背景技术
汽车工业是国民经济的支柱产业,近年来汽车工业的迅猛发展将给橡胶工业带来前所未有的机遇,同时对车用橡胶制品和新材料提出了更高的要求,这也将是对橡胶工业的巨大挑战。现代世界合成橡胶工业以智能化设计与合成,高效清洁生产为基本特点。在不断提高产品质量,优化生产工艺的同时,更加注重对现有合成橡胶的改性,使之不断的向专用化和高性能方向发展。橡胶管是橡胶成品的重要组成元素,目前在汽车、电器和电子、办公器械三大领域应用外,还大量用于建筑、医疗、食品工业和航空、航天等高科技领域,不同领域的橡胶材料需要具有不同的性质。
在众多的合成橡胶中,氯丁橡胶是其中的佼佼者,也是用于制作橡胶管的重要材料,它的抗张强度高,耐热、耐光、耐老化性能优良,耐油性能均优于天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶。具有较强的耐燃性和优异的抗延燃性,其化学稳定性较高,耐水性良好。但是电绝缘性能,耐寒性能较差。现有市场上的橡胶管的耐热性能和耐油性能普遍不佳,在高温下使用容易导致过早老化,低温下容易冻裂,长时间表面出现掉块从而失去功能,导致汽车橡胶管件废弃,浪费资源,增加成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐高低温汽车输油管用橡胶材料及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种耐高低温汽车输油管用橡胶材料,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:氯丁橡胶100-120、硅橡胶30-40、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体10-15、油酸四氢呋喃甲酯6-8、二甘醇单丁醚己二酸酯6-8、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二异辛酯5-6、凡士林6-8、重质碳酸镁 7-9、对氨基苯磺酸镧5-7、白玉石粉15-20、微晶石蜡10-14、过氧化甲乙酮2-3、二巯基噻二唑2-4、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆1-2、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺1-2、锆酸铝纤维7-10、氢氧化铝8-10、碳酸钙18-22、氧化锌5-7、歧化松香6-8、2,2'-二苯甲酰氨基二苯基二硫化物7-9。
一种耐高低温汽车输油管用橡胶材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将白玉石粉、微晶石蜡、锆酸铝纤维、氢氧化铝、碳酸钙真空脱水后与环己烷1,2-二甲酸二异辛酯、凡士林混合搅拌,然后再加入氧化锌、歧化松香、2,2'-二苯甲酰氨基二苯基二硫化物搅拌均匀,加热至60-70℃后保温3-4h,得到混合料;
(2)将氯丁橡胶、硅橡胶、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体、油酸四氢呋喃甲酯、二甘醇单丁醚己二酸酯、重质碳酸镁、对氨基苯磺酸镧、过氧化甲乙酮、二巯基噻二唑、混合料放入密炼机中密炼30-40min,待温度升到125-130℃时排胶,在开放式炼胶机上出片、冷却,获得母炼胶;
(3)将母炼胶加入到密炼机中,再加入二硫化四甲基秋兰姆、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺进行混炼,混炼均匀后控制温度在80℃左右时排胶、出条,得到胶条;
(4)将胶条放入平板硫化机中,设定硫化压力为10-12Mpa,硫化的温度为140-150℃,硫化时间为6-8min,得到所述橡胶材料。

本发明使用的氯丁橡胶具有很好的耐老化、耐油性能,与硅橡胶、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体等搭配提高了其低温柔韧性、耐高温、耐疲劳、耐磨损和抗冲击性能,添加的油酸四氢呋喃甲酯、二甘醇单丁醚己二酸酯、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二异辛酯等增塑剂与白玉石粉、锆酸铝纤维等无机填料配合使用,不仅可以提高橡胶材料的耐高低温性能,还可以改善橡胶的耐油、耐酸碱腐蚀、拉伸强度以及撕裂强度等性能,提高产品的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明所述技术方案作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
一种耐高低温汽车输油管用橡胶材料,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:氯丁橡胶100、硅橡胶30、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体10、油酸四氢呋喃甲酯6、二甘醇单丁醚己二酸酯6、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二异辛酯5、凡士林6、重质碳酸镁 7、对氨基苯磺酸镧5、白玉石粉15、微晶石蜡10、过氧化甲乙酮2、二巯基噻二唑2、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆1、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺1、锆酸铝纤维7、氢氧化铝8、碳酸钙18、氧化锌5、歧化松香6、2,2'-二苯甲酰氨基二苯基二硫化物7。
一种耐高低温汽车输油管用橡胶材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将白玉石粉、微晶石蜡、锆酸铝纤维、氢氧化铝、碳酸钙真空脱水后与环己烷1,2-二甲酸二异辛酯、凡士林混合搅拌,然后再加入氧化锌、歧化松香、2,2'-二苯甲酰氨基二苯基二硫化物搅拌均匀,加热至60-70℃后保温3-4h,得到混合料;
(2)将氯丁橡胶、硅橡胶、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体、油酸四氢呋喃甲酯、二甘醇单丁醚己二酸酯、重质碳酸镁、对氨基苯磺酸镧、过氧化甲乙酮、二巯基噻二唑、混合料放入密炼机中密炼30-40min,待温度升到125-130℃时排胶,在开放式炼胶机上出片、冷却,获得母炼胶;
(3)将母炼胶加入到密炼机中,再加入二硫化四甲基秋兰姆、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺等原料进行混炼,混炼均匀后控制温度在80℃左右时排胶、出条,得到胶条;
(4)将胶条放入平板硫化机中,设定硫化压力为10-12Mpa,硫化的温度为140-150℃,硫化时间为6-8min,得到所述橡胶材料。
实施例2:
一种耐高低温汽车输油管用橡胶材料,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:氯丁橡胶110、硅橡胶35、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体12.5、油酸四氢呋喃甲酯7、二甘醇单丁醚己二酸酯7、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二异辛酯5.5、凡士林7、重质碳酸镁 8、对氨基苯磺酸镧6、白玉石粉17.5、微晶石蜡12、过氧化甲乙酮2.5、二巯基噻二唑3、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆1.5、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺1.5、锆酸铝纤维8.5、氢氧化铝9、碳酸钙20、氧化锌6、歧化松香7、2,2'-二苯甲酰氨基二苯基二硫化物8。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
一种耐高低温汽车输油管用橡胶材料,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:氯丁橡胶120、硅橡胶40、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体15、油酸四氢呋喃甲酯8、二甘醇单丁醚己二酸酯8、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二异辛酯6、凡士林8、重质碳酸镁 9、对氨基苯磺酸镧7、白玉石粉20、微晶石蜡14、过氧化甲乙酮3、二巯基噻二唑4、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆2、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺2、锆酸铝纤维10、氢氧化铝10、碳酸钙22、氧化锌7、歧化松香8、2,2'-二苯甲酰氨基二苯基二硫化物9。
制备方法同实施例1。
上述实施例1-3制得的橡胶材料的性能检测结果如下表所示:

Claims (2)
1.一种耐高低温汽车输油管用橡胶材料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:氯丁橡胶100-120、硅橡胶30-40、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体10-15、油酸四氢呋喃甲酯6-8、二甘醇单丁醚己二酸酯6-8、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二异辛酯5-6、凡士林6-8、重质碳酸镁 7-9、对氨基苯磺酸镧5-7、白玉石粉15-20、微晶石蜡10-14、过氧化甲乙酮2-3、二巯基噻二唑2-4、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆1-2、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺1-2、锆酸铝纤维7-10、氢氧化铝8-10、碳酸钙18-22、氧化锌5-7、歧化松香6-8、2,2'-二苯甲酰氨基二苯基二硫化物7-9。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高低温汽车输油管用橡胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将白玉石粉、微晶石蜡、锆酸铝纤维、氢氧化铝、碳酸钙真空脱水后与环己烷1,2-二甲酸二异辛酯、凡士林混合搅拌,然后再加入氧化锌、歧化松香、2,2'-二苯甲酰氨基二苯基二硫化物搅拌均匀,加热至60-70℃后保温3-4h,得到混合料;
(2)将氯丁橡胶、硅橡胶、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体、油酸四氢呋喃甲酯、二甘醇单丁醚己二酸酯、重质碳酸镁、对氨基苯磺酸镧、过氧化甲乙酮、二巯基噻二唑、混合料放入密炼机中密炼30-40min,待温度升到125-130℃时排胶,在开放式炼胶机上出片、冷却,获得母炼胶;
(3)将母炼胶加入到密炼机中,再加入二硫化四甲基秋兰姆、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺等原料进行混炼,混炼均匀后控制温度在80℃左右时排胶、出条,得到胶条;
(4)将胶条放入平板硫化机中,设定硫化压力为10-12Mpa,硫化的温度为140-150℃,硫化时间为6-8min,得到所述橡胶材料。
