Abstract
本发明公开了减压型倒流防止器,包括阀体、两个结构相同的止回阀以及泄水阀;阀体内部形成腔体,阀体的阀壁上带有进水口、出水口、泄水口;两个止回阀均通过支撑件固定安装在阀体内,分别位于进水口处和出水口处;泄水阀安装在阀体外,位于泄水口处;止回阀包括阀座、阀瓣、摇杆、双扭簧;阀瓣的一侧铰接在阀座的上端,另一侧安装有滚轮;摇杆通过销轴连接在阀座的下端;滚轮抵接于摇杆上,并在摇杆上滑动;双扭簧套设在销轴上;双扭簧的弹簧力作用于摇杆上使阀瓣处于常闭状态,通过外力使阀瓣上的滚轮在摇杆上滚动,实现阀瓣的开启。由于止回阀的双扭簧与摇杆结构,使该防止器达到更好防流效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及管道阀技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种减压型倒流防止器。
背景技术
倒流防止器用于污水处理等管道,防止流向的液体倒流造成回流污染。倒流防止器是由两个隔开的止回阀和一个安全泄水阀组成组合而成的一个阀门装置。现有的止回阀结构过于简易,对水流的阻力十分明显。止回阀对水流的阻力随阀瓣的开度增大而线性增大,并且当倒流防止器的各压力腔产生较小压力波动时,安全泄水阀频繁泄水。
另外,现国内止回阀的阀座基本都是采用金属材质,零部件与零部件之间的固定连接方式必须采用传统的机械连接,如螺纹连接,阀座处须钻孔攻螺纹,再将各零部件通过螺纹连接固定安装在阀座内,耗时耗材料。并且止回阀在启闭过程中,各零部件与阀座之间反复震动,部件容易出现松动。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种减压型倒流防止器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种减压型倒流防止器,包括阀体、两个结构相同的止回阀以及泄水阀;所述阀体内部形成腔体,阀体的阀壁上带有进水口、出水口、泄水口;两个止回阀均通过支撑件固定安装在阀体内,分别位于进水口处和出水口处;所述泄水阀安装在阀体外,位于泄水口处;所述止回阀包括阀座、阀瓣、摇杆、双扭簧;所述阀瓣的一侧铰接在阀座的上端,另一侧安装有滚轮;所述摇杆一端为固定端,另一端为自由端,摇杆固定端通过销轴连接在阀座的下端;所述滚轮抵接于摇杆上,并在摇杆固定端与摇杆自由端之间滑动;所述阀座的下端设置有两个限位挂钩;所述双扭簧套设在所述销轴上,双扭簧左右对称布置在摇杆的两侧,双扭簧的中间扭臂由摇杆限位,双扭簧的左右两个伸出的扭臂由阀座下端的限位挂钩限位;双扭簧的弹簧力作用于摇杆上使阀瓣处于常闭状态,通过外力使阀瓣上的滚轮在摇杆上滚动,实现阀瓣的开启。

优选地,所述阀座左右两侧向外延伸有用于固定安装支撑件的凸台,凸台上设置有固定螺母;所述支撑件上连接有螺柱,螺柱上套设有防松螺母;螺柱一端与固定螺母螺纹连接,螺柱另一端与支撑件螺纹连接;支撑件通过调节螺柱上的防松螺母以使两个止回阀固定安装在阀体内。
优选地,所述阀座左右两侧的凸台底面与阀体内壁留有间隙。

实施本发明的减压型倒流防止器,具有以下有益效果:
(1)防止器内的止回阀具有不一样的旋启结构,使止回阀达到更好防止倒流效果:一方面,保证阀瓣在关闭状态时,阀座与阀瓣之间有足够的密封力。在阀瓣的开启过程中,止回阀对水流的阻力随阀瓣的开度增大而不断减小。另一方面,不管在水流增大或减少,该止回阀的滚轮沿着摇杆的长度方向滑动,摇杆起一定的导向作用,使得阀瓣的开启更加平稳。
(2)止回阀的便于安装拆卸:止回阀安装时,先将一个止回阀套入位于出水口处的阀体内,再将另一个止回阀套入位于进水口处的阀体内。将螺柱旋紧在位于进水口处的止回阀的固定螺母内,再通过旋紧螺柱上的防松螺母,将支撑件向外推至与位于出水口处的止回阀阀座的凹坑上,使两止回阀固定安装在阀体内,保证止回阀在频繁震动的工况下,零部件之间紧密接触,不会松动。
对倒流防止器的零部件进行拆卸更换时,无需将整个装置拆卸下来,只需先把阀盖拆卸后,拧松阀腔内的防松螺母,将支撑件推离位于出水口处的止回阀的阀座,再用一字螺丝刀将止回阀撬出来即可。
(3)方便在线更换部件和清洗:对止回阀进行清洗和零部件更换时,由于双扭簧作用于摇杆的作用力很大,操作人员无法用手直接将摇杆撬开。因此通过所述摇杆自由端上开设的扣孔,操作人员可将摇杆的扣孔套入阀体的突出位上,然后向阀座顺时针发力,将摇杆撬开,再将摇杆的回钩部卡在滚轮与阀瓣的限位凹槽内,使阀瓣处于常开状态,方便零部件的清洗和更换。
(4)采用塑料嵌件技术:塑料阀座与金属支片、金属挂钩和金属螺母采用塑料嵌件技术一次成型,不需要使用螺栓连接或其他机械方式使各零部件固定安装在阀座上,并且安装十分牢固,解决了现国内的阀座基本都是采用金属材质,零部件与零部件之间的固定连接方式耗时耗材料的问题;并且解决了止回阀在启闭过程中,各零部件与阀座之间反复震动,部件容易出现松动的问题。
(5)止回阀的双扭簧便于安装:传统的止回阀结构的弹簧件安装十分繁琐,本发明通过设置在阀座下端的两个限位挂钩,只需要将双扭簧套入销轴上,然后用螺丝刀分别将双扭簧左右两个伸出的扭臂撬至对应的限位挂钩限位上即可,该挂钩方式方便弹簧的安装拆卸。

下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述:
如图1-14所示,一种减压型倒流防止器,包括阀体1、两个结构相同的止回阀2以及泄水阀3;所述阀体内部形成腔体,阀体的阀壁上带有进水口、出水口、泄水口;两个止回阀均通过支撑件4固定安装在阀体内,分别位于进水口处和出水口处;所述泄水阀安装在阀体外,位于泄水口处;
所述止回阀2包括阀座201、阀瓣202、摇杆203、双扭簧204;所述阀瓣的一侧铰接在阀座的上端,阀瓣的另一侧安装有滚轮205;所述摇杆一端为固定端,另一端为自由端,摇杆固定端通过销轴206连接在阀座的下端;所述滚轮抵接于摇杆上,并在摇杆固定端与摇杆自由端之间滑动;所述阀座的下端设置有两个限位挂钩207;所述双扭簧套设在所述销轴上,双扭簧左右对称布置在摇杆的两侧,双扭簧的中间扭臂由摇杆限位,双扭簧的左右两个伸出的扭臂由阀座下端的限位挂钩限位;双扭簧的弹簧力作用于摇杆上使阀瓣处于常闭状态,通过外力使阀瓣上的滚轮在摇杆上滚动,实现阀瓣的开启。设置有两个止回阀,位于出水口处的止回阀,其双扭簧的弹力比位于进水口的止回阀要大。
如图1-2所示,本发明减压型倒流防止器的工作过程如下:
水流从左边流向右边,冲开两个阀门通过本发明的减压型倒流防止器,当水流不大可能出现倒流时,两个止回阀阀瓣关闭,防止倒流,阀体腔内液体从下方的泄水阀流走。泄水阀上有弹簧,正常工况下弹簧使泄压阀关闭,当腔体内产生回流时,使泄水阀打开,液体从下方流走。
作为优选方案,所述摇杆自由端设有回钩部2031。当阀瓣开启到极限位置时,该回钩部用于卡紧滚轮,使阀瓣无法进一步打开,起到限位作用。
如图10-13所示,当阀瓣在关闭状态时,双扭簧的弹簧力作用于摇杆上,使阀瓣的滚轮抵压在摇杆上,保证阀瓣在关闭状态时,阀座与阀瓣之间有足够的密封力;当水流增大,阀瓣的开启度增大,使阀瓣上的滚轮从摇杆固定端滑向摇杆自由端,摇杆与滚轮的接触点随阀瓣的开启度增大而不断变化,摇杆对阀瓣作用力力臂不断增大,使得阀瓣在开启过程中,阀瓣对水流的阻力不断减小;当阀瓣开启到极限位置时,摇杆的回钩部卡紧滚轮,使阀瓣无法进一步打开。
本发明减压型倒流防止器的第一个优点在于止回阀内不一样的旋启结构,使防止器达到更好防止倒流效果:一方面,由于双扭簧与摇杆相互作用的结构,保证阀瓣在关闭状态时,阀座与阀瓣之间有足够的密封力。在阀瓣的开启过程中,止回阀对水流的阻力随阀瓣的开度增大而不断减小。另一方面,不管在水流增大或减少,该止回阀的滚轮沿着摇杆的长度方向滑动,摇杆起一定的导向作用,使得阀瓣的开启更加平稳。
本发明减压型倒流防止器的第二个优点在于止回阀的便于安装拆卸:
如图3、6所示,为了使两个止回阀能够稳固的安装在阀体内,每个止回阀的阀座左右两侧向外延伸有用于固定安装支撑件的凸台2011,每个凸台上设置有两个固定螺母5;本发明的支撑件有两个,每个支撑件上连接有螺柱6,螺柱上套设有防松螺母7;支撑件内设有内螺纹,螺柱一端与固定螺母螺纹连接,螺柱另一端与支撑件螺纹连接;支撑件通过调节螺柱上的防松螺母以使两个止回阀固定安装在阀体内。凸台侧面与阀体内壁相接触,使止回阀无法左右旋转摇摆。
作为进一步优选方案,所述阀座左右两侧的凸台底面与阀体内壁留有一定的间隙8,方便工人拆卸止回阀时,可以用一字螺丝刀插入该间隙处,将整个止回阀撬出来,拆卸方便,如图4-5所示。
所述阀体顶部设置有可拆卸的阀盖102。
本发明止回阀的安装拆卸过程如下:
止回阀安装时,先将一个止回阀套入位于出水口处的阀体内,再将另一个止回阀套入位于进水口处的阀体内。将螺柱旋紧在位于进水口处的止回阀的固定螺母内,再通过旋紧螺柱上的防松螺母,将支撑件向外推至与位于出水口处的止回阀阀座的凹坑2012上,使两止回阀固定安装在阀体内,保证止回阀在频繁震动的工况下,零部件之间紧密接触,不会松动。
对倒流防止器的零部件进行拆卸更换时,无需将整个装置拆卸下来,只需先把阀盖拆卸后,拧松阀腔内的防松螺母,将支撑件推离位于出水口处的止回阀的阀座,再用一字螺丝刀将止回阀撬出来即可。

在止回阀的摇杆自由端上开设有扣孔2032。阀瓣安装有滚轮的一侧设有用于限制摇杆回钩部活动的限位凹槽2021。对防止器内的止回阀进行清洗和零部件更换时,由于双扭簧作用于摇杆的作用力很大,操作人员无法用手直接将摇杆撬开。因此通过所述摇杆自由端上开设的扣孔,如图14所示,操作人员可将摇杆的扣孔套入一个突出位上(该突出位101可以设置在阀体1上,也可以设置在方便清洗的位置上),然后向阀座顺时针发力,将摇杆撬开,再将摇杆的回钩部卡在滚轮与阀瓣的限位凹槽内,使阀瓣处于常开状态,方便零部件的清洗和更换。所述阀瓣上设有橡胶片208和压板209,所述橡胶片通过压板上的螺栓固定在阀瓣上。止回阀的橡胶片一般都是容易磨损件,工人对其跟换时,直接扭开压板上的螺栓,对橡胶片进行更换即可。
另外,本发明止回阀的双扭簧便于安装,传统的止回阀结构的弹簧件安装十分繁琐,本发明通过设置在阀座下端的两个限位挂钩,只需要将双扭簧套入销轴上,然后用螺丝刀分别将双扭簧左右两个伸出的扭臂撬至对应的限位挂钩限位上即可,该挂钩方式方便弹簧的安装拆卸。
如图6-9所示,所述阀座上设置有两个用于固定阀瓣的支片210,所述阀瓣通过枢轴固定在两个支片之间;所述阀座为塑料件,所述支片、限位挂钩207、固定螺母5均为金属件,所述支片、限位挂钩以及固定螺母采用塑料嵌件技术均与阀座一体成型。本发明采用塑料嵌件技术为现有技术中已知的加工技术,应用于本发明的止回阀中取得较好的效果。
本发明减压型倒流防止器的第四个优点在于塑料阀座与金属支片、金属挂钩和金属螺母采用塑料嵌件技术一次成型,不需要使用螺栓连接或其他机械方式使各零部件固定安装在阀座上,并且安装十分牢固,解决了现国内的阀座基本都是采用金属材质,零部件与零部件之间的固定连接方式耗时耗材料的问题;并且解决了止回阀在启闭过程中,各零部件与阀座之间反复震动,部件容易出现松动的问题。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.减压型倒流防止器,其特征在于,包括阀体、两个结构相同的止回阀以及泄水阀;所述阀体内部形成腔体,阀体的阀壁上带有进水口、出水口、泄水口;两个止回阀均通过支撑件固定安装在阀体内,分别位于进水口处和出水口处;所述泄水阀安装在阀体外,位于泄水口处;所述止回阀包括阀座、阀瓣、摇杆、双扭簧;所述阀瓣的一侧铰接在阀座的上端,另一侧安装有滚轮;所述摇杆一端为固定端,另一端为自由端,摇杆固定端通过销轴连接在阀座的下端;所述滚轮抵接于摇杆上,并在摇杆固定端与摇杆自由端之间滑动;所述阀座的下端设置有两个限位挂钩;所述双扭簧套设在所述销轴上,双扭簧左右对称布置在摇杆的两侧,双扭簧的中间扭臂由摇杆限位,双扭簧的左右两个伸出的扭臂由阀座下端的限位挂钩限位;双扭簧的弹簧力作用于摇杆上使阀瓣处于常闭状态,通过外力使阀瓣上的滚轮在摇杆上滚动,实现阀瓣的开启。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减压型倒流防止器,其特征在于,所述摇杆自由端设有回钩部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的减压型倒流防止器,其特征在于,所述摇杆自由端上开设有扣孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的减压型倒流防止器,其特征在于,所述阀瓣安装有滚轮的一侧设有用于限制摇杆回钩部活动的限位凹槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的减压型倒流防止器,其特征在于,所述阀座上设置有两个用于固定阀瓣的支片,所述阀瓣通过枢轴固定在两个支片之间;所述阀座为塑料件,所述支片为金属件,所述支片采用塑料嵌件技术与阀座一体成型;所述限位挂钩为金属件,所述限位挂钩采用塑料嵌件技术与阀座一体成型。
6.根据权利要求1所述的减压型倒流防止器,其特征在于,所述阀瓣上设有橡胶片和压板,所述橡胶片通过压板上的螺栓固定在阀瓣上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的减压型倒流防止器,其特征在于,所述阀座左右两侧向外延伸有用于固定安装支撑件的凸台,凸台上设置有固定螺母;所述支撑件上连接有螺柱,螺柱上套设有防松螺母;螺柱一端与固定螺母螺纹连接,螺柱另一端与支撑件螺纹连接;支撑件通过调节螺柱上的防松螺母以使两个止回阀固定安装在阀体内。
8.根据权利要求7所述的减压型倒流防止器,其特征在于,所述阀座左右两侧的凸台底面与阀体内壁留有间隙。
9.根据权利要求7所述的减压型倒流防止器,其特征在于,所述阀座左右两侧的凸台侧面与阀体内壁相抵触,以防止止回阀在阀体内旋转转动。
10.根据权利要求7所述的减压型倒流防止器,其特征在于,所述固定螺母为金属件,所述固定螺母采用塑料嵌件技术与阀座一体成型。
