Organic fertilizer is prepared from facility vegetable straws, for example, waste straws of crops such as eggplants, hot peppers and the like contain a large amount of white garbage such as plastic ropes, films and the like for planting, and although part of the plastic garbage is removed through pretreatment after straw crushing, the organic fertilizer cannot be completely removed due to the physical characteristics and humidity conditions after straw crushing. At present, no research technology and equipment for plastic removal of fermented materials of the crops exist in China, and the fermented materials cannot be thoroughly removed at one time.
The fermented materials still contain a large amount of plastic wastes, so that the quality of the organic fertilizer is influenced, and even secondary pollution is possible, so that the fermented materials cannot be directly used for a packaging production line. But after a period of fermentation, the water content of the fermentation material is reduced, most of the fermentation material is changed into powder, the plastic garbage which cannot be degraded and the fermentation material are further separated, the main diameter part of the crop straw is close to a wood structure, and the crop straw cannot be thoroughly decomposed even in a fermentation period after being crushed and needs to be cleaned.

7) screening the converged materials by a No. 2 drum screening machine, and conveying finished materials to a finished product area by a secondary screening discharge belt conveyor to wait for material mixing operation; separating the plastic products from the materials at a feed opening of a No. 2 drum type screening machine by a No. 2 plastic winnowing machine; conveying the materials to a crusher through a secondary screening coarse material belt conveyor after blow molding;
8) the crushed material reaches the requirement of the finished product and is converged by a crushing discharge belt conveyor and a secondary screening discharge belt conveyor.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the crushed straw raw materials are subjected to twice plastic cleaning and sorting, and are matched with a plastic cleaning and kneading machine to be crushed by the crusher, so that the facility vegetable straws can be subjected to plastic cleaning and kneading after fermentation and converted into finished products, plastic garbage and the like can be utilized, and large stalks are returned to the pool for fermentation.

9) the crushed material meets the requirements of finished products and is converged with a secondary screening discharge belt conveyor 8 through a crushing discharge belt conveyor 13.
