Abstract

本发明提供了一种有助于骨健康的食品组合物,其特征在于,按照重量份数,包括如下成分:鸡冠提取物1‑5份;非变性二型胶原蛋白1‑3份;维生素K2 1‑3份;微活化姜黄素5‑10份。本发明的组合物具有如下技术效果:1)增加关节滑液,弥补滑液流失造成的关节磨损、骨刺等骨损伤;2)添加抗炎分子,缓解关节炎疼痛,降低软骨的降解反应,促进骨关节的长期健康;3)预防骨质疏松,降低骨折风险,构建坚强的骨骼网络;降低血钙浓度,防止心血管钙化。4)鸡冠提取物、非变性二型胶原蛋白、姜黄素的联合使用,在补充关节滑液的同时抑制炎症反应,可以缓解关节疼痛;维生素K2的加入可以预防中老年人的骨质疏松的发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种有助于骨健康的食品组合物,属于食品领域。
背景技术
退行性关节炎是一种退行性病变,由于增龄、肥胖、劳损、创伤、关节先天性异常、关节畸形等诸多因素引起的关节软骨退化损伤、关节边缘和软骨下骨反应性增生。患者多见于中老年人群,好发于负重关节及活动量较多的关节(如,颈椎、腰椎、膝关节、髋关节等)。目前市场上针对此类患者的主要产品为硫酸软骨素,但该产品质量参差不齐且吸收率比较低,疗效有限,而一些药物则具有强烈的副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种有助于骨健康的食品组合物
本发明的有助于骨健康的食品组合物,按照重量份数,包括如下成分:鸡冠提取物1-5份;非变性二型胶原蛋白1-3份;维生素K2 1-3份;微活化姜黄素5-10份。

所述的有助于骨健康的食品组合物,按照重量份数,包括以下成分:鸡冠提取物4份;非变性二型胶原蛋白2份;维生素K2 1.5份;微活化姜黄素7.5份;麦芽糊精 60份;赤藓糖醇50份;水果粉50份;姜黄提取物7.5份;食用香精22份;维生素C 3份。
本发明的食品组合物的制备方法:按照重量比例称量各个原料成分,烘干,混合均匀灌装即得。
本发明中,各个组分功能如下:
1)鸡冠提取物,用于增加关节滑液,弥补滑液流失造成的关节磨损等骨损伤,如含量过高增加成本,如含量过低达不到效果;
2)非变性二型胶原蛋白,减缓关节疼痛与发炎,停止关节软骨遭侵蚀,修复及重建软骨,改善关节灵活性,如含量过高增加成本,如含量过低达不到效果;
3)维生素K2,用于治疗和预防骨质疏松症;如含量过高增加成本,如含量过低达不到效果;
4)微活化姜黄素,抗发炎,抗氧化作用,如含量过高增加成本,如含量过低达不到效果;
本发明的组合物具有如下技术效果:
1)增加关节滑液,弥补滑液流失造成的关节磨损、骨刺等骨损伤;
2)添加抗炎分子,缓解关节炎疼痛,降低软骨的降解反应,促进骨关节的长期健康;
3)预防骨质疏松,降低骨折风险,构建坚强的骨骼网络;降低血钙浓度,防止心血管钙化。
4)鸡冠提取物、非变性二型胶原蛋白、姜黄素的联合使用,在补充关节滑液的同时抑制炎症反应,可以缓解关节疼痛;维生素K2的加入可以预防中老年人的骨质疏松的发生。

本发明中,各成分均购自中国台湾创百股份有限公司。
实施例1
本发明的有助于骨健康的食品组合物,按照重量份数由以下成分组成:鸡冠提取物1份;非变性二型胶原蛋白1份;维生素K2 3份;微活化姜黄素5份;麦芽糊精 65份;赤藓糖醇55份;水果粉 55份;姜黄提取物 10份;食用香精25份;维生素C 1份。
本发明的食品组合物的制备方法:按照重量比例称量各个原料成分,烘干,混合均匀灌装即得,每袋2g。
服用方法:泡水饮用,一天两次,每次一袋。

实施例3的食品组合物的食用效果如下:
案例1:孙某,男,59岁,患有关节炎、骨刺等症状,脚踝、膝盖关节磨损严重,行走疼痛,服用过硫酸软骨素,但基本无效。服用本产品3个月后,走动时不会有咔咔声发出,且不再疼痛,阴天时关节不适减轻。
案例2:徐某,女,50岁,患有退行性关节炎伴骨质疏松,关节隐隐疼痛,走楼梯时疼痛明显,骨关节常伴有摩擦声。服用本产品3个月后,关节疼痛基本消失,可以正常上下楼梯,且走路无关节摩擦声。
案例3:陈某,女,52岁,走路时伴有关节不适感,蹲下起来时关节有咔咔声,但无明显疼痛。服用本品3个月后,关节不适感消失,关节摩擦声消失。
实施例1和实施例2的食用效果与实施例3近似。

1.一种有助于骨健康的食品组合物,其特征在于,按照重量份数,包括如下成分:鸡冠提取物1-5份;非变性二型胶原蛋白1-3份;维生素K2 1-3份;微活化姜黄素5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有助于骨健康的食品组合物,其特征在于,按照重量份数,包括以下成分:鸡冠提取物1-5份;非变性二型胶原蛋白1-3份;维生素K2 1-3份;微活化姜黄素5-10份;麦芽糊精 55-65份;赤藓糖醇 45-55份;水果粉45-55份;姜黄提取物5-10份;食用香精20-25份;维生素C 1-5份。
