本发明公开了一种烧烤用木炭的制备方法,具体步骤如下:步骤一:取秸秆、木屑,将秸秆和木屑放入粉碎机中,粉碎成粉屑;步骤二:将步骤一中制得的粉屑,放入烘干机中在50℃的温度下烘干2小时;步骤三:将挤压机的温度设置在200℃,取步骤二中烘干后的粉屑放入挤压机中挤压制得半成品木炭;步骤四:将步骤三中制得的半成品木炭放在土窑中炭化48小时,其中土窑的温度维持在800℃,本发明具有环保、安全等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种木炭加工方法,具体涉及一种烧烤用木炭的制备方法。
背景技术
木炭是保持木材原来构造和孔内残留焦油的不纯的无定形碳,中
国商代的青铜器和春秋战国时代铁器的冶炼都用木炭,利用其吸湿性来观测气候变化等。燃料,电炉冶炼的还原剂,金属精制时用作覆盖剂保护金属不被氧化。在化学工业上常作二硫化碳和活性炭等的原料。用作饼干厂、冶炼厂等的燃料,也用于水的过滤、液体的脱色和制备黑色火药等。还在研磨、绘画、化妆、医药、火药、渗碳、粉末合金等各方面应用。
近几年我国木炭行业发展速度较快,木炭行业在国内和国际市场上发展形势都十分看好。据智研咨询统计:虽然受金融危机影响使得木炭行业近两年发展速度略有减缓,但随着我国国民经济的快速发展以及国际金融危机的逐渐消退,我国木炭行业重新迎来良好的发展机遇。
现在烧烤成为大街小巷不可缺少的美食,烧烤中必不可少的需要使用木炭,传统的木炭都是直接通过砍伐树木直接制作,不环保,对环境破坏严重,现在市场上大部分的木炭在燃烧时会产生大量的烟雾,烟雾会渗透进入食物内,给人体带来伤害。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种的烧烤用木炭的制备方法,其解决了现有技术方法对环境的破坏,制作出的木炭在使用时不产生烟雾危害食物质量。
本发明所述的一种烧烤用木炭的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:取秸秆、木屑,将秸秆和木屑放入粉碎机中,粉碎成粉屑;
步骤二:将步骤一中制得的粉屑,放入烘干机中在50℃的温度下烘干2小时;
步骤三:将挤压机的温度设置在200℃,取步骤二中烘干后的粉屑放入挤压机中挤压制得半成品木炭;
步骤四:将步骤三中制得的半成品木炭放在土窑中炭化48小时,其中土窑的温度维持在800℃。
本发明的有益效果:本发明中采用北方的玉米秸秆和木材厂的木屑,都是天然物质不需要添加添加剂,制得的木炭不会对事物的质量产生影响,且该方式制得的木炭在使用的时候不产生烟雾,不会影响食物的质量,是一种环保、安全的木炭。

本发明所述的一种烧烤用木炭的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:取秸秆、木屑,将秸秆和木屑放入粉碎机中,粉碎成粉屑;
步骤二:将步骤一中制得的粉屑,放入烘干机中在50℃的温度下烘干2小时;
步骤三:将挤压机的温度设置在200℃,取步骤二中烘干后的粉屑放入挤压机中挤压制得半成品木炭;
步骤四:将步骤三中制得的半成品木炭放在土窑中炭化48小时,其中土窑的温度维持在800℃。

1.一种烧烤用木炭的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
步骤一:取秸秆、木屑,将秸秆和木屑放入粉碎机中,粉碎成粉屑;
步骤二:将步骤一中制得的粉屑,放入烘干机中在50℃的温度下烘干2小时;
步骤三:将挤压机的温度设置在200℃,取步骤二中烘干后的粉屑放入挤压机中挤压制得半成品木炭;
步骤四:将步骤三中制得的半成品木炭放在土窑中炭化48小时,其中土窑的温度维持在800℃。
