本发明属于机械治具设备技术领域,涉及一种润滑式圆刀模切治具,主体结构包括圆刀、钢轴、橡胶轴、海绵轴、限位环、定位环、轴承、卡槽、基体、刀锋和刀枕;基体的上部设置有圆刀,圆刀的外围设置有刀锋,圆刀的左右两端均设置有刀枕,圆刀通过刀枕与基体固定连接,基体的下部设置有钢轴,基体的顶部设置有圆柱形结构的橡胶轴和海绵轴,包胶式结构的橡胶轴在下,海绵轴在上,橡胶轴的左右两端均通过轴承和卡槽分别与海绵轴的左右两端连接,橡胶轴的左右两端位于轴承内侧的位置处均设置有圆环形结构的限位环和定位环;其结构简单,原理可靠,设计新颖,操作简便,适用范围广,使用环境友好,切割效果好,切割效率高。

技术领域:
本发明属于机械治具设备技术领域,涉及一种润滑式圆刀模切治具,用于辅助生产高分子聚合胶带,避免模切成型生产加工过程中胶水粘刀、粘着剂回粘和胶水外溢的现象。
背景技术:
用于粘合电子产品元器件的高分子聚合胶带随着电子工业的发展向着多元化和异形化的方向发展,高分子聚合胶带上的粘着剂越来越稀薄、流动性越来越强、厚度也越来越大;现有技术中的刀模对胶的模切方式受到粘刀、粘着剂回粘和胶水外溢的困扰,导致胶发生变形和溢胶的不良情形,甚至无法生产加工高分子聚合胶带,这一问题导致模切产业带跟不上电子产品的更新步伐,达不到组装要求;中国专利201310139582.7公开的一种铁氧体材料用激光模切治具包括激光模切机,激光模切机的工作台面上设置吸铁石,工作时,将待切割的铁氧体材料置于激光模切机的工作台面上,并通过吸铁石吸附固定,吸铁石呈圆片状,多个圆片状吸铁石均布在工作台面上,圆片状吸铁石的直径为2-3cm,相邻吸铁石间间距20-30cm,铁氧体材料包括铁氧体层,以及设置在铁氧体层上表面的黑色单面胶层、设置在铁氧体下表面的PET离型膜层,PET离型膜层通过双面胶层粘贴在铁氧体上;中国专利201521095962.6公开的一种自动落料模切机包括机架、电机、模切治具和拉出装置,模切治具和拉出装置设置在机架上,拉出装置设置在模切治具的输出端,模切治具由上切具和下切具组成,上切具的侧壁上设有压落装置,压落装置随着上切具有规律的上下移动,将所需切有切痕的印刷品压落至收料斗中;中国专利201520395337.7公开的一种模切组合件及适用该组合件的模切治具,模切组合件包括待复合的软质片材和承载材料,承载材料上包括连续排列的定位孔及操作通孔,待复合软质片材的胶面一侧覆于承载材料的操作通孔上,承载材料的另一侧覆有离型纸或离型膜,适用该模切组合件的模切治具通过定位针定位软质片材和基材,通过导向柱使上、下模板相对运动使冲子和与之配合的刀口板通过模切组合件的操作通孔进行模切和复合;以上专利存在结构复杂和适用性不强的问题;因此,为了增加模切治具的适用范围,在提高产品质量和生产效率的前提下降低生产损耗,实现全自动化生产,寻求设计一种润滑式圆刀模切治具,有良好的经济效益和实用价值。
发明内容:
本发明目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点,解决高分子聚合胶带在模切成型过程中胶水粘刀、粘着剂回粘、胶水外溢和变形的问题,寻求设计润滑式圆刀模切治具。
为了实现上述目的,本发明涉及的润滑式圆刀模切治具的主体结构包括圆刀、钢轴、橡胶轴、海绵轴、限位环、定位环、轴承、卡槽、基体、刀锋和刀枕;矩形内空式结构的基体的上部设置有圆柱形结构的圆刀,圆刀的外围设置有刃状结构的刀锋,圆刀的左右两端均设置有圆环状结构的刀枕,圆刀通过刀枕与基体固定连接,基体的下部设置有圆柱形结构的钢轴,基体的顶部设置有圆柱形结构的橡胶轴和海绵轴,包胶式结构的橡胶轴在下,体内充有润滑剂的海绵轴在上,橡胶轴的左右两端均通过轴承和卡槽分别与海绵轴的左右两端连接,轴承在内圈,卡槽在外圈,橡胶轴的左右两端位于轴承内侧的位置处均设置有圆环形结构的限位环和定位环,限位环在内圈,定位环在外圈;圆刀分别与钢轴和橡胶轴相切,橡胶轴与圆刀的刀锋均匀接触,橡胶轴与海绵轴相切,实现润滑剂的转移。
本发明涉及的润滑式圆刀模切治具,其特征在于使用时,将圆刀的压力调节至设定值,在海绵轴上喷涂润滑剂,海绵轴充分吸收润滑剂后通过滚对滚式相切而均匀转印到橡胶轴上,再通过橡胶轴的二次转印将润滑剂均匀的转印到圆刀的刀锋上,通过刀枕调节和控制刀锋的切割深度,通过限位环来控制圆刀的刀锋与橡胶轴之间的接触间隙,印有润滑剂的刀锋在不停机的前提下模切时避免了胶水粘刀、粘着剂回粘、胶水外溢和变形的问题。
本发明与现有技术相比,利用润滑剂不粘的原理和滚对滚转印的原理,在海绵轴上喷涂润滑剂,海绵轴充分吸收润滑剂后滚对滚均匀转印到橡胶轴上,通过橡胶轴的二次转印将润滑剂均匀的转印到圆刀的刀锋上,在不停机的前提下模切时避免了胶水粘刀、粘着剂回粘、胶水外溢和变形的问题,实现了润滑剂对刀锋的均匀润滑作用,同时,在不影响生产效率和不停机的状态下完成润滑动作;其结构简单,原理可靠,设计新颖,操作简便,适用范围广,使用环境友好,切割效果好,切割效率高。

下面结合附图并通过实施例对本发明的实施方式作详细说明。
实施例1:
本实施涉及的润滑式圆刀模切治具的主体结构包括圆刀1、钢轴2、橡胶轴3、海绵轴4、限位环5、定位环6、轴承7、卡槽8、基体9、刀锋10和刀枕11;矩形内空式结构的基体9的上部设置有圆柱形结构的圆刀1,圆刀1的外围设置有刃状结构的刀锋10,圆刀1的左右两端均设置有圆环状结构的刀枕11,圆刀1通过刀枕11与基体9固定连接,基体9的下部设置有圆柱形结构的钢轴2,基体9的顶部设置有圆柱形结构的橡胶轴3和海绵轴4,包胶式结构的橡胶轴3在下,体内充有润滑剂的海绵轴4在上,橡胶轴3的左右两端均通过轴承7和卡槽8分别与海绵轴4的左右两端连接,轴承7在内圈,卡槽8在外圈,橡胶轴3的左右两端位于轴承7内侧的位置处均设置有圆环形结构的限位环5和定位环6,限位环5在内圈,定位环6在外圈;圆刀1分别与钢轴2和橡胶轴3相切,橡胶轴3与圆刀1的刀锋10均匀接触,橡胶轴3与海绵轴4相切,实现润滑剂的转移。
本实施涉及的润滑式圆刀模切治具使用时,将圆刀1的压力调节至设定值,在海绵轴4上喷涂润滑剂,海绵轴4充分吸收润滑剂后通过滚对滚式相切而均匀转印到橡胶轴3上,再通过橡胶轴3的二次转印将润滑剂均匀的转印到圆刀1的刀锋10上,通过刀枕11调节和控制刀锋10的切割深度,通过限位环5来控制圆刀1的刀锋10与橡胶轴3之间的接触间隙,印有润滑剂的刀锋10在不停机的前提下模切时避免了胶水粘刀、粘着剂回粘、胶水外溢和变形的问题。

1.一种润滑式圆刀模切治具,其特征在于主体结构包括圆刀、钢轴、橡胶轴、海绵轴、限位环、定位环、轴承、卡槽、基体、刀锋和刀枕;矩形内空式结构的基体的上部设置有圆柱形结构的圆刀,圆刀的外围设置有刃状结构的刀锋,圆刀的左右两端均设置有圆环状结构的刀枕,圆刀通过刀枕与基体固定连接,基体的下部设置有圆柱形结构的钢轴,基体的顶部设置有圆柱形结构的橡胶轴和海绵轴,包胶式结构的橡胶轴在下,体内充有润滑剂的海绵轴在上,橡胶轴的左右两端均通过轴承和卡槽分别与海绵轴的左右两端连接,轴承在内圈,卡槽在外圈,橡胶轴的左右两端位于轴承内侧的位置处均设置有圆环形结构的限位环和定位环,限位环在内圈,定位环在外圈;圆刀分别与钢轴和橡胶轴相切,橡胶轴与圆刀的刀锋均匀接触,橡胶轴与海绵轴相切,实现润滑剂的转移。
