本发明公开了一种异壬酸原药、制剂及其制备方法,属于农药除草剂技术领域。所述异壬酸原药通过异壬酸和胆碱在碱性水环境中反应,得到反应液,再将反应液经过减压浓缩、降温结晶、洗涤烘干得到。本发明的异壬酸原药与现有技术中的异壬酸相比,本发明的异壬酸胆碱原药除了具有与异壬酸相同的效力和环保优势,还具有挥发性低,扩散漂移少,易于操作和混配,物化性质稳定,且纯度高,可用于配置不同类型的制剂,生产过程、使用过程中无粉尘,无三废排放,对环境的污染小,对生产者和使用者危害也小,安全系数高,规模化应用价值更高。

背景技术
异壬酸是一种非选择性、无残留灭生性除草剂,对多年生根杂草非常有效,广泛用于橡胶、桑、茶、果园及甘蔗地。异壬酸最初应用于橡胶园防除茅草及其他杂草,可使橡胶树提早 1 年割胶,老橡胶树增产,现逐步推广用于林业、果园、桑园、茶园,稻麦、水稻和油菜轮作地等地方。各种杂草对异壬酸的敏感程度不同,因而用药量也不同,如稗、狗尾草、看麦娘、牛筋草、马唐、猪殃殃等一年生杂草,用药量以有效成分计为 6 ~10.5g/100m ;车前子、小飞蓬、鸭跖草等用药量以有效成分计为11.4 ~15g/100m ;白茅、硬骨草、芦苇等用药量以有效成分计则需18~30g/100m。异壬酸一般对水使用,对杂草茎叶均匀定向喷雾。
目前异壬酸的主要剂型为其水剂,水剂虽然属于环境友好型剂型,但是普遍含量偏低,增加了运输、包装成本。如今市场需求日益丰富,产品竞争日益剧烈,开发出其更好的剂型势在必得。据了解,有关异壬酸胆碱原药及其制剂的技术目前还未见报道。

本发明旨在解决现有技术中异壬酸的运输不方便,包装成本高的技术问题,提供一种异壬酸胆碱原药,该原药与异壬酸药效相当,但比异壬酸更加环保、挥发性低,扩散漂移少,易于操作和混配。

本发明的目的之三是提供所述异壬酸胆碱原药的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤为将异壬酸和胆碱在碱性水环境中反应,得到反应液,再将反应液经过减压浓缩、降温结晶、洗涤烘干,得到所述异壬酸胆碱原药。
上述方法中,所述在碱性水环境中反应的温度为45~55℃,时间为15~65min,碱性水溶性中的pH值为8~12,该参数的设置可避免反应产物分解,使整个反应更加充分。
上述方法中,所述异壬酸与胆碱的摩尔比为1:0.95~1.5。
上述方法中,所述减压浓缩是指在-0.08~-0.09Mpa 的压力下将水剂浓缩至沸点为125~135℃,以降低沸点,提高反应速度和效率,防止产物分解。
上述方法中,所述降温结晶是指反应液温度降至40~50℃,使其结晶。
本发明的目的之四是提供所述异壬酸胆碱制剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤为:将按配方称取的异壬酸胆碱原药和助剂进行混合,用水补足后,在50~60℃下搅拌30~60min,降至室温,即得到所述异壬酸胆碱水剂,通过升高温度,提高原药和助剂的溶解性,使原药和助剂充分混合。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)与现有技术中的异壬酸相比,本发明的异壬酸胆碱原药除了具有与异壬酸相同的效力和环保优势,还具有挥发性低,扩散漂移少,易于操作和混配,物化性质稳定,且纯度高,可用于配置不同类型的制剂,生产过程、使用过程中无粉尘,无三废排放,对环境的污染小,对生产者和使用者危害也小,安全系数高,规模化应用价值更高。
(2)经所述异壬酸胆碱制得的异壬酸胆碱制剂不变质、不变形,稳定性更高。
(3)本发明中的异壬酸胆碱原药的制备方法具有操作简单,能够有效提高产品稳定性和反应物的收率的优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步地详细说明,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
一种异壬酸胆碱原药的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
在装有搅拌、冷却和减压蒸馏装置的 1L 反应器中加入 1389g 胆碱水溶液 ( 胆碱含量为50%) 和1000g 异壬酸原药( 含量97%),搅拌使其反应,反应过程中放出热量,反应温度很快升至45℃,继续搅拌并46~50℃恒温反应30min,所得水溶液可作为异壬酸胆碱水剂,将此水剂经过处理制备异壬酸胆碱原药,反应液处理过程为:将反应液在-0.08~-0.09Mpa的压力下进行浓缩,浓缩至沸点为125℃时停止,然后将温度降至40℃进行结晶,结晶后过滤、洗涤、并在60℃下烘干,得异壬酸胆碱原药1591g,原药中异壬酸胆碱含量为98.1%。
实施例2
一种异壬酸胆碱原药的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
在装有搅拌、冷却和减压蒸馏装置的1L 反应器中加入1192g 胆碱水溶液 ( 胆碱含量为60%)和1000g 异壬酸原药(含量97%),搅拌使其反应,反应过程中放出热量,反应温度很快升至45℃,继续搅拌并 47~51℃恒温反应 35min,所得水溶液可作为异壬酸胆碱水剂,将水剂经过处理制备异壬酸胆碱原药,反应液处理过程为:将反应液在-0.08~-0.09Mpa的压力下进行浓缩,浓缩至沸 点为 130℃时停止,然后将温度降至 45℃进行结晶,结晶后过滤、洗涤、 并在60℃下烘干,得异壬酸胆碱原药1609g,原药中异壬酸胆碱含量为98.0%。
实施例3
一种异壬酸胆碱原药的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
在装有搅拌、冷却和减压蒸馏装置的 1L 反应器中加入1041g胆碱水溶液 ( 胆碱含量为70%)和1000g异壬酸原药(含量97%),搅拌使其反应,反应过程中放出热量,反应温度很快升至45℃,继续搅拌并48~52℃恒温反应45min,所得水溶液可作为异壬酸胆碱水剂,将此水剂经过处理制备异壬酸胆碱原药,反应液处理过程为:将反应液在-0.08~-0.09Mpa的压力下进行浓缩,浓缩至沸点为130℃时停止,然后将温度降至50℃进行结晶,结晶后过滤、洗涤、60℃烘干,得异壬酸胆碱原药1625g,原药中异壬酸胆碱含量为97.8%。
实施例4~实施例9
按照实施例1的方法,进行异壬酸胆碱原药的制备,各参数如下表1:
实施例10
一种异壬酸胆碱制剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
取实施例1制得的异壬酸胆碱原药85%(815g),脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚12.5%,用水补足至100%,将各组分在52~58℃保温搅拌 45min,降温后,得到纯度为80%异壬酸胆碱水剂。
实施例11
一种异壬酸胆碱制剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
配方为(wt%) :异壬酸胆碱 55%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10.0%,水余量。
取 561g 实施例1制得的异壬酸胆碱原药( 含量为98.1%),按配比加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,用水补足至 100%,将各组分在 53~57℃保温搅拌 20min,降温后放料制 得55% 异壬酸胆碱水剂。
实施例12
一种异壬酸胆碱制剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
配方为(wt%) :配方为(wt%) :异壬酸胆碱 60%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 15%,水余量。
取612g 实施例1制得的异壬酸胆碱原药(含量为98.1%),按配比加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,用水补足至100%,将各组分在 54~58℃保温搅拌40min,降温后放料制得60% 异壬酸胆碱水剂。
实施例13~19
按照实施例10的方法制备异壬酸胆碱制剂,各参数如下表2:
实施例20
将实施例1~实施例9制得的原药进行编号分别为:1-1,1-2,1-3,1-4,1-5,1-6,1-7,1-8,1-9。将各原药进行性能测试,结果如下表3:

将实施例10~实施例19制得的制剂进行编号,分别为2-1,2-2,2-3,2-4,2-5,2-6,2-7,2-8,2-9,将各制剂进行药效研究,有效成分用量均为2000g/公顷,并做一个空白组,不使用本发明的制剂,用量如下表4:
1、试验区域划分
将试验区按照下表划分为40 个试验小区,每个试验小区的面积为30~50m2,每个试验小区按标记组别分别施用上述表4 中所述的药剂,1-1,1-2,1-3,1-4均施用上表4中的1号药剂,其他试验区编号规则同理,试验区情况见下表5:
2施药当天天气情况
施药当日少云,平均气温25.6℃,相对湿度71%,无降水过程,施药后2-10天,以晴天和多云天气为主,其中2天有降水过程,总降雨量33.9mm,气温25.8~30.1℃,相对湿度66-72%。试验地为红壤土,pH5.6 左右。
3 施药方法
杂草叶面喷雾法施药,使用新加坡JactoHD400型手动背负喷雾器,每公顷兑药液675升。
4 药效计算方法
试验药后30天后进行株数调查,调查各处理区存活杂草株数,统计记录。药效计算公式如下:
并用邓肯氏新复极差( DMRT ) 法分析差异显著性。
5 结果
每天对试验区内的杂草进行定点观察,药后3-7天有的杂草心叶开始失绿,7-10天停止生长,之后开始萎蔫、枯黄直至死亡,施药后致杂草枯萎死亡为7-20天。药后30天后杂草防除情况见下表6,表6药剂编号与表4相同。
注:表中数据均为多次重复的平均值。
从上述数据可以看出,各个制剂按照2000克/公顷用量可以有效防除田间各类杂草,药效显著。

1.一种异壬酸胆碱原药,其特征在于:其结构式为:

2.如权利要求1所述的一种异壬酸胆碱原药,其特征在于:所述助剂为烷酰胺基牛磺酸盐、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯脂肪胺、乙氧基蓖麻油、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚 (PO-EO)、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯羧酸盐、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、环氧乙烷 - 环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、苯乙烯聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵盐、烷基联苯醚二磺酸镁盐和三乙醇胺盐中的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种异壬酸胆碱原药,其特征在于:所述助剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种异壬酸胆碱原药的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤为将异壬酸和胆碱在碱性水环境中反应,得到反应液,再将反应液经过减压浓缩、降温结晶、洗涤烘干,得到所述异壬酸胆碱原药。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种异壬酸胆碱原药的制备方法,其特征在于:所述在碱性水环境中反应的温度为45~55℃,时间为15~65min,碱性水溶性中的pH值为8~12。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种异壬酸胆碱原药的制备方法,其特征在于:所述异壬酸与胆碱的摩尔比为1:0.95~1.5。
7.如权利要求4所述的一种异壬酸胆碱原药的制备方法,其特征在于:所述减压浓缩是指在-0.08~-0.09Mpa 的压力下将水剂浓缩至沸点为125~135℃。
8.如权利要求4所述的一种异壬酸胆碱原药的制备方法,其特征在于:所述降温结晶是指反应液温度降至40~50℃,使其结晶。
9.一种异壬酸胆碱制剂,其特征在于:包括重量百分比为5~95%的异壬酸胆碱,助剂5~25%,余量为水。
10.如权利要求4所述的一种异壬酸胆碱制剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤为:将按配方称取的所述异壬酸胆碱原药和助剂进行混合,用水补足后,在50~60℃下搅拌30~60min,降至室温,即得到所述异壬酸胆碱水剂。
