Abstract
本发明公开了一种电子盖板玻璃加工粘接材料,采用八甲基环四硅氧烷对聚丙烯酸酯进行改性,通过无机酸作催化剂,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷作联偶剂,预聚180min后接枝改性聚丙烯酸酯,以此方法制得电子盖板玻璃加工粘接材料,无挥发性并且保存了有机硅树脂耐高温的特性,同时提高了耐水性、耐候性、耐沾污性、柔软性和弹性等。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子盖板玻璃加工粘接材料。
背景技术
以手机和平板电脑为代表的消费电子产品逐渐触摸屏化已成为行业发展趋势,触控功能在消费电子产品渗透率的进一步提升,将极大推动触摸屏表层盖板玻璃的市场需求。通过减薄、强化、丝印、镀膜等工艺处理后,终端产品的表面盖板玻璃在耐刮花、抗摔抗击、抗指纹、增透防眩等性能上得以大幅提升,同时玻璃的优良质感和手感体验也获得终端用户普遍认可。聚丙烯酸酯类涂料是目前常用的粘合剂之一,在电子盖板行业获得了广泛的应用,具有优良的成膜性、粘结强度、耐热、耐氧化、耐候和突出的耐油性等,但其性脆,粘结强度低,使它的应用受到了极大的限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电子盖板玻璃加工粘接材料,具有无挥发性并且保存了有机硅树脂耐高温的特性,同时提高了耐水性、耐候性、耐沾污性、柔软性和弹性等。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种电子盖板玻璃加工粘接材料,通过如下步骤制备:
(1)、在反应器中加入复合脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2.05%、十二烷基硫酸钠1.25%和去离子水,40℃快速搅拌10min;
(2)、然后在上述反应器中加入八甲基环四硅氧烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、催化剂,升温至75℃预聚0~240min,得到有机硅预聚;
(3)、在上述有机硅预聚中依次加入丙烯酸丁酯(58%)、丙烯酸(1.8%)、苯乙烯10%)、丙烯酸甲酯(28%)及N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(3%)在40℃下预乳化40min;
(4)、预乳化结束后,以碳酸氢钠调节预乳液pH值为4;
(5)、然后升温至80摄氏度,加入0.1%的3-氨基-4-羟基苯磺酸引发聚合,保温100min使单体反应彻底;
(6)、最后降温、加入氨水调节粘合剂乳液pH值为8~9;过滤,得到所述电子盖板玻璃加工粘接材料。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
一种电子盖板玻璃加工粘接材料,通过如下步骤制备:
在反应器中加入复合脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2.05%、十二烷基硫酸钠1.25%和去离子水,40℃快速搅拌10min;然后在上述反应器中加入八甲基环四硅氧烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、催化剂,升温至75℃预聚0~240min,得到有机硅预聚;在上述有机硅预聚中依次加入丙烯酸丁酯(58%)、丙烯酸(1.8%)、苯乙烯10%)、丙烯酸甲酯(28%)及N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(3%)在40℃下预乳化40min;预乳化结束后,以碳酸氢钠调节预乳液pH值为4;然后升温至80摄氏度,加入0.1%的3-氨基-4-羟基苯磺酸引发聚合,保温100min使单体反应彻底;最后降温、加入氨水调节粘合剂乳液pH值为8~9;过滤,得到所述电子盖板玻璃加工粘接材料。

Claims (2)
1.一种电子盖板玻璃加工粘接材料,其特征在于,包括有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子盖板玻璃加工粘接材料,其特征在于,所述有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂通过如下步骤制备:
(1)、在反应器中加入复合脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2.05%、十二烷基硫酸钠1.25%和去离子水,40℃快速搅拌10min;
(2)、然后在上述反应器中加入八甲基环四硅氧烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、催化剂,升温至75℃预聚0~240min,得到有机硅预聚;
(3)、在上述有机硅预聚中依次加入丙烯酸丁酯(58%)、丙烯酸(1.8%)、苯乙烯10%)、丙烯酸甲酯(28%)及N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(3%)在40℃下预乳化40min;
(4)、预乳化结束后,以碳酸氢钠调节预乳液pH值为4;
(5)、然后升温至80摄氏度,加入0.1%的3-氨基-4-羟基苯磺酸引发聚合,保温100min使单体反应彻底;
(6)、最后降温、加入氨水调节粘合剂乳液pH值为8~9;过滤,得到所述电子盖板玻璃加工粘接材料。
