Description

Preparation method and application of tobacco flavor
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarettes, in particular to a preparation method and application of a tobacco flavor.
Background
The tobacco leaves are modulated and naturally fermented, and although the smoking quality is greatly improved, the fragrance has some defects. In order to keep the relative stability of the quality of cigarette products, the flavor defect is overcome by adding essence and spice substances for smoking while reasonably designing a leaf group formula, namely, the flavoring is also an important measure for improving the quality of the products. The cigarette flavoring can supplement elegant fragrance, endow the cigarette with unique characteristic fragrance, and coordinate fragrance, so that different types and grades of tobacco fragrance are combined and coordinated with each other organically. Covering up or diluting miscellaneous qi. The cigarette can also increase the sweetness, improve the smoking taste, lighten the irritation of smoke and weaken some miscellaneous gas by adding the fragrance, thereby improving the quality.
With the rapid development of the tobacco industry in China, the formation of large brands, the requirement of reducing tar and harm of cigarettes and the further improvement of tobacco products, the demand of essence and spice for high-quality cigarettes is increasing day by day. Generally, the perfume is classified into two categories, i.e., natural perfume and synthetic perfume, according to the source of the perfume, 3000 kinds of natural perfume are known, 7000 kinds of synthetic perfume are more known, and new varieties are still emerging. Among them, the flavors developed from the original sources of tobacco leaves have been considered as a class of products having the best harmony with smoke.
The method has the advantages that related research and exploration are carried out on the tobacco leaves aged by the biological enzyme in the early period, and the enzyme can rapidly ferment and age some components in the tobacco leaves, so that the Maillard reaction is accelerated, and the smoking quality of the tobacco leaves is greatly improved in a short time. In addition, methods for deeply fermenting aged tobacco leaves and extracting effective components of the aged tobacco leaves are also provided, so that substances which are generated in the fermentation process and have adverse effects on smoke are further reduced; however, most of the process is still limited to the fermentation of the tobacco leaves, no exogenous flavor components are introduced, and the flavor types of the tobacco leaf fermentation flavors are limited to a great extent.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method and application of a tobacco flavor, wherein aged tobacco leaves are mixed with other substances which can generate fermentation fragrance, biological enzyme is added into the tobacco leaves for synchronous fermentation, a certain solvent is adopted to extract a synchronous fermentation product, and the extracted fermentation product can be used as a tobacco shred additive which is added in the tobacco shred flavoring and feeding process or a filter tip additive which is added in the filter tip processing process.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a preparation method of a tobacco flavor comprises the following steps:
(1) putting the aged tobacco leaves and other substances capable of generating fermentation fragrance into a closed reactor together, wherein the mass ratio of the tobacco leaves to the other substances capable of generating fermentation fragrance is 10:1-1:1, adding biological enzyme accounting for 0.01-0.05% of the mass of the tobacco leaves, fermenting for 10-60 days under the conditions that the temperature is 40-65 ℃ and the humidity is 60-95%, synchronously performing chemical component fermentation on the tobacco leaves and the co-fermentation substances, synchronously generating fermentation substances with characteristic fragrance through the interaction of the components, and taking out the fermentation substances, wherein the fermentation substances comprise residues and generated other substances;
(2) extracting the fermented substance obtained in step (1) with a solvent, wherein the volume of the solvent is 1-1.2 times of the volume of the tobacco leaves, and removing insoluble components in the residue to obtain a solution extract;
(3) evaporating the solution extract obtained in the step (2) to dryness to obtain an extract, adding glycerol triacetate with the same volume as the solvent in the step (2) to dissolve again, filtering after the soluble substance of the glycerol triacetate in the extract is fully dissolved, and separating filter residue from the solution to obtain the tobacco flavor solution and the tobacco flavor filter residue.
Diluting or concentrating the tobacco flavor part to a suitable concentration, and adding into the filter tip in the filter tip processing process, wherein the addition amount is 0.2-1 μ g of tobacco flavor solid in each filter tip; the part of the filter residue tobacco flavor is used as a tobacco shred additive and is added in the tobacco shred flavoring and feeding process, and the filter residue tobacco flavor is added into the tobacco shred feed liquid in an amount which is 0.1 to 5 percent of the mass of the tobacco shred feed liquid.
The tobacco shred feed liquid refers to a mixed formula solution of spices, sugar materials and other components added in the cigarette production process, and the feed liquid formulas of cigarettes of different brands are different, and the cigarette shred feed liquid is the prior art.
The substance capable of generating the fermentation fragrance in the step (1) is one or more of natural plant materials such as petals, lotus leaves, bamboo fragments, wood, aniseed, fruits and the like.
The added biological enzyme in the step (1) is one or more of saccharifying enzyme, pectinase, amylase, cellulase, aspergillus, protease, yeast powder and other biological enzymes.
The extraction solvent adopted in the step (2) is one of water, ethanol, ethyl acetate, n-hexane, butane and petroleum ether.
The invention has the advantages and effects that: the method is characterized in that the method adopts a synchronous fermentation method to carry out the co-fermentation of the tobacco leaves and other natural plants, and utilizes the interaction in the fermentation process to lead the fermentation product to integrate the original flavor and the exogenous flavor characteristics of the tobacco leaves, generate new fermentation characteristic flavor and expand the application range of the tobacco leaf fermentation technology. The method is simple and feasible in treatment, and related equipment is the existing equipment in the market and is low in price. The obtained additive can effectively improve the sensory quality of the cigarettes after being added into the cigarettes, and the sensory evaluation score can be improved by 1-1.5 points.
