Abstract
本发明提供一种生物活性矿物粉体齿间保健线刷,包括握持部、本体部和牙线体;本体部与握持部相连接,牙线体设置于本体部的一侧,牙线体上设置有涂覆层。涂覆层的有效成分包括生物活性矿物粉体、聚赖氨酸、透明质酸钠、壳聚糖、磷酸盐、石蜡、蜂蜡、香精和精油。利用本发明的齿间线刷进行牙齿清洁护理,具有如下优点:1、齿间线刷中间较细,便于向齿间插入或取出,且不损伤牙体及牙龈;2、齿间线刷从中间向两边逐渐变成蓬松粗状,有利于彻底清洁牙体牙龈上的隐藏污渍,有利于功效成分充分接触且不损伤牙体牙龈,不扩大齿间间隙;3、齿间线刷上负载的生物活性矿物粉体等功效成分,充分发挥产品的抗菌抑菌,促进牙龈微缺损的愈合以及固齿护龈等功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种牙齿清洁护理用具,具体地说,涉及一种生物活性矿物粉体齿间保健线刷及其应用。
背景技术
随着生活水平与保健意识的提高,为了拥有一口健康及洁白的牙齿,现代人越来越关注个人口腔卫生。基本的口腔清洁维护方式即从刷牙开始,而餐后的刷牙习惯,更是有助于提升洁牙保健的效果,由于人体口腔时时与外界空气或食物接触,口腔内常常会有细菌滋生,容易造成牙齿被细菌侵害而蛀牙,很多人开始习惯于饭后刷牙或利用牙线、牙线棒等护齿用品来清洁保健牙齿。
目前市面上的牙线棒难以达到彻底清洁牙缝中食物残垢的目的,且无法改善口腔内的气味,因此已知的牙线棒对于牙齿清洁护理及口气清新难以兼顾。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有牙齿保健及口气清新功能的新型生物活性矿物粉体齿间保健线刷。
本发明的另一目的是提供齿间保健线刷在牙齿清洁护理中的应用。
为了实现本发明目的,本发明的生物活性矿物粉体齿间保健线刷,包括握持部、本体部和牙线体;其中,所述本体部与所述握持部相连接,所述牙线体设置于所述本体部的一侧,所述牙线体上设置有涂覆层。其结构见图1。
所述涂覆层的有效成分包括生物活性矿物粉体、聚赖氨酸、透明质酸钠、壳聚糖、磷酸盐、石蜡、蜂蜡、香精和精油。具有上述涂覆物的齿间保健线刷可有效清洁牙齿缝隙,配方中含有的生物活性矿物粉体和聚赖氨酸,可以充分发挥抗菌抑菌功效;配方中含有的透明质酸钠和壳聚糖,可以及时修复牙齿缝隙间的牙龈微缺损,保护牙龈,防止牙龈损伤的累积造成牙龈红肿、出血甚至牙龈萎缩;配方中含有的磷酸盐成分,可以促进生物活性矿物粉体在牙齿缝隙处的再矿化,其共同释放的钙磷离子沉积在牙体微缺损处,形成有牙釉质成分一致的羟基磷灰石,及时修复牙体微缺损,起到固齿护龈的功效。而现有的齿间清洁护理工具性能相对较为简单,仅起到清洁的效果。
所述涂覆层包括如下重量份的各组分:生物活性矿物粉体1-50份、聚赖氨酸0.001-0.1份、透明质酸钠0.01-0.1份、壳聚糖0.01-0.1份、磷酸盐1-15份、石蜡10-80份、蜂蜡10-80份、香精0.01-1份和精油0.01-1份。
优选地,所述涂覆层包括如下重量份的各组分:生物活性矿物粉体1-35份、聚赖氨酸0.001-0.05份、透明质酸钠0.01-0.05份、壳聚糖0.01-0.05份、磷酸盐1-15份、石蜡10-80份、蜂蜡10-80份、香精0.01-1份和精油0.01-1份。
最优选地,所述涂覆层包括如下重量份的各组分:生物活性矿物粉体25份、聚赖氨酸0.02份、透明质酸钠0.2份、壳聚糖0.2份、磷酸盐5份、石蜡30份、蜂蜡39份、香精0.2份和精油0.2份。
所述牙线体的材料选自尼龙、聚四氟乙烯或纤维等蓬松柔软的高分子材料。
所述生物活性矿物粉体中各成分的质量百分数为:SiO2 40-55%,CaO 15-30%,Na2O 15-30%,P2O5 2-12%和F 0-15%。优选地,各成分的质量百分数为:SiO2 40-55%,CaO 15-30%,Na2O 15-30%,P2O5 2-8%和F 0.1-6%。更优选地,各成分的质量百分数为:SiO2 45%,CaO 24%,Na2O 24%,P2O5 6%和F 1%。
所述牙线体为圆柱体或片状体形态,且所述牙线体中间细,向两边逐渐变粗。中间较细的部分保证进入齿间时尽可能不伤及齿间牙龈,不扩大齿间缝隙,向两边逐渐变粗有利于去除污渍成分,达到彻底清洁齿间缝隙的效果,同时还有益于功效成分充分接触齿间和牙龈等部位,充分发挥功效成分的治疗保健作用。
负载有涂覆层的牙线体可以按照以下方法制作:将石蜡或蜂蜡融化后,按比例加入生物活性矿物粉体等功效成分和辅助成分,充分混合均匀后,将牙线体在其中充分浸润,然后取出挤出多余石蜡等成分,常温固化,制成负载有功效成分和辅助成分的齿间保健线刷。
本发明的齿间保健线刷可设计为一次性护齿用具,或者设计成可换头的护齿用具。
优选地,本发明齿间保健线刷的本体部与握持部可拆卸地连接,握持部可重复使用,本体部可更换。
本发明还提供所述齿间保健线刷在牙齿清洁护理中的应用。
本发明具有以下优点:
(一)齿间线刷中间较细的独特设计,便于向齿间向下插入齿间或向上取出,且不损伤牙体及牙龈。
(二)齿间线刷从中间向两边逐渐变成蓬松粗状,有利于彻底清洁牙体牙龈上的隐藏污渍,有利于功效成分充分接触且不损伤牙体牙龈,不会扩大齿间间隙。
(三)齿间线刷含有保护口腔的涂覆物功效成分,配方中含有的生物活性矿物粉体和聚赖氨酸,可以充分发挥抗菌抑菌功效;配方中含有的透明质酸钠和壳聚糖,可以及时修复牙齿缝隙间的牙龈微缺损,保护牙龈,防止牙龈损伤的累积造成牙龈红肿、出血甚至牙龈萎缩;配方中含有的磷酸盐成分,可以促进生物活性矿物粉体在牙齿缝隙处的再矿化,其共同释放的钙磷离子沉积在牙体微缺损处,形成有牙釉质成分一致的羟基磷灰石,及时修复牙体微缺损,起到固齿护龈的功效。

具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。若未特别指明,实施例中所用的技术手段为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规手段,所用原料均为市售商品。
实施例1-3生物活性矿物粉体齿间保健线刷及其制备方法
实施例1-3中制备的生物活性矿物粉体齿间保健线刷,包括握持部、本体部和牙线体。其中,所述本体部与所述握持部相连接,所述牙线体设置于所述本体部的一侧,所述牙线体上设置有涂覆层。(图1)
实施例1-3的牙线体的材料分别为尼龙、聚四氟乙烯、纤维。所述牙线体为圆柱体或片状体形态,且所述牙线体中间细,向两边逐渐变粗。所述齿间保健线刷可以是一次性护齿用具,或者设计成可换头的护齿用具。所述涂覆层的成分见表1。

其中,实施例1中所述生物活性矿物粉体中各成分的质量百分数为:SiO2 45%,CaO 24%,Na2O 24%,P2O5 6%和F 1%。实施例2中所述生物活性矿物粉体中各成分的质量百分数为:SiO2 40%,CaO 30%,Na2O 15%和P2O5 8%。实施例3中所述生物活性矿物粉体中各成分的质量百分数为:SiO2 55%,CaO 15%,Na2O 30%,P2O5 2%和F 15%。
负载有涂覆层的牙线体可以按照以下方法制作:将石蜡或蜂蜡融化后,按比例加入生物活性矿物粉体等功效成分和辅助成分,充分混合均匀后,将牙线体在其中充分浸润,然后取出挤出多余石蜡等成分,常温固化,制成负载有功效成分和辅助成分的齿间保健线刷。
实施例4齿间保健线刷应用的抑菌效果实验
取实施例1-3制备的齿间保健线刷,在2mL生理盐水中浸泡1min,用不锈钢镊子来回刮两次线刷部位,涂覆层从牙线体上剥离,离心分离出块状固体,收集液体部分,用于检测。
检测方法:将常见口腔致病菌变形链球菌复苏48h后接种在BHI液体培养基中,于37℃、80%N2、10%CO2和10%H2的厌氧环境下培养传代,使用细菌浊度仪将菌液调至0.5MCF,再用培养液稀释至约105CFU/mL备用。取1mL上述制备的齿间线刷液体,加入1mL的BHI培养液和0.1mL菌液,培育24h后观察浊度。取1mL生理盐水加入1mL的BHI培养液和0.1mL菌液作为对照。
实验结果见表1,从表1可以看出,齿间线刷液组的浊度明显降低,对照组的浊度则明显提高,说明齿间线刷液具有明显的抑菌效果。

实施例5齿间保健线刷应用的杀菌效果实验
取实施例1-3制备的齿间保健线刷,在2mL生理盐水中浸泡1min,用不锈钢镊子来回刮两次线刷部位,涂覆层从牙线体上剥离,离心分离出块状固体,收集液体部分,用于检测。
检测方法:用血链球菌进行厌氧培养24h形成菌斑,使用PBS液轻轻冲洗2次去除浮菌。将菌斑样本用上述制备的齿间保健线刷液体培养5min,固定,干燥并喷金后用扫描电镜观察菌落状态。对照组将菌斑样本用生理盐水培养。
实验结果显示,对照组的血链球菌长链密集汇聚,密度很大;实施例1-3的齿间线刷液组为分散的短链且数量很小,尤其以实施例1组杀菌抗菌性能最优;市售NaF涂层牙线组血链球菌的数量有少量减少,但其链长也很长,说明抑菌性能有限。从而说明本品具有很好的杀菌效果。(图2)
实施例6齿间保健线刷应用的清洁效果实验
设计齿缝模型:采用陶瓷材料制备倒纺锤孔模型:倒纺锤孔中间较窄的开孔直径为0.8mm,两端较宽的开孔直径为3mm,锥度为1.1,上部设有直径为1mm的通道伸入孔中。将各组齿间线刷沾染色素后从通道插入倒纺锤形开孔,以垂直于空面的方向前后清洁三次,记录色素在开孔中的沾染面积,可对比其清洁效果,结果见表2。

所述涂覆层的有效成分包括生物活性矿物粉体、聚赖氨酸、透明质酸钠、壳聚糖、磷酸盐、石蜡、蜂蜡、香精和精油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的齿间保健线刷,其特征在于,所述涂覆层包括如下重量份的各组分:生物活性矿物粉体1-50份、聚赖氨酸0.001-0.1份、透明质酸钠0.01-0.1份、壳聚糖0.01-0.1份、磷酸盐1-15份、石蜡10-80份、蜂蜡10-80份、香精0.01-1份和精油0.01-1份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的齿间保健线刷,其特征在于,所述涂覆层包括如下重量份的各组分:生物活性矿物粉体1-35份、聚赖氨酸0.001-0.05份、透明质酸钠0.01-0.05份、壳聚糖0.01-0.05份、磷酸盐1-15份、石蜡10-80份、蜂蜡10-80份、香精0.01-1份和精油0.01-1份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的齿间保健线刷,其特征在于,所述涂覆层包括如下重量份的各组分:生物活性矿物粉体25份、聚赖氨酸0.02份、透明质酸钠0.2份、壳聚糖0.2份、磷酸盐5份、石蜡30份、蜂蜡39份、香精0.2份和精油0.2份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的齿间保健线刷,其特征在于,所述牙线体的材料选自尼龙、聚四氟乙烯或纤维。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的齿间保健线刷,其特征在于,所述生物活性矿物粉体中各成分的质量百分数为:SiO2 40-55%,CaO 15-30%,Na2O 15-30%,P2O5 2-12%和F 0-15%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的齿间保健线刷,其特征在于,所述生物活性矿物粉体中各成分的质量百分数为:SiO2 40-55%,CaO 15-30%,Na2O 15-30%,P2O5 2-8%和F 0.1-6%。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的齿间保健线刷,其特征在于,所述牙线体为圆柱体或片状体形态,且所述牙线体中间细,向两边逐渐变粗。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的齿间保健线刷,其特征在于,所述本体部与所述握持部可拆卸地连接。
10.权利要求1-9任一项所述齿间保健线刷在牙齿清洁护理中的应用。
