Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method of absolute oil for cigarettes, in particular to a preparation method of absolute oil of tea leaves for cigarettes.
Background
Tea leaves mainly come from bud leaves of camellia plant tea, and the tea leaves serving as a plant for medicine and food become indispensable living materials in daily life of people. China is also the earliest country for tea cultivation, preparation and drinking in the world. The research of tea aroma and components thereof has been carried out for nearly 100 years, and according to related literature reports, more than 600 kinds of volatile substances related to tea aroma are identified at present, although different tea varieties have different aroma types, the volatile substances have certain material bases, and the aroma characteristics of different tea varieties are formed just by the balance among various aromas and the difference of the proportions of various aroma components.
As known from the current literature data report, most of tea extracts are prepared by taking tea as a raw material, performing enzymolysis treatment, and then filtering and concentrating. The extract obtained by the method has insufficient fragrance, is not enough in the aspects of improving cigarette fragrance quality, improving oral aftertaste and endowing cigarette style characteristics with defects, and has the advantages of complex process, poor reproducibility and long production period.
A method for preparing tobacco essence and flavor by using tea leaves is also disclosed in the prior patent, for example, Z L201010282751.9 carries out steam distillation on tea leaf raw materials, and then carries out column adsorption treatment on distillate to obtain volatile aroma substances of the tea leaves, the method adopts a high-temperature distillation method, so that thermosensitive aroma components in the tea leaves are easily damaged, and the aroma characteristics of a final product are influenced, Z L201210181152.7 tea leaf raw materials are applied to a tobacco sheet after deproteinization treatment, the method still contains cellulose, colloid and other substances which bring certain negative influences on the smoking taste of the tobacco sheet, and the method adopts Z L201510472142.2 tea leaf raw materials which are extracted sequentially by petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol, then is separated by a normal phase chromatography column and is prepared by high performance liquid chromatography, so that the tobacco humectant is finally obtained.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention overcomes the defects in the preparation technology, and provides the preparation method of the tea absolute oil for the cigarettes, which is simple, efficient, energy-saving and environment-friendly, has rich aroma of the tea absolute oil, and has ideal application effect in the cigarettes.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a preparation method of tea absolute for cigarettes comprises the following steps:
(1) pulverizing folium Camelliae sinensis to 10-20 mesh, and making into folium Camelliae sinensis raw material.
(2) Adding 2-6 times of 10% -50% ethanol aqueous solution into the tea raw material treated in the step (1), performing dynamic countercurrent extraction for 2 times at 55-70 ℃ for 1-2h each time, and combining the two extracting solutions after extraction is finished.
(3) And carrying out reduced pressure concentration on the combined extracting solution at the temperature of 50-55 ℃ under the pressure of-0.090 MPa to-0.095 MPa to obtain the tea concentrated solution.
(4) Adding 0.8-1.2 times of ethyl acetate solution into the concentrated solution, mixing, performing liquid-liquid extraction, standing, and layering to obtain ethyl acetate phase.
(5) And (4) extracting the water phase treated in the step (4) for 3-6 times repeatedly, adding 0.2-0.5 times of ethyl acetate solution for each time, standing for layering, and collecting the ethyl acetate phase.
(6) And carrying out reduced pressure concentration on the combined ethyl acetate phase at-0.090 MPa to-0.095 MPa and at 30-35 ℃ until no ethyl acetate taste exists, and preparing the tea extract. The ethyl acetate obtained by concentration and distillation can be recycled.
(7) Adding 4-6 times of anhydrous ethanol into the folium Camelliae sinensis extract, stirring for 30min, and standing at 3-5 deg.C for 6-12 h.
(8) And (4) filtering the alcohol precipitation solution obtained in the step (7) by adopting a 100nm ceramic membrane, and concentrating the membrane filtrate under reduced pressure to obtain a semi-flowing paste, namely the tea leaf absolute oil for cigarettes.
Further, the relative density of the concentrated solution of the tea leaves in the step (3) is 1.055 +/-0.0080.
Further, the reduced pressure concentration in the step (8) is carried out under the following conditions: pressure: -0.090MPa to-0.095 MPa, and the temperature is 40 ℃ to 45 ℃.
The invention has the advantages that: the method is simple, efficient, energy-saving and environment-friendly, the prepared tea absolute oil has vivid and rich aroma, and when the tea absolute oil is added into cigarettes, the tobacco aroma can be enriched, the aroma quality can be improved, the aftertaste in the oral cavity can be improved, and the cigarettes are endowed with unique style characteristics.
