Abstract
本发明涉及一种汽车尾气利用装置,包括主管和分管,所述主管呈中空状,所述分管的一端与所述主管的上端连通,其中部呈迂回状,且处于汽车车体内,另一端与主管出气口处连通;所述主管内侧顶部与所述分管连通处设置有分流片。相对现有技术,本发明能有效利用尾气热量,减少热量浪费。

本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,特别涉及一种汽车尾气利用装置。
背景技术
现有技术中的汽车尾气排放装置,主要利用除尘装置进行尾气过滤,能除尘过滤后的气体直接排放,废气中的热量也随之浪费,除尘装置已经跟不上标准要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种余热回收利用的汽车尾气排放装置。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种汽车尾气利用装置,包括主管和分管,所述主呈中空状,所述分管的一端与所述主管的上端连通,其中部呈迂回状,且处于汽车车体内,另一端与主管出气口处连通;所述主管内侧顶部与所述分管连通处设置有分流片。
进一步,所述主管由不锈钢制成。
进一步,所述主管的内壁上设置有消音棉层。
本发明的有益效果是:通过分管能将尾气引入车体内进行散热,能充分利用尾气的热量,再将尾气排出,实现将尾气热量进行回收利用;分流片能调整热量回收效率。

以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1所示,一种汽车尾气利用装置,包括主管1和分管2,所述主管1呈中空状,所述分管2的一端与所述主管1的上端连通,其中部呈迂回状,且处于汽车车体内,另一端与主管1出气口处连通;所述主管1内侧顶部与所述分管2连通处设置有分流片3。
上述实施例中,所述主管1由不锈钢制成。
上述实施例中,所述主管1的内壁上设置有消音棉层。
通过分管2能将尾气引入车体内进行散热,能充分利用尾气的热量,再将尾气排出,实现将尾气热量进行回收利用;分流片3能调整热量回收效率。

1.一种汽车尾气利用装置,其特征在于:包括主管(1)和分管(2),所述主管(1)呈中空状,所述分管(2)的一端与所述主管(1)的上端连通,其中部呈迂回状,且处于汽车车体内,另一端与主管(1)出气口处连通;所述主管(1)内侧顶部与所述分管(2)连通处设置有分流片(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种汽车尾气利用装置,其特征在于:所述主管(1)由不锈钢制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种汽车尾气利用装置,其特征在于:所述主管(1)的内壁上设置有消音棉层。
