D. c, adding purified water with the weight being 8 times that of the periplaneta Americana ethanol concentrated solution obtained in the step C, heating to 85 ℃ while stirring, stirring for 50 minutes at constant temperature at the stirring speed of 50 revolutions per minute, and then keeping the temperature and standing for 5 hours to layer;
E. and D, discharging the lower-layer water liquid obtained in the step D, filtering by using filter paper, and concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure at the temperature of 70 ℃ and the vacuum degree of-0.050 MPa until the specific gravity is 1.35 to obtain the periplaneta americana extract for treating hepatitis A.

mixing the extractive solutions, and filtering to obtain Periplaneta americana ethanol extractive solution;
C. concentrating the ethanol extract obtained in the step B under reduced pressure under the conditions of vacuum degree of-0.05 to-0.06 MPa and temperature of 50 to 60 ℃ until the specific gravity is 1.05 to 1.15 to obtain an American cockroach body ethanol concentrated solution;
D. adding purified water which is 7-10 times of the weight of the American cockroach body ethanol concentrated solution obtained in the step C into the American cockroach body ethanol concentrated solution, stirring and heating to 85-90 ℃, stirring at a constant temperature for 45-60 minutes at a stirring speed of 45-60 revolutions per minute, and then keeping the temperature and standing for 4-5 hours to enable the American cockroach body ethanol concentrated solution to be layered;
E. and D, discharging the lower-layer water liquid obtained in the step D, filtering the lower-layer water liquid by using filter paper, and concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure at the temperature of 60-80 ℃ and the vacuum degree of-0.05-0.06 MPa until the specific gravity is 1.25-1.35 to obtain the periplaneta americana extract for treating hepatitis A.

The medicament for treating icteric hepatitis A according to claim 1, which is prepared by the following steps: adding 15-25 parts of oriental wormwood, 15-25 parts of giant knotweed rhizome and 5-7 parts of liquorice according to a proportion, extracting by adopting a conventional decoction water extraction or ethanol extraction process, adding the periplaneta americana extract according to a proportion, and uniformly mixing.
