本发明公开了一种开胃饮料,由以下物质按重量比份组成:酸梅2‑5份;酸枣2‑6份;甜橙20‑40份;山楂10‑15份;冰糖1‑3份;添加剂0.2‑0.6份;其余为水。本发明的开胃饮料是采用天然食材,再辅助一些添加剂,通过科学组配,提供了一种开胃饮料,制得的饮料健康、口感好、营养丰富、有良好的保存稳定性,其功效显著,具体开胃消食、补气健脾、烦躁化痰、宁心安神等良好的效果。

本发明涉及食品领域,特别是涉及一种开胃饮料。
背景技术
凉茶是汉族中草药植物性饮料的通称。广东凉茶是汉族传统凉茶文化的代表。凉茶是将药性寒凉和能消解人体内热的中草药煎水做饮料喝,以消除夏季人体内的暑气,或治疗冬日干燥引起的喉咙疼痛等疾患。凉茶在我国有着悠久的历史,尤其在我国南方地区流行,因其以药草为基础,具有多种保健功效,深受人们喜爱。目前,市售的凉茶功效单一,营养不全面,不能满足人们对营养和保健的需求。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种具有促进消化、增加胃口、健康且口感好、具有良好的保存稳定性的饮料,并通过选择合适的原料及其配比并制定相应的工艺路线,达到开胃并适于市场推广的目的。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:

所述的酸枣、甜橙、山楂均为其各自的提取液。
所述的添加剂包括以下成份:柠檬酸1-4份、乳酸0.5-1.0份、阿斯巴甜0.012-0.036份、三聚磷酸钠0.01-0.03份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.05-0.1份、瓜尔膠0.5-1.2份。
所述的开胃饮料其PH值为2.5-5.5之间。
有益效果:本发明的开胃饮料是采用天然食材,再辅助一些添加剂,通过科学组配,提供了一种开胃饮料,制得的饮料健康、口感好、营养丰富、有良好的保存稳定性,其功效显著,具体开胃消食、补气健脾、烦躁化痰、宁心安神等良好的效果。
