Abstract

本发明提供了一种高韧性阻燃铝箔胶带,其中,包括由上至下依次设置的离型剂层、第一铝箔层、第一阻燃胶水层、塑料薄膜层、第二阻燃胶水层、第二铝箔层、第三阻燃胶水层及底胶层。本发明结构简单,通过设置阻燃胶水层来是铝箔胶带具有阻燃的效果;通过设置中部的塑料薄膜层,来增强铝箔胶带的韧性。本发明可广泛用于冰箱、冰柜、空调及建筑保温管道的粘接和需要用铝箔胶带粘接的产品。

Description

高韧性阻燃铝箔胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及一种铝箔胶带,具体地说是一种高韧性阻燃铝箔胶带。
背景技术
目前,常用的铝箔胶带有三种:一、有衬纸铝箔胶粘带,它是传统的铝箔胶带,它是在铝箔涂胶层上复上一层离型纸,该离型纸重量在80g/cm2以上,所以有衬纸铝箔胶带的重量较重,给使用或运输带来不便;另外,揭开离型纸以后占用场地大,而且离型纸又很难回收利用,要大量使用原纸,间接破坏地球环境。二、无衬纸铝箔胶带,它是在铝箔上涂上离型剂,但是这种胶带在使用时为了增加铝箔胶带的韧性及卷制时的牢固性,往往将铝箔层设计的很厚,浪费铝箔资源。三、复膜铝箔胶带,它是将铝箔与塑料薄膜粘合,但是这种胶带在使用时不易撕开,使用不方便。
但是目前的铝箔胶带存在以下不足之处:1、铝箔胶带其自身是可燃的;2、铝箔胶带只能起到不助燃的作用,而不能起到阻止火险发生的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高韧性阻燃铝箔胶带,以解决现有的铝箔胶带没有阻燃功能的问题。
本发明是这样实现的:一种高韧性阻燃铝箔胶带,其中,包括由上至下依次设置的离型剂层、第一铝箔层、第一阻燃胶水层、塑料薄膜层、第二阻燃胶水层、第二铝箔层、第三阻燃胶水层及底胶层。
优选的,所述的底胶层为水性胶层或油性胶层或橡胶层或热熔胶层或压敏胶层。
优选的,所述塑料薄膜层为EAA、LDPE、LLDPE或HDPE中的一种。
优选的,所述第一铝箔层的厚度为5~14μm。
优选的,所述第二铝箔层的厚度为11~20μm。
优选的,所述塑料薄膜层的厚度为10~50μm。
优选的,所述塑料薄膜层的厚度为20~25μm。
采用上述技术方案,本发明结构简单,通过设置阻燃胶水层来是铝箔胶带具有阻燃的效果;通过设置中部的塑料薄膜层,来增强铝箔胶带的韧性。本发明可广泛用于冰箱、冰柜、空调及建筑保温管道的粘接和需要用铝箔胶带粘接的产品。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,本发明包括由上至下依次设置的离型剂层1、第一铝箔层2、第一阻燃胶水层3、塑料薄膜层4、第二阻燃胶水层5、第二铝箔层6、第三阻燃胶水层7及底胶层8。底胶层8为水性胶层或油性胶层或橡胶层或热熔胶层或压敏胶层。
塑料薄膜层4为EAA、LDPE、LLDPE或HDPE中的一种。
实施例1:第一铝箔层2的厚度为5μm,第二铝箔层6的厚度为20μm,塑料薄膜层4的厚度为20μm。
实施例2:第一铝箔层2的厚度为14μm,第二铝箔层6的厚度为11μm,塑料薄膜层4的厚度为25μm。

Claims (7)

1.一种高韧性阻燃铝箔胶带,其特征是,包括由上至下依次设置的离型剂层、第一铝箔层、第一阻燃胶水层、塑料薄膜层、第二阻燃胶水层、第二铝箔层、第三阻燃胶水层及底胶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高韧性阻燃铝箔胶带,其特征是,所述的底胶层为水性胶层或油性胶层或橡胶层或热熔胶层或压敏胶层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高韧性阻燃铝箔胶带,其特征是,所述塑料薄膜层为EAA、LDPE、LLDPE或HDPE中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高韧性阻燃铝箔胶带,其特征是,所述第一铝箔层的厚度为5~14μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高韧性阻燃铝箔胶带,其特征是,所述第二铝箔层的厚度为11~20μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高韧性阻燃铝箔胶带,其特征是,所述塑料薄膜层的厚度为10~50μm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高韧性阻燃铝箔胶带,其特征是,所述塑料薄膜层的厚度为20~25μm。
