Abstract
本发明涉及一种复合型水禽生态循环养殖方法。该养殖方法包括如下步骤:(1)将养殖区域分为果蔬种植区、水禽水浴池、水禽禽舍、禽粪处理区、荷花池、沼气池、生活用房区,将水禽水浴池与荷花池连通,将水禽禽舍建在沼气池之上;(2)将水禽混养在果蔬种植区,并定期在该区域投放水禽饲料;(3)收集水禽水浴池底部的禽粪和水禽禽舍内的禽粪,将禽粪分成2部分,一部分移至沼气池;另一部分移至禽粪处理区,在禽粪处理区内将种植土与禽粪拌合得到粪土拌合物,在粪土拌合物中养殖蚯蚓,将混有蚯蚓的粪土拌合物作为肥料施加至果蔬种植区。本发明将水禽的粪便作为水禽、果蔬、蚯蚓联系的纽带,建立了一个环保、高效的生态系统。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于畜牧养殖业技术领域,特别涉及一种复合型水禽生态循环养殖方法。
背景技术
水禽的养殖具有环境适应性好、耐粗饲料、耐寒、抗病、发病率低等特点,其养殖产品与其他肉制品相比,具有更低的料肉比,所以在我国大部分农村地区都有饲养。近年来,随着我国经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,国内市场对水禽产品的需求不断增加,推进了水禽养殖业的快速发展,大批规模化、产业化养殖场、养殖企业成长迅速,特别是南方水域面积较广的地区,水禽养殖已成为农村支柱产业。
然而,随着人们环保意识的增强,大规模饲养引发的环境问题引起广泛关注。粪便的肆意排放和死禽的不当处理,造成土壤和水源的污染;禽舍的违规搭建,致使居民生活环境恶化;防疫意识的淡薄,导致疫情的难以防控;抗生素和激素的滥用,引发食品安全危机,不良的养殖方式最终将严重阻碍水禽养殖业的健康可持续发展。所以,开发科学健康环保的养殖模式已成为水禽养殖业的研究热点。目前,我国已有的现代水禽养殖模式包括地面平养、网上平养、生物发酵床养鸭、稻鸭共作、季节性“稻田赶鸭”、鱼鸭混养和生态循环等养殖模式。
现有技术中,公开了多种复合型水禽生态循环养殖方法,如申请号为201410656601.8的发明创造公开了一种禽畜生态循环养殖系统及养殖方法,包括禽畜养殖场、果蔬园和鱼塘,禽畜养殖场的下方设有粪便收集池,粪便收集池内接种有蝇卵或已孵化的蝇蛆幼虫,其特征在于:粪便收集池内的蝇蛆成虫作为禽畜养殖场内禽畜的食物,粪便收集池中的虫粪作为果蔬园的肥料,果蔬园的次果、废菜叶、草作为禽畜养殖场内禽畜的食物;禽畜养殖场内设有污水排出口,污水排出口的末端下方设有化粪池,化粪池的出口再与多级鱼塘的最前一级鱼塘管道连通,多级鱼塘的各级鱼塘顺序连通,多级鱼塘内种植有水生净化植物,水生净化植物作为禽畜养殖场内禽畜的食物;多级鱼塘与果蔬园间连接有水管管道,多级鱼塘内的水经过水管管道流入果蔬园进行浇灌。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复合型水禽生态循环养殖方法,通过将水禽与特定物种混养,有效处理和利用了水禽的粪便,使水禽与其他物种相互促进生长,提高养殖效率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种复合型水禽生态循环养殖方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将养殖区域分为果蔬种植区、水禽水浴池、水禽禽舍、禽粪处理区、荷花池、沼气池、生活用房区,将水禽水浴池与荷花池连通,将水禽禽舍建在沼气池之上;
(2)将水禽混养在果蔬种植区,并定期在该区域投放水禽饲料;
(3)收集水禽水浴池底部的禽粪和水禽禽舍内的禽粪,将禽粪分成2部分,一部分移至沼气池,沼气池的出气口连通生活用房区;另一部分移至禽粪处理区,在禽粪处理区内将种植土与禽粪拌合得到粪土拌合物,在粪土拌合物中养殖蚯蚓,将混有蚯蚓的粪土拌合物作为肥料施加至果蔬种植区。

传统的生态养殖方法中,禽兽的粪便一般只用于生产沼气,本方案将水禽禽舍建在沼气池之上,沼气池的热量有助于提高水禽的产蛋率及水禽的孵化。本申请取出一部分水禽的粪便,并在其中加入种植土后养殖蚯蚓,再施加至果蔬种植区。蚯蚓能疏松果蔬种植区的土壤,果蔬种植区由水禽水浴池内的水灌溉,水禽粪便水溶液均衡的营养有助于果蔬的生长,同时降低其发病率。水禽水浴池的禽粪由于经过水的浸泡,增加发酵体系的湿度,而有助于禽粪发酵,并促使其他禽粪也提早发酵,所以水禽水浴池底部的禽粪、水禽禽舍内的禽粪、种植土混合后能缩短禽粪发酵过程的时间,另外蚯蚓对禽粪的再处理作用,减少了直接用新鲜禽粪做土肥给土壤带来的病原风险。果蔬种植区的蚯蚓也是水禽的食物,在降低水禽养殖成本的同时,提高了水禽食物中蛋白质含量。本发明将水禽混养在果蔬种植区,水禽的呼吸产生二氧化碳有助于果蔬的增产,果蔬的光合作用所产生氧气供水禽呼吸所用。果蔬种植区选择水禽无法取食的藤蔓类果蔬种植,有助于去除果蔬种植区的杂草,在果蔬种植区投放谷物,有助于均衡水禽的营养。荷花池内种植的莲藕、菱角有助于净化水质,荷花池与水禽水浴池连通,水禽水浴池也随之净化。本发明提供了一种水禽生态化养殖的新思路,将水禽的粪便作为水禽、果蔬、蚯蚓联系的纽带,建立了一个环保、高效的生态系统。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种复合型水禽生态循环养殖方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将养殖区域分为果蔬种植区、水禽水浴池、水禽禽舍、禽粪处理区、荷花池、沼气池、生活用房区,将水禽水浴池与荷花池连通,荷花池内有莲藕、菱角、鱼虾,将水禽禽舍建在沼气池之上,水禽禽舍内分产蛋区、孵化区与育肥区;
(2)将水禽混养在果蔬种植区,果蔬种植区种植有藤蔓类果蔬,果蔬种植区由水禽水浴池内的水灌溉;果蔬种植区内定期投放水禽饲料,水禽饲料为谷物;
(3)收集水禽水浴池底部的禽粪和水禽禽舍内的禽粪,将禽粪分成2部分,一部分移至沼气池,沼气池的出气口连通生活用房区;另一部分移至禽粪处理区,在禽粪处理区内将种植土与禽粪拌合得到粪土拌合物,种植土与禽粪按1-3∶1的重量比混合,在粪土拌合物中养殖蚯蚓,将混有蚯蚓的粪土拌合物作为肥料施加至果蔬种植区。
利用本方法养殖水禽,水禽的产蛋前期可缩短10-15天,水禽的发病率降低至1-2%,而且肉质鲜美,产蛋率提高6.5-10.8%,禽蛋口感好,市场价格可上浮15.8-20.5%,市场销售状况好。果蔬种植区藤蔓类果蔬长势好,产量可提高10.5-17.3%,病虫害发生率可降低13.5-21.8%,果蔬价格可上浮10-15%,市场销售状况好。利用水禽水浴水养殖的莲藕、菱角因水禽粪便水溶液的营养成分均衡,产量提高10-20%,且因不使用化肥而口感好,市场销售状况好。
Claims (7)
1.一种复合型水禽生态循环养殖方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将养殖区域分为果蔬种植区、水禽水浴池、水禽禽舍、禽粪处理区、荷花池、沼气池、生活用房区,将水禽水浴池与荷花池连通,将水禽禽舍建在沼气池之上;
(2)将水禽混养在果蔬种植区,并定期在该区域投放水禽饲料;
(3)收集水禽水浴池底部的禽粪和水禽禽舍内的禽粪,将禽粪分成2部分,一部分移至沼气池,沼气池的出气口连通生活用房区;另一部分移至禽粪处理区,在禽粪处理区内将种植土与禽粪拌合得到粪土拌合物,在粪土拌合物中养殖蚯蚓,将混有蚯蚓的粪土拌合物作为肥料施加至果蔬种植区。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合型水禽生态循环养殖方法,其特征在于:所述果蔬种植区种植有藤蔓类果蔬。
3.如权利要求1所述的复合型水禽生态循环养殖方法,其特征在于:所述水禽饲料为谷物。
4.如权利要求1所述的复合型水禽生态循环养殖方法,其特征在于:所述果蔬种植区由水禽水浴池内的水灌溉。
