Abstract

本发明公开了一种食品包装杯,用于食品包装技术领域,包括杯体、设在所述杯体内的薄膜内袋和封闭所述杯体杯口的杯盖结构,所述薄膜内袋的袋口通过可拆分结构与杯体连接,并在内部形成容液内腔,所述薄膜内袋可与杯体的内壁分离,所述杯体上设有与薄膜内袋和杯体之间的间隙相通的透气孔。本发明结构制作简单、成本低廉,使各阶层的消费者很方便将浓稠的果汁、牛奶、发酵乳和酸奶等饮用得更加干净,杜绝了杯里的残留,利于环境的卫生。同时做到两种不同材料的垃圾分类清楚,降低垃圾回收和再利用的处理成本。

一种食品包装杯
技术领域
本发明用于食品包装技术领域,特别是涉及一种食品包装杯。
背景技术
大部分装浓稠的果汁、牛奶、发酵乳和酸奶等的包装杯子采取吸管吸食,由于较浓稠,部分饮品会残留在杯内壁,不宜吸食干净,造成不必要的浪费,同时残留在杯里的饮品容易滋生微生物,引起腐败变质,影响环境卫生。此外饮品包装杯因材料构成的缘故,垃圾分类不清楚,回收再利用的处理成本较高,不够环保。因此,提供一种可吸食干净且不同材料可轻松分离的浓稠液体食品包装杯极具市场价值和社会意义。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种方便用于浓稠液体饮品包装的食品包装杯,其结构制作简单、成本低廉,使各阶层的消费者很方便将浓稠的果汁、牛奶、发酵乳和酸奶等饮用得更加干净,杜绝了杯里的残留,利于环境的卫生。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种食品包装杯,包括杯体、设在所述杯体内的薄膜内袋和封闭所述杯体杯口的杯盖结构,所述薄膜内袋的袋口通过可拆分结构与杯体连接,并在内部形成容液内腔,所述薄膜内袋可与杯体的内壁分离,所述杯体上设有与薄膜内袋和杯体之间的间隙相通的透气孔。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,所述薄膜内袋的袋口与杯体杯口边缘热压粘合固定。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,所述可拆分结构包括设在杯体杯口边缘的锯齿线,通过所述锯齿线形成定向易撕拉并可使薄膜内袋与杯体分离的圆环条。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,所述杯体外侧于透气孔处设有可撕开的贴膜。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,所述贴膜与圆环条相连。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,所述薄膜内袋紧贴杯体的内壁和杯底。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,所述杯盖结构包括封口膜。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,还包括可刺破封口膜插入杯体内的吸管。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,所述杯体为高分子材料杯或纤维质材料杯。
本发明的有益效果:本发明使用时,杯体内于薄膜内袋的容液内腔中填充浓稠液体食品,在吸管插入包装杯子吸浓稠液体食品时,杯体外部的气体通过透气孔进入薄膜内袋和杯体之间的间隙,薄膜内袋紧随着收缩,直至收缩至零空间为止,然后通过可拆分结构使薄膜内袋与杯体轻松分离,用手挤压薄膜内袋,可吸食干净,同时做到两种不同材料的垃圾分类清楚,降低垃圾回收和再利用的处理成本。本发明结构制作简单、成本低廉,使各阶层的消费者很方便将浓稠的果汁、牛奶、发酵乳和酸奶等饮用得更加干净,杜绝了杯里的残留,利于环境的卫生。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图5,其显示出了本发明之较佳实施例的具体结构。以下将详细说明本发明各部件的结构特点,而如果有描述到方向( 上、下、左、右、前及后) 时,是以图1所示的结构为参考描述,但本发明的实际使用方向并不局限于此。
本发明提供了一种食品包装杯,包括杯体1、设在所述杯体1内的薄膜内袋2和封闭所述杯体1杯口的杯盖结构,所述薄膜内袋2的袋口通过可拆分结构与杯体1连接,并在内部形成容液内腔,所述薄膜内袋2可与杯体1的内壁分离,所述杯体1上设有与薄膜内袋2和杯体1之间的间隙相通的透气孔3。
其中,所述杯体1为高分子材料杯或纤维质材料杯,形状可为杯状、圆筒状、方形状等形状。薄膜内袋2为食品级,超薄可收缩、且不容易穿破。
本发明使用时,杯体1内于薄膜内袋2的容液内腔中填充浓稠液体食品,在吸管4插入包装杯子吸浓稠液体食品时,杯体1外部的气体通过透气孔3进入薄膜内袋2和杯体1之间的间隙,薄膜内袋2紧随着收缩,直至收缩至零空间为止,然后通过可拆分结构使薄膜内袋2与杯体1轻松分离,用手挤压薄膜内袋2,可吸食干净,同时做到两种不同材料的垃圾分类清楚,降低垃圾回收和再利用的处理成本。本发明结构制作简单、成本低廉,使各阶层的消费者很方便将浓稠的果汁、牛奶、发酵乳和酸奶等饮用得更加干净,杜绝了杯里的残留,利于环境的卫生。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述薄膜内袋2的袋口与杯体1杯口边缘热压粘合固定。所述薄膜内袋2紧贴杯体1的内壁和杯底,以获得最大的容液内腔。所述可拆分结构包括设在杯体1杯口边缘的锯齿线,通过所述锯齿线形成定向易撕拉并可使薄膜内袋2与杯体1分离的圆环条6。圆环条6可使薄膜内袋2与杯体1轻松分离,用手挤压薄膜内袋2,可吸食干净,同时做到两种不同材料的垃圾分类清楚,降低垃圾回收和再利用的处理成本。
为了避免食品在吸食前,外部气体通过透气孔3进入杯体1内,所述杯体外侧于透气孔处设有可撕开的贴膜7。所述贴膜7与圆环条6相连,饮用时,先把贴膜7打开便于塑料薄膜内袋收缩。
所述杯盖结构包括封口膜5。还包括可刺破封口膜5插入杯体1内的吸管4。包装时,所述的薄膜内袋2边沿与包装杯子边沿封死固定,上面再盖上封口膜5。
当然,本发明创造并不局限于上述实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (9)

1.一种食品包装杯,其特征在于:包括杯体、设在所述杯体内的薄膜内袋和封闭所述杯体杯口的杯盖结构,所述薄膜内袋的袋口通过可拆分结构与杯体连接,并在内部形成容液内腔,所述薄膜内袋可与杯体的内壁分离,所述杯体上设有与薄膜内袋和杯体之间的间隙相通的透气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食品包装杯,其特征在于:所述薄膜内袋的袋口与杯体杯口边缘热压粘合固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的食品包装杯,其特征在于:所述可拆分结构包括设在杯体杯口边缘的锯齿线,通过所述锯齿线形成定向易撕拉并可使薄膜内袋与杯体分离的圆环条。
4.根据权利要求3所述的食品包装杯,其特征在于:所述杯体外侧于透气孔处设有可撕开的贴膜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的食品包装杯,其特征在于:所述贴膜与圆环条相连。
6.根据权利要求2所述的食品包装杯,其特征在于:所述薄膜内袋紧贴杯体的内壁和杯底。
7.根据权利要求1所述的食品包装杯,其特征在于:所述杯盖结构包括封口膜。
8.根据权利要求1所述的食品包装杯,其特征在于:还包括可刺破封口膜插入杯体内的吸管。
9.根据权利要求1所述的食品包装杯,其特征在于:所述杯体为高分子材料杯或纤维质材料杯。
