Abstract
一种宽温域增强型非硫化橡胶阻尼降噪复合材料,依次包括由上往下贴合有铝箔、增强层、丁基胶层和离型纸。丁基胶层是具有自粘性的非硫化丁基橡胶片,一面与增强层粘合在一起,一面是离型纸,离型纸撕开后可直接粘贴使用;增强层采用合成橡胶材料为主材,中空吸音材料为填料,增强层主材90~110份,填料60~300份,补强剂40~150份,偶联剂1~20份。增强层可通过丁基胶层与铝箔复合在一起,也可通过双面层或胶水与铝箔粘合在一起,增强层的另一面与丁基胶层粘合在一起;铝箔具有隔声隔热的功效,同时可约束丁基胶层。本发明施工简单,直接粘贴使用,阻尼效果更加显著,而且拓宽了阻尼的有效使用温度范围,同时降低噪音,营造较为舒适的环境。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种宽温域增强型非硫化橡胶阻尼降噪复合材料。
背景技术
随着人民生产质量提高,自动化程度越来越高,有机械的地方就有震动与噪音,与人民生活最接近的就是汽车与空调运行时的震动与噪音。目前主要是采用非硫化的丁基胶层作为阻尼材料,丁基橡胶分子链上有很多侧甲基,弹性滞后较大,有明显的耗能作用,具有优异的阻尼、吸音、减振功能,是理想的阻尼橡胶。具有自粘性的非硫化丁基阻尼胶片可直接粘贴于震动钣金件上,可有效降低震动,减少噪音,但是机械在运作的过程中会发热,导致周围的气温都随之上升,非硫化丁基胶层具有热流性,在热的环境下容易变形,导致高温时阻尼效果较差。另一种减震的方法是采用硫化橡胶片,但是硫化橡胶片不具有自粘性,必须通过夹具将橡胶片与震动钣金件紧密结合才能发挥作用,安装困难,机械长期震动容易松动脱落。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种宽温域增强型非硫化橡胶阻尼降噪复合材料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种宽温域增强型非硫化橡胶阻尼降噪复合材料,该复合材料包括由上往下贴合有铝箔、增强层、丁基胶层和离型纸。
所述增强层主要组成构成为:主材90~110份,填料60~300份,补强剂40~150份,偶联剂1~20份。
所述增强层采用合成橡胶材料为主材,如SBR、EPDM、SR、IIR、NBR。
所述增强层采用中空的吸音材料为填料,如中直棉、硅藻土、云母粉。
所述增强层采用炭黑或白炭黑为补强剂。
所述丁基胶层是具有自粘性的非硫化丁基橡胶片。
所述丁基胶层的硬度控制在10±10A,增强层的硬度控制在60±10A。
所述铝箔为软质铝箔,厚度为0.05-2mm
增强层可通过丁基胶层与铝箔复合在一起,也可通过双面层或胶水与铝箔粘合在一起
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、增强层采用采用中空的吸音材料为填料,增强复合材料的吸音减噪功效。
2、基胶层是具有自粘性的非硫化丁基橡胶片,硬度控制在10±10A,增强层的硬度控制在60±10A,通过丁基胶层与增强层的比例复合,在结构上进一步提高产品的阻尼性能。
3、非硫化丁基胶层具有热流性,在高温条件下严重变形,导致阻尼效果下降,增强层耐高温,通过丁基胶层与增强层的比例复合,可进一步拓宽阻尼的有效使用温度范围。
可适用于汽车、动车、火车、空调、空压机、设备等作阻尼降噪材料。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
案例一
如附图1所示,一种宽温域增强型非硫化橡胶阻尼降噪复合材料,该复合材料包括由上往下贴合有铝箔4、增强层3、丁基胶层2和离型纸1。增强层主要组成构成为:主材90~110份,填料60~300份,补强剂40~150份,偶联剂1~20份。优选的配方为:EPDM 100份,云母粉50份,硅藻土100份,白炭黑50份,偶联剂5份。丁基胶层是具有自粘性的非硫化丁基橡胶片,丁基胶片硬度为10A,增强层的硬度为60A,铝箔为软质铝箔,厚度为0.1mm.
案例二
如附图1所示,一种宽温域增强型非硫化橡胶阻尼降噪复合材料,该复合材料包括由上往下贴合有铝箔4、增强层3、丁基胶层2和离型纸1。增强层主要组成构成为:主材90~110份,填料60~300份,补强剂40~150份,偶联剂1~20份。优选的配方为:IIR 100份,云母粉40份,硅藻土150份,炭黑50份,偶联剂5份。丁基胶层是具有自粘性的非硫化丁基橡胶片,丁基胶片硬度为8A,增强层的硬度为65A,铝箔为软质铝箔,厚度为0.2mm.
案例三
如附图1所示,一种宽温域增强型非硫化橡胶阻尼降噪复合材料,该复合材料包括由上往下贴合有铝箔4、增强层3、丁基胶层2和离型纸1。增强层主要组成构成为:主材90~110份,填料60~300份,补强剂40~150份,偶联剂1~20份。优选的配方为:IIR 50份,EPDM50份,云母粉60份,硅藻土200份,炭黑40份,偶联剂8份。丁基胶层是具有自粘性的非硫化丁基橡胶片,丁基胶片硬度为3A,增强层的硬度为58A,铝箔为软质铝箔,厚度为0.15mm。

1.一种宽温域增强型非硫化橡胶阻尼降噪复合材料,其特征在于,该复合材料包括由上往下贴合有铝箔、增强层、丁基胶层和离型纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的宽温域增强型非硫化橡胶阻尼降噪复合材料,其特征在于,增强层主要组成构成为:主材90~110份,填料60~300份,补强剂40~150份,偶联剂1~20份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的宽温域增强型非硫化橡胶阻尼降噪复合材料,其特征在于,增强层采用合成橡胶材料为主材,如SBR、EPDM、SR、IIR、NBR。
4.根据权利要求2所述的宽温域增强型非硫化橡胶阻尼降噪复合材料,其特征在于,增强层采用中空的吸音材料为填料,如中直棉、硅藻土、云母粉。
5.根据权利要求2所述的宽温域增强型非硫化橡胶阻尼降噪复合材料,其特征在于,增强层采用炭黑或白炭黑为补强剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的宽温域增强型非硫化橡胶阻尼降噪复合材料,其特征在于,丁基胶层是具有自粘性的非硫化丁基橡胶片。
7.根据权利要求1所述的宽温域增强型非硫化橡胶阻尼降噪复合材料,其特征在于,丁基胶层的硬度控制在10±10A,增强层的硬度控制在60±10A。
8.根据权利要求1所述的宽温域增强型非硫化橡胶阻尼降噪复合材料,其特征在于,铝箔为软质铝箔,厚度为0.05-2mm。
