粘接胶层4中均使用了经过表面改性的氧化石墨烯,该氧化石墨烯由如下步骤制备而得:将氧化石墨烯分散在DMF中超声分散1h,得到氧化石墨烯胶体,在机械搅拌下在氧化石墨烯中加入有机胺,在90℃反应4个小时后,然后去离子水洗涤2-3次,干燥后研磨过筛即得改性氧化石墨烯。
其中:内层1包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:0.5份、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物:5份、PERT:100份;所述的外层5包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:1份、PERT:100份;所述的第一粘接胶层2和第二粘接胶层4包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:0.5份、热熔胶:100份。
该阻氧地暖管采用五层共挤工艺制备规格为D20S4.0的管材,其温度控制和速度控制等与现有技术类似。
制得的五层的高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管的导热率为0.73W/m·K,且制得的管材内壁光滑。
实施例2
本实施例所用改性石墨烯的制备与实施例1相同。
其中:内层1包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:1份、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物:10份、PERT:100份;所述的外层5包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:5份、PERT:100份;所述的第一粘接胶层2和第二粘接胶层4包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:0.8份、热熔胶:100份。
该阻氧地暖管采用五层共挤工艺制备规格为D20S4.0的管材,其温度控制和速度控制等与现有技术类似。
制得的五层的高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管的导热率为0.98W/m·K,且制得的管材内壁比实施例1制得的管材更光滑。
实施例3
五层的高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管的内层1、外层5、第一粘接胶层2和第二粘接胶层4中均使用了经过表面改性的氧化石墨烯,该氧化石墨烯由如下步骤制备而得:将氧化石墨烯分散在无水乙醇中超声分散1h,得到氧化石墨烯胶体,在机械搅拌下在氧化石墨烯中加入硅烷偶联剂KH560,在60℃反应4h后,然后去离子水洗涤2-3次,干燥后研磨过筛即得改性氧化石墨烯。
其中:内层1包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:0.5份、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物:5份、PERT:100份;所述的外层5包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:1份、PERT:100份;所述的第一粘接胶层2和第二粘接胶层4包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:0.5份、热熔胶:100份。
该阻氧地暖管采用五层共挤工艺制备规格为D20S4.0的管材,其温度控制和速度控制等与现有技术类似。
制得的五层的高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管的导热率为0.68W/m·K,同时制得的管材内壁光滑。
实施例4
本实施例所用改性石墨烯的制备与实施例3相同。
其中:内层1包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:1份、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物:10份、PERT:100份;所述的外层5包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:5份、PERT:100份;所述的第一粘接胶层2和第二粘接胶层4包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:0.8份、热熔胶:100份。
该阻氧地暖管采用五层共挤工艺制备规格为D20S4.0的管材,其温度控制和速度控制等与现有技术类似。
制得的五层的高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管的导热率为0.83W/m·K,且制得的管材内壁更光滑。
实施例5
五层的高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管的内层1、外层5、第一粘接胶层2和第二粘接胶层4中均使用了经过表面改性的氧化石墨烯,该氧化石墨烯由如下步骤制备而得:将氧化石墨烯分散在水中中超声分散1-2h,得到氧化石墨烯胶体,在机械搅拌下在氧化石墨烯中加入十六烷基溴化铵,在80℃反应5个小时后,然后去离子水洗涤数次,干燥后即得改性氧化石墨烯。
其中:内层1包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:1份、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物:10份、PERT:100份;所述的外层5包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:10份、PERT:100份;所述的第一粘接胶层2和第二粘接胶层4包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:0.8份、热熔胶:100份。
该阻氧地暖管采用五层共挤工艺制备规格为D20S4.0的管材,其温度控制和速度控制等与现有技术类似。
制得的五层的高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管的导热率为1.02W/m·K,且制得的管材内壁光滑。
本发明的由改性氧化石墨烯复合制备的高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管,相对于未添加改性石墨烯的阻氧地暖管,其导热率提高在83%-175%之间;内壁的光滑程度有较大提升,而且力学性能也大幅增加。

Claims (7)
1.一种高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管,其特征在于:所述阻氧地暖管包括内层、外层、粘接胶层和阻氧层,所述的内层包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:0-1份、含氟聚合物:5-10份、聚合物基体:100份;所述的外层包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:1-10份、聚合物基体:100份;所述的粘接胶层包括如下重量份数的组分:改性氧化石墨烯:0.5-0.8份、热熔胶:100份。
2.权利要求1所述的高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管,其特征在于:所述改性氧化石墨烯由包括如下步骤制备而得:将氧化石墨烯分散在溶剂中超声分散1-2h,得到氧化石墨烯胶体,在机械搅拌下在氧化石墨烯中加入表面改性剂,在60-90℃反应4-5h后,然后去离子水洗涤数次,干燥后研磨过筛即得改性氧化石墨烯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管,其特征在于:所述溶剂为水、丙酮、氯仿、四氢呋喃、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺或甲苯。
4.根据权利要求2所述的高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管,其特征在于:所述表面改性剂为有机胺、硅烷偶联剂、十六烷基溴化铵或异氰酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管,其特征在于:所述含氟聚合物为乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物、聚四氟乙烯、氟化乙丙共聚物、全氟烷氧基树脂、聚氯三氟乙烯、乙烯一氯三氟乙烯共聚合物、聚偏氟乙烯、聚氟乙烯中一种或两种以上的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管,其特征在于:所述聚合物基体为耐热聚乙烯、聚丁烯或交联聚乙烯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高导热防垢功能型阻氧地暖管,其特征在于:所述阻氧层为EVOH阻氧层。
