本发明涉及一种半合成切削液,具体涉及一种含有纳米银抗菌的半合成切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
半合成金属切削液,又称微乳金属切削液,即按一定的比例用水稀释,乳化微粒直径小于1μm,应用于金属切削等加工行业上,同时兼有乳化液良好的润滑性和合成液良好的清洗性特点,又具有合适的极压性能,是非常有发展前景的一类切削液;半合成金属切削液的主要成分为润滑基础油(矿物油)、水、乳化剂、防锈剂、极压抗磨剂、消泡剂、防霉杀菌剂等。乳化剂、矿物油、极压抗磨剂的含量方面都比乳化金属切削液要低。水基半合成金属切削液的前景是非常美好的,不仅在金属切削液所需求的性能方面表现优异,而且环保、易稀释,成本也较之其他种类的金属切削液要低。
史仁宗在《半合成切削液的制备研究》中利用矿物油、极压搁滑剂制备了一种水基半合成切削液,但是其抗磨性、稳定性还有待提高。
发明内容
基于以上思考,本发明旨在提供一种抗磨性高,稳定性强,环保易生物降解的半合成切削液,及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案实现:
一种含有纳米银抗菌的半合成切削液,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
纳米银1-2,有机醇胺15-25,硼酸5-10,壳聚糖阳离子胶液8-15,油酸4-7,海藻酸钠2-3,纳米二硫化钼2-4,戊二醛3-5,十二烷基磺酸钠5-12,阿拉伯胶水溶液3-5,棕榈油30-40,月桂酸5-9,氢氧化钠溶液适量,司盘80 2-3,吐温80 2-3,石蜡基油5-10,聚二甲基硅氧烷1-2,蒸馏水50-100;
所述壳聚糖阳离子胶液的固含量为5-25%,阿拉伯胶水溶液固含量为2-20%,氢氧化钠溶液浓度为0.2-1 mol/L。
所述的一种含有纳米银抗菌的半合成切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,是由以下步骤制成:
a.将5-10份有机醇胺水浴搅拌加热至60-80℃后,加入硼酸,继续加热搅拌50-100min,再加入油酸,继续反应30-60min,冷却后得到有机硼酸酯防锈极压添加剂;
b. 向步骤a所得添加剂中加入海藻酸钠、纳米二硫化钼、3-7份十二烷基磺酸钠,30-60℃下超声震荡10-30min,得到含有改性纳米二硫化钼的混合添加剂;
c. 将棕榈油、月桂酸与剩余有机醇胺在80-130℃下反应1-3h,生成含月桂酸醇胺酯的混合油性剂;
d. 将纳米银分散在壳聚糖阳离子胶液中,之后逐滴加入阿拉伯胶水溶液,用氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值至6-7,加入戊二醛交联,得到纳米银微胶囊分散液;
e. 将步骤b所得添加剂、蒸馏水、步骤c所得混合油性剂、步骤d所得分散液、司盘80、吐温80在30-50℃下混合搅拌均匀后,加入石蜡基油和剩余十二烷基磺酸钠的混合溶液、聚二甲基硅氧烷,搅拌均匀即可。
所述的一种含有纳米银抗菌的半合成切削液,其特征在于,使用方法为将原液加入到适量水中,配制成0.5%-1%的稀释液。
本发明的有益效果是:合成的有机硼酸酯是一种新型环保型添加剂,无毒,极压润滑性好,并兼有防锈、抗茵等功能;用海藻酸钠分散纳米二硫化钼,表面含有丰富的官能团,将其加入到添加剂中有很好的相容性,从而可以提高切削液的耐磨性、极压性;同时海藻酸钠具有很强的保护胶体的作用,对油脂的乳化力强,提高切削液的稳定性;将月桂酸与醇胺进行反应生成月桂酸醇胺酯,生成的月桂酸酯具有防腐、抗菌的功能,而且生物降解性好;司盘80和吐温80搭配使用,既有很好的乳化效果,还有一定的防锈效果;添加的纳米银使切削液具有抗菌活性。

一种含有纳米银抗菌的半合成切削液,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
纳米银2,有机醇胺25,硼酸10,壳聚糖阳离子胶液15,油酸7,海藻酸钠3,纳米二硫化钼4,戊二醛5,十二烷基磺酸钠12,阿拉伯胶水溶液5,棕榈油40,月桂酸9,氢氧化钠溶液适量,司盘80 3,吐温80 3,石蜡基油10,聚二甲基硅氧烷2,蒸馏水100;
所述壳聚糖阳离子胶液的固含量为5-25%,阿拉伯胶水溶液固含量为2-20%,氢氧化钠溶液浓度为0.2-1 mol/L。
所述的一种含有纳米银抗菌的半合成切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,是由以下步骤制成:
a.将5-10份有机醇胺水浴搅拌加热至60-80℃后,加入硼酸,继续加热搅拌50-100min,再加入油酸,继续反应30-60min,冷却后得到有机硼酸酯防锈极压添加剂;
b. 向步骤a所得添加剂中加入海藻酸钠、纳米二硫化钼、3-7份十二烷基磺酸钠,30-60℃下超声震荡10-30min,得到含有改性纳米二硫化钼的混合添加剂;
c. 将棕榈油、月桂酸与剩余有机醇胺在80-130℃下反应1-3h,生成含月桂酸醇胺酯的混合油性剂;
d. 将纳米银分散在壳聚糖阳离子胶液中,之后逐滴加入阿拉伯胶水溶液,用氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值至6-7,加入戊二醛交联,得到纳米银微胶囊分散液;
e. 将步骤b所得添加剂、蒸馏水、步骤c所得混合油性剂、步骤d所得分散液、司盘80、吐温80在30-50℃下混合搅拌均匀后,加入石蜡基油和剩余十二烷基磺酸钠的混合溶液、聚二甲基硅氧烷,搅拌均匀即可。

c. 将棕榈油、月桂酸与剩余有机醇胺在80-130℃下反应1-3h,生成含月桂酸醇胺酯的混合油性剂;
d. 将纳米银分散在壳聚糖阳离子胶液中,之后逐滴加入阿拉伯胶水溶液,用氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值至6-7,加入戊二醛交联,得到纳米银微胶囊分散液;
e. 将步骤b所得添加剂、蒸馏水、步骤c所得混合油性剂、步骤d所得分散液、司盘80、吐温80在30-50℃下混合搅拌均匀后,加入石蜡基油和剩余十二烷基磺酸钠的混合溶液、聚二甲基硅氧烷,搅拌均匀即可。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有纳米银抗菌的半合成切削液,其特征在于,使用方法为将原液加入到适量水中,配制成0.5%-1%的稀释液。
