Abstract

本发明公开了一种醇水表印环保墨及其制备方法,属于墨水领域,由下述质量百分比的原料组成:组合树脂 30%‑40%、稀释剂15%‑30%、颜料20%‑35%、助剂5%‑10%,其中,所述组合树脂为水溶性丙烯酸树脂、水溶性醇酸树脂、硝酸纤维素和EVA树脂的组合;所述稀释剂为水与95%乙醇;本发明的油墨稀释剂使用醇和水,使其真正做到环保无毒无污染,而且色泽优良、色饱和度高;浅版转移性能优异,层次再现性好;具有优异的干燥性能、耐揉搓、附着牢度好;抗粘连性好,刮刀性能好,印刷后图文部分不掉色,不脱。

醇水表印环保墨及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及油墨技术领域,尤其涉及一种醇水表印环保墨及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着包装工业飞速发展,塑料凹印油墨市场也在不断扩大。当前我国在塑料薄膜的印刷上,凹印具有其他印刷所无法比拟的独到之处,很受业界青睐。凹版印刷油墨在塑料包装行业应用非常广泛,如食品、医药、饲料、农产品、日用品等的包装领域,特别是在食品包装上。在各大商场、超市的食品货架上,摆放着颜色艳丽、包装新颖、琳琅满目的各种食品,这些食品的包装均采用的是塑料凹版印刷包装。为适应社会发展需求,各大印刷企业也都在研究和启动“绿色工程”,以设法减少产品的包装对环境的污染和破坏,“绿色包装和绿色印刷材料”随之出现。
现在已经有很多采用醇水作为稀释剂的凹版表印油墨的报道和使用,但是,这些油墨存在干燥速度慢、干燥不彻底的问题本发明有效解决了干燥的问题,现有技术中为了解决干燥相关的问题,也不得不加入其他有机溶剂,从而导致其环保性能存在改善的空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一,就在于提供一种醇水表印环保墨,以解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是这样的:一种醇水表印环保墨,由下述质量百分比的原料组成:
其中,所述组合树脂为水溶性丙烯酸树脂、水溶性醇酸树脂、硝酸纤维素和EVA树脂的组合;所述稀释剂为水与95%乙醇。
作为优选的技术方案:所述水溶性丙烯酸树脂、水溶性醇酸树脂、硝酸纤维素和EVA树脂的质量比为(12-18):(8-12):(6-10):(3-7)。
作为优选的技术方案:所述助剂为气相二氧化硅、聚乙烯蜡和脂肪族二元酸酯的组合。
本发明采用水溶性树脂混合树脂,其中水溶性丙烯酸树脂是本发明主要使用树脂,丙烯酸树脂水溶机理为:丙烯酸及丙烯酸酯类单体,在一定条件下共聚而成的线性高分子树脂。水溶性丙烯酸树脂之所以具有水溶性,是因为在树脂合成过程中,引进了亲水性基团—羧基、羟基、氨基、酰胺基等。为了进一步增加树脂的水溶性,加胺中和成盐而获得水溶性,然后加水稀释得到水溶性丙烯酸树脂;
再辅以水溶性醇酸树脂(对水和醇释放性极佳,解决现有的一般水溶性油墨干燥慢的问题)、硝酸纤维素(成膜性能好)、EVA树脂(能提高其柔韧性,抗冲击性);此组合树脂之间相互协调,具有良好相容性,以及良好的溶剂释放性,极大的解决了溶剂残留问题,使醇水墨的干燥性能问题包括干燥慢和干燥不彻底的问题得以解决;
本发明采用的稀释剂优选水和95%(体积百分比)乙醇的组合,其依托于水溶性树脂良好的溶剂释放性,能够使其印刷时候达到理想的干燥速度;
颜料优选采用R-606钛白粉;
助剂优选采用气相二氧化硅作为防沉剂,优选采用聚乙烯蜡作为爽滑剂和耐磨剂可以大大降低表印醇水墨的摩擦系数,优选采用脂肪族二元酸酯作为增塑剂使墨层具有较好的柔软性。

本发明的目的之二,在于提供一种上述醇水表印环保墨的制备方法,采用的技术方案为:将所述比例原料除气相二氧化硅外在混合搅拌缸内搅拌混合均匀后,放入砂磨机进行研磨,待细度达到15μm以下停止研磨,调墨加入气相二氧化硅并加入挥发溶剂调整粘度达到涂4#杯31-37S,过滤包装,即得
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明的油墨稀释剂使用醇和水,使其真正做到环保无毒无污染,而且色泽优良、色饱和度高;浅版转移性能优异,层次再现性好;具有优异的干燥性能、耐揉搓、附着牢度好;抗粘连性好,刮刀性能好,印刷后图文部分不掉色,不脱落。

实施例1:
一种醇水表印环保墨,由下述质量百分比的原料组成:
其制备方法为:将所述比例原料除气相二氧化硅外在混合搅拌缸内搅拌混合均匀后,放入砂磨机进行研磨,待细度达到15μm以下停止研磨,调墨加入气相二氧化硅并加入挥发溶剂调整粘度达到涂4#杯31-37S,过滤包装,即得“墨A”。
实施例2:
一种醇水表印环保墨,由下述质量百分比的原料组成:
其制备方法为:将所述比例原料除气相二氧化硅外在混合搅拌缸内搅拌混合均匀后,放入砂磨机进行研磨,待细度达到15μm以下停止研磨,调墨加入气相二氧化硅并加入挥发溶剂调整粘度达到涂4#杯31-37S,过滤包装,即得“墨B”。
实施例3:
一种醇水表印环保墨,由下述质量百分比的原料组成:
其制备方法为:将所述比例原料除气相二氧化硅外在混合搅拌缸内搅拌混合均匀后,放入砂磨机进行研磨,待细度达到15μm以下停止研磨,调墨加入气相二氧化硅并加入挥发溶剂调整粘度达到涂4#杯31-37S,过滤包装,即得“墨C”。
性能检测实施例:
将实施例1-3所得的“墨A”、“墨B”和“墨C”进行性能检测,其结果如下:

1.一种醇水表印环保墨,其特征在于,由下述质量百分比的原料组成:
组合树脂 30%-40%
稀释剂 15%-30%
颜料 20%-35%
助剂 5%-10%;
其中,所述组合树脂为水溶性丙烯酸树脂、水溶性醇酸树脂、硝酸纤维素和EVA树脂的组合;所述稀释剂为水与95%乙醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的醇水表印环保墨,其特征在于,所述水溶性丙烯酸树脂、水溶性醇酸树脂、硝酸纤维素和EVA树脂的质量比为(12-18):(8-12):(6-10):(3-7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的醇水表印环保墨,其特征在于,所述助剂为气相二氧化硅、聚乙烯蜡和脂肪族二元酸酯的组合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的醇水表印环保墨,其特征在于,由下述质量百分比的原料组成:
水溶性丙烯酸树脂: 15%
水溶性醇酸树脂: 10%
硝酸纤维素: 8%
EVA树脂: 5%
钛白粉: 30%
气相二氧化硅: 5%
聚乙烯蜡: 3%
脂肪族二元酸酯: 1%
95%乙醇: 11%
水: 12%。
5.权利要求4所述的醇水表印环保墨的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述比例原料除气相二氧化硅外在混合搅拌缸内搅拌混合均匀后,放入砂磨机进行研磨,待细度达到15μm以下停止研磨,调墨加入气相二氧化硅并加入挥发溶剂调整粘度达到涂4#杯31-37S,过滤包装,即得。
