一种防静电保护膜,涉及一种防静电保护膜。本发明为了解决现有聚酯膜使用时易产生静电,已经具有防静电的保护膜存储困难、强度及抗拉伸性能差的问题。防静电保护膜,由防静电层、主体薄膜层和防静电粘接剂层组成;主体薄膜层设置于防静电层和防静电粘接剂层之间;防静电层由防静电聚合物、烷基脲衍生物、固化剂、消泡剂、有机硅化合物组成;主体薄膜层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜;防静电粘接剂层由主剂、溶解剂、的固化剂和防静电剂制成。本发明防静电保护膜的表面电阻率值为107~1011Ω,具有双面防静电保护,解决了防静电保护膜的强度及抗拉伸性能差的问题,易于保管。

一种防静电保护膜
技术领域
本发明属于保护膜技术领域,具体涉及一种防静电保护膜。
背景技术
聚酯膜用于包装食品等的包装材料、信息记忆材料、建筑材料、电子材料、印刷材料等的基材膜或工程膜, 但是聚酯膜在使用时由于摩擦而容易产生静电进而吸附灰尘,严重影响了产品的质量;现有技术中对聚酯膜进行了防静电复合后得到的防静电膜具有防静电效果,但是现有的防静电保护膜存储时间较短,在存储器以卷状态保管时易产生粘连进而造成浪费,同时现有的防静电保护膜的强度及抗拉伸性能极差,影响了防静电保护膜的使用。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有聚酯膜使用时易产生静电,已经具有防静电的保护膜存储困难、强度及抗拉伸性能差的问题,提出了一种防静电保护膜。
本发明一种防静电保护膜,由防静电层、主体薄膜层和防静电粘接剂层组成;所述主体薄膜层设置于防静电层和防静电粘接剂层之间;
所述防静电粘接剂层的厚度为50~55um;所述主体薄膜层的厚度为20~25μm;所述防静电粘接剂层的厚度为10~30um;
所述防静电层按质量份数由27~31份的防静电聚合物、68~72份的烷基脲衍生物、9~11份的固化剂、0.05~1.1份的消泡剂和1~20份的有机硅化合物组成;所述防静电聚合物为季铵盐基的聚合物;所述季铵盐基的聚合物为聚季铵盐-10即氯化-2-羟基-3-(三甲氨基)丙基聚环氧乙烷纤维素醚;所述烷基脲衍生物为十八烷基亚乙基脲;所述固化剂为脲醛树脂;所述消泡剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚;所述有机硅化合物为聚醚硅氧烷共聚物;
所述主体薄膜层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜;
所述防静电粘接剂层按重量百分比由27~58%的主剂、27~58%的溶解剂、3~18%的固化剂和余量的防静电剂制成;所述主剂为乙二醇双邻苯二甲酸酯,分子量4000~10000;所述溶解剂为乙酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯或丁酮;所述固化剂为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯;所述防静电剂为德国巴斯夫离子液防静电剂EE19;
本发明防静电保护膜具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明防静电保护膜在温度为23℃、湿度为50%的条件下的表面电阻率值为107~1011Ω;
2、本发明防静电保护膜以主体薄膜层为基体,防静电层为面层,防静电粘接剂层为底层,防静电层和防静电粘接剂层共同具备优异的防静电效果,实现了保护膜的双面防静电保护;防静电粘接剂层流平性高,易于涂布,易于排气,去除防静电保护膜后粘接剂无残留;同时主体薄膜层为基体,解决了防静电保护膜的强度及抗拉伸性能差的问题。
3、本发明防静电层在高温下稳定不会产生粘连,并且与主体薄膜层具有粘合性且为热密封性的层接触;并且本发明的防静电保护膜存放时间可达到一年以上,易于保管。
