本发明公开了一种阻燃PP发泡板及其制备方法,其由下重量份的原料制成:聚丙烯85‑100、溴化聚苯乙烯40‑60、铝灰34‑48、赤泥25‑35、氯化聚丙烯20‑30、丝钠铝石17‑23、油页岩灰渣19‑27、十溴二苯醚10‑15、对甲苯磺酰肼2‑3、亚磷酸锑8‑14、铝酸锌5‑10、二茂铁5‑10、磷钼酸铵10‑15、季戊四醇双二甲基硅酸酯12‑18、三肼基均三嗪1‑2、二碱式硬脂酸铅3‑6、柠檬酸4‑9、2‑乙基己基二苯基磷酸酯11‑17。本发明添加了溴化聚苯乙烯、十溴二苯醚、丝钠铝石、季戊四醇双二甲基硅酸酯等原料作为阻燃剂,铝酸锌、二茂铁、磷钼酸铵等原料作为抑烟剂,上述原料相互协同作用,提高了PP发泡板的氧指数,降低了PP发泡板的发烟量,且不影响制品的物理机械性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种PP发泡板及其制备方法,具体涉及一种阻燃PP发泡板及其制备方法。
背景技术
PP发泡板,又称为聚丙烯发泡板,其化学成分是聚丙烯(Polypropylene)。PP发泡板由于具有优异的热稳定性和高温下制品的尺寸稳定性,适宜和柔顺的表面,优异的微波适应性以及可降解性,极佳的可加工性。并可根据产品性能用途调整相关性能,可广泛应用于汽车零部件、设备制造业,文具、包装、建筑材料等领域。
近年来,PP发泡板得到快速发展,市场上出现了种类繁多、性能各异的PP发泡板。但是目前国内生产的PP发泡板的阻燃性能与国外PP发泡板的性能相比较,仍存在着较大的差距。
刘琼琼、曹静等人在其《莫来石/聚丙烯复合材料的制备与性能研究》一文中采用熔融共混的方法将莫来石粉体填充于聚丙烯中,起到一定的增强作用,使得复合材料的结晶温度和热稳定性提高,但是对聚丙烯复合材料的保温隔热性能和隔音吸音性能的提高不明显。
因此,本发明采用铝灰、赤泥、油页岩灰渣等原料复合经煅烧、酸浸、除杂、碳酸化、超声、共沸蒸馏、煅烧等步骤制得氧化铝粉末,然后以正硅酸乙酯为硅源、氧化铝粉体为铝源,通过溶胶-凝胶法与超临界干燥技术,制备了分散纳米氧化铝的SiO2气凝胶,复合气凝胶经煅烧后,得到化学稳定性和热稳定性优异、热导率和声传播速度极低的多孔莫来石材料,然后将多孔莫来石材料填充于聚丙烯中,不仅可以大大提高PP发泡板的保温隔热性能、隔音吸音性能和热稳定性能,还为铝灰、赤泥、油页岩灰渣等固体废弃物的资源化利用提供一条有效途径。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃PP发泡板及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种阻燃PP发泡板,由下重量份的原料制成:聚丙烯85-100、溴化聚苯乙烯40-60、铝灰34-48、赤泥25-35、氯化聚丙烯20-30、丝钠铝石17-23、油页岩灰渣19-27、十溴二苯醚10-15、对甲苯磺酰肼2-3、亚磷酸锑8-14、铝酸锌5-10、二茂铁5-10、磷钼酸铵10-15、季戊四醇双二甲基硅酸酯12-18、三肼基均三嗪1-2、二碱式硬脂酸铅3-6、柠檬酸4-9、2-乙基己基二苯基磷酸酯11-17。
一种阻燃PP发泡板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将铝灰、赤泥、油页岩灰渣混合均匀,粉碎,过筛,然后加入相当于粉末质量35-45%的氯化钠,770-830℃煅烧2-3h,冷却至室温,然后按照固液比1:5-6将煅烧后的粉末加入到质量分数为30%的硫酸溶液中,水浴加热至60-70℃,保温浸泡3-4h,自然冷却至40℃以下时过滤,滤液加摩尔浓度为6mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液至pH为13,过滤,在搅拌下从滤液底部通入二氧化碳气体至溶液pH为9时,停止通入二氧化碳,超声 20-30min,过滤,滤渣洗涤干净,烘干,然后按照固液比1:4-5将烘干后的滤渣加入到正丁醇中,剧烈搅拌30-50min,使其分散为白色乳状悬浮液,蒸馏,当脱水完全后,温度上升至正丁醇本身的沸点时回流,干燥,除正丁醇,最后将获得的粉末于580-640℃温度下煅烧2-3h,冷却至室温,研细,待用;
(2)按照摩尔比1:6:3:0.05:0.001将正硅酸乙酯、无水乙醇、去离子水、聚乙二醇600、硝酸混合,充分搅拌均匀,得正硅酸乙酯水解液,待用;
(3)按照摩尔比1-2:1将步骤(1)制得的粉末与步骤(2)制得的正硅酸乙酯水解液混合,充分搅拌均匀,得混合溶胶,然后用饱和氨水调节混合溶胶pH值,使溶胶在20-30min内凝胶化,将得到的凝胶加入到相当于凝胶质量3-4倍量的无水乙醇中,水浴加热至55-65℃,保温静置,每隔12h换一次无水乙醇,共换5-6次,过滤,超临界干燥,1150-1250℃煅烧1-2h,冷却至室温,研细,即得多孔莫来石材料;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的多孔莫来石材料与溴化聚苯乙烯、氯化聚丙烯、十溴二苯醚、亚磷酸锑、二茂铁、2-乙基己基二苯基磷酸酯混合均匀,然后将物料投入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,得到发泡母粒;双螺杆挤出机各段温度设定分别为:一区70-80℃、二区80-90℃、三区85-95℃、四区90-100℃、机头85-95℃,螺杆转速为40-50r/min;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的发泡母粒与余下原料混合,搅拌至物料温度达到110-120℃时,停止搅拌,待物料冷却降温至45-55℃时出料,然后将物料投入到单螺杆挤出机中挤出发泡,即得所需的PP发泡板;单螺杆挤出机各段温度设定分别为:一区160-180℃、二区175-185℃、三区180-200℃、四区200-220℃、机头190-210℃,螺杆转速为70-80r/min。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明采用铝灰、赤泥、油页岩灰渣等原料复合经煅烧、酸浸、除杂、碳酸化、超声、共沸蒸馏、煅烧等步骤制得氧化铝粉末,然后以正硅酸乙酯为硅源、氧化铝粉体为铝源,通过溶胶-凝胶法与超临界干燥技术,制备了分散纳米氧化铝的SiO2气凝胶,复合气凝胶经煅烧后,得到化学稳定性和热稳定性优异、热导率和声传播速度极低的多孔莫来石材料,然后将多孔莫来石材料填充于聚丙烯中,不仅可以大大提高PP发泡板的保温隔热性能、隔音吸音性能和热稳定性能,还为铝灰、赤泥、油页岩灰渣等固体废弃物的资源化利用提供一条有效途径;
(2)本发明添加了溴化聚苯乙烯、十溴二苯醚、丝钠铝石、季戊四醇双二甲基硅酸酯、2-乙基己基二苯基磷酸酯等原料作为阻燃剂,铝酸锌、二茂铁、磷钼酸铵等原料作为抑烟剂,上述原料相互协同作用,提高了PP发泡板的氧指数,降低了PP发泡板的发烟量,且不影响制品的物理机械性能。
具体实施方式
一种阻燃PP发泡板,由下重量(kg)的原料制成:聚丙烯96、溴化聚苯乙烯52、铝灰41、赤泥30、氯化聚丙烯24、丝钠铝石20、油页岩灰渣23、十溴二苯醚12、对甲苯磺酰肼2.5、亚磷酸锑10、铝酸锌7、二茂铁8、磷钼酸铵12、季戊四醇双二甲基硅酸酯14、三肼基均三嗪1.5、二碱式硬脂酸铅4.5、柠檬酸6、2-乙基己基二苯基磷酸酯14。
一种阻燃PP发泡板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将铝灰、赤泥、油页岩灰渣混合均匀,粉碎,过筛,然后加入相当于粉末质量35-45%的氯化钠,770-830℃煅烧2-3h,冷却至室温,然后按照固液比1:5-6将煅烧后的粉末加入到质量分数为30%的硫酸溶液中,水浴加热至60-70℃,保温浸泡3-4h,自然冷却至40℃以下时过滤,滤液加摩尔浓度为6mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液至pH为13,过滤,在搅拌下从滤液底部通入二氧化碳气体至溶液pH为9时,停止通入二氧化碳,超声 20-30min,过滤,滤渣洗涤干净,烘干,然后按照固液比1:4-5将烘干后的滤渣加入到正丁醇中,剧烈搅拌30-50min,使其分散为白色乳状悬浮液,蒸馏,当脱水完全后,温度上升至正丁醇本身的沸点时回流,干燥,除正丁醇,最后将获得的粉末于580-640℃温度下煅烧2-3h,冷却至室温,研细,待用;
(2)按照摩尔比1:6:3:0.05:0.001将正硅酸乙酯、无水乙醇、去离子水、聚乙二醇600、硝酸混合,充分搅拌均匀,得正硅酸乙酯水解液,待用;
(3)按照摩尔比1-2:1将步骤(1)制得的粉末与步骤(2)制得的正硅酸乙酯水解液混合,充分搅拌均匀,得混合溶胶,然后用饱和氨水调节混合溶胶pH值,使溶胶在20-30min内凝胶化,将得到的凝胶加入到相当于凝胶质量3-4倍量的无水乙醇中,水浴加热至55-65℃,保温静置,每隔12h换一次无水乙醇,共换5-6次,过滤,超临界干燥,1150-1250℃煅烧1-2h,冷却至室温,研细,即得多孔莫来石材料;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的多孔莫来石材料与溴化聚苯乙烯、氯化聚丙烯、十溴二苯醚、亚磷酸锑、二茂铁、2-乙基己基二苯基磷酸酯混合均匀,然后将物料投入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,得到发泡母粒;双螺杆挤出机各段温度设定分别为:一区70-80℃、二区80-90℃、三区85-95℃、四区90-100℃、机头85-95℃,螺杆转速为40-50r/min;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的发泡母粒与余下原料混合,搅拌至物料温度达到110-120℃时,停止搅拌,待物料冷却降温至45-55℃时出料,然后将物料投入到单螺杆挤出机中挤出发泡,即得所需的PP发泡板;单螺杆挤出机各段温度设定分别为:一区160-180℃、二区175-185℃、三区180-200℃、四区200-220℃、机头190-210℃,螺杆转速为70-80r/min。

1.一种阻燃PP发泡板,其特征在于,由下重量份的原料制成:聚丙烯85-100、溴化聚苯乙烯40-60、铝灰34-48、赤泥25-35、氯化聚丙烯20-30、丝钠铝石17-23、油页岩灰渣19-27、十溴二苯醚10-15、对甲苯磺酰肼2-3、亚磷酸锑8-14、铝酸锌5-10、二茂铁5-10、磷钼酸铵10-15、季戊四醇双二甲基硅酸酯12-18、三肼基均三嗪1-2、二碱式硬脂酸铅3-6、柠檬酸4-9、2-乙基己基二苯基磷酸酯11-17。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的阻燃PP发泡板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将铝灰、赤泥、油页岩灰渣混合均匀,粉碎,过筛,然后加入相当于粉末质量35-45%的氯化钠,770-830℃煅烧2-3h,冷却至室温,然后按照固液比1:5-6将煅烧后的粉末加入到质量分数为30%的硫酸溶液中,水浴加热至60-70℃,保温浸泡3-4h,自然冷却至40℃以下时过滤,滤液加摩尔浓度为6mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液至pH为13,过滤,在搅拌下从滤液底部通入二氧化碳气体至溶液pH为9时,停止通入二氧化碳,超声 20-30min,过滤,滤渣洗涤干净,烘干,然后按照固液比1:4-5将烘干后的滤渣加入到正丁醇中,剧烈搅拌30-50min,使其分散为白色乳状悬浮液,蒸馏,当脱水完全后,温度上升至正丁醇本身的沸点时回流,干燥,除正丁醇,最后将获得的粉末于580-640℃温度下煅烧2-3h,冷却至室温,研细,待用;
(2)按照摩尔比1:6:3:0.05:0.001将正硅酸乙酯、无水乙醇、去离子水、聚乙二醇600、硝酸混合,充分搅拌均匀,得正硅酸乙酯水解液,待用;
(3)按照摩尔比1-2:1将步骤(1)制得的粉末与步骤(2)制得的正硅酸乙酯水解液混合,充分搅拌均匀,得混合溶胶,然后用饱和氨水调节混合溶胶pH值,使溶胶在20-30min内凝胶化,将得到的凝胶加入到相当于凝胶质量3-4倍量的无水乙醇中,水浴加热至55-65℃,保温静置,每隔12h换一次无水乙醇,共换5-6次,过滤,超临界干燥,1150-1250℃煅烧1-2h,冷却至室温,研细,即得多孔莫来石材料;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的多孔莫来石材料与溴化聚苯乙烯、氯化聚丙烯、十溴二苯醚、亚磷酸锑、二茂铁、2-乙基己基二苯基磷酸酯混合均匀,然后将物料投入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,得到发泡母粒;双螺杆挤出机各段温度设定分别为:一区70-80℃、二区80-90℃、三区85-95℃、四区90-100℃、机头85-95℃,螺杆转速为40-50r/min;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的发泡母粒与余下原料混合,搅拌至物料温度达到110-120℃时,停止搅拌,待物料冷却降温至45-55℃时出料,然后将物料投入到单螺杆挤出机中挤出发泡,即得所需的PP发泡板;单螺杆挤出机各段温度设定分别为:一区160-180℃、二区175-185℃、三区180-200℃、四区200-220℃、机头190-210℃,螺杆转速为70-80r/min。
