Furthermore, when the momordicae semen is decocted, the momordicae semen after the shell breaking can be used, so that the effective components in the momordicae semen can be further separated out. The weight of the water added when the momordica cochinchinensis is decocted is 3-5 times of the total weight of the momordica cochinchinensis, the sophora fruit, the angelica dahurica and the sophora flavescens, which is not only beneficial to the extraction of the active ingredients in the momordica cochinchinensis, but also can ensure that the active ingredients can be quickly separated out when the sophora fruit, the angelica dahurica and the sophora flavescens are added for continuous extraction, and the liquid medicine can not be boiled to be dry when the momordica cochinchinensis is decocted, thereby avoiding the problems that the water needs to be added manually in the decocting process, a large amount of labor is spent, the liquid medicine is.
Furthermore, the weight of the added water is 3-10 times of the total weight of the cochinchina momordica seed, the sophora fruit, the angelica dahurica and the sophora flavescens during decoction of the dregs, so that residual effective components in the dregs can be further separated out, and the difficulty, the time and the like of subsequent concentration caused by excessive added water are avoided.
The above concentrated filtrate is vacuum concentrated at 50-80 deg.C under negative pressure (-0.02 MPa-0.06 MPa) of 0.02-0.06 MPa until the filtrate has density of 1.0-1.6 relative to water. By concentrating according to the above method, part of effective substances in the mixed filtrate can be prevented from being damaged or volatilized at high temperature for a long time, and the obtained fluid extract has high therapeutic effect.
The water used for the decoction, dissolution, etc. in the present invention should preferably be purified water, which is water for drug administration.
In addition, when preparing the external preparation for treating hemorrhoids, other raw materials can be added besides the preparation of clear paste, the solution 1 and the solution 2, such as: antiseptic, Chinese medicinal powder with antiinflammatory and analgesic effects; the preservative may be, for example, paraben, benzoic acid, etc.; the anti-inflammatory and analgesic traditional Chinese medicine powder can be, for example: bletilla striata powder, shinyleaf pricklyash root powder, etc.
It should be further noted that when mixing the fluid extract, solution 1, solution 2 with the melted ointment base, the temperature of the ointment base is preferably controlled to 50-90 ℃, and the adding sequence can be preferably that the fluid extract is added first, after the fluid extract and the ointment base are mixed uniformly, solution 1, solution 2 are added into the mixture, and the mixture is stirred while being added. The addition method and the temperature of the ointment matrix can ensure that the ointment matrix and the clear paste are mixed more uniformly, and the clear paste is wrapped in the ointment matrix, so that the clear paste can be effectively ensured not to be rotten in the ointment matrix, namely the effectiveness of the clear paste in the ointment matrix for treating the hemorrhoids is ensured; further, other raw materials are mixed, for example: the temperature of the mixture is 50-90 ℃ when the preservative, the medicinal powder and the like are mixed, so that the medicinal powder, the preservative and the like in other raw materials can be effectively wrapped in the mixture of the ointment preparation and the clear paste, the preservative effect of the preservative can be fully exerted, and meanwhile, the other medicinal powder is wrapped in the mixture prepared by the ointment matrix, the clear paste and the like, and the effectiveness of the medicinal powder in the ointment matrix for treating the hemorrhoids is further ensured.
It should be further noted that the fluid extract, solution 1, solution 2 and ointment base are mixed, and the total weight of the final external preparation for treating hemorrhoids can be made up to 1000 parts by using ointment base, and then the mixture is uniformly mixed and cooled.
