Abstract

邻甲基苯氧乙酸生产工艺流程,工艺流程简述:向氯乙酸溶解釜中加入一定量的氯乙酸与水,转料至氯乙酸计量罐。向缩合釜中投入定量熔融的邻甲酚(桶装邻甲酚在熔解池经60-80℃热水熔融)升温至120-125℃后,缓慢加入氯乙酸溶液,保温2-2.5小时进行缩合反应。当反应釜中溶液粘稠不利于反应,这时向反应釜中滴加30%的氢氧化钠溶液,降低溶液的粘稠度,利于反应进一步进行。待反应完全后,蒸馏回收邻甲酚套用于生产。酸化釜升温至90℃,滴加31%盐酸调至pH=5-6,结束反应,冷却结晶,放料至抽滤槽,滤液去污水处理站处理;并用水洗涤滤饼,洗涤水去污水处理站处理,滤饼送至闪蒸干燥机烘干,得邻甲基苯氧乙酸成品,包装入库。

工艺流程简述 向氯乙酸溶解釜中加入一定量的氯乙酸与水,转料至氯乙酸计量罐。向缩合釜中投入定量熔融的邻甲酚(桶 装邻甲酚在熔解池经 60-80℃热水熔融)升温至120-125℃后,缓慢加入氯乙酸溶液,保温 2-2.5 小时进行缩合反应。当反应釜中溶液粘稠不利于反应,这时向反应釜中滴加 30%的氢氧化钠溶液, 降低溶液的粘稠度, 利于反应进一步进行。 待反应完全后,蒸馏回收邻甲酚套用于生产。
酸化釜升温至 90℃,滴加 31%盐酸调至 pH=5-6,结束反应,冷却结晶,放料至抽滤槽,滤液去污水处理站处理;并用水洗涤滤饼,洗涤水去污水处理站处理,滤饼送至闪蒸干燥机烘干,得邻甲基苯氧乙酸成品,包装入库。 项目反应收率为 98%(以氯乙酸计),95%(以邻甲酚计)。
