Abstract
本发明公开了一种封闭式供料逗号涂布装置,包括背辊、逗号辊、密封供料系统;所述的背辊和逗号辊的轴向平行设置;所述的背辊和逗号辊的侧面相互贴靠;所述的密封供料系统设于背辊和逗号辊之间;所述的密封供料系统包括供料底板、密封仓、供料泵;所述的密封仓安装在供料底板之上;所述的供料泵安装在密封仓内;所述的密封仓的外侧设有入料口;所述的密封仓的内侧设有出料口。本发明稳定涂布液黏度;采用供料泵与供料腔相结合的方式可有效的控制逗号涂布头处所堆积的涂布液,出料口缝隙均匀,避免人工或机械对涂布液的污染;负压仓内部抽真空,可有效的去除逗号辊处液体下流带入空气所造成的气泡,并可大大优化涂布头处的外围环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种封闭式供料逗号涂布装置。
背景技术
随着涂布技术在各个行业的应用的不断推广,对涂布方式的要求也越来越高。适用于高黏度、高固含量、大涂布量的逗号刮刀涂布方式面临着巨大的挑战,各设备生产厂家努力提高加工制造工艺以及优化机械结构用以提高涂布精度,但在供料及在线消泡方面仍采用传统的方式。点式供料,需要人工或机械方式横向摊平涂布液。储料板为敞开式,造成大量溶剂挥发,不利于人工操作且影响涂布性能。涂布时会带入空气,使涂布液中掺杂大量的气泡。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明解决的问题为:提供一种可以有效降低溶剂挥发、稳定涂布液黏度、避免涂布液下流带入空气所造成的气泡的封闭式供料逗号涂布装置。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种封闭式供料逗号涂布装置,包括背辊、逗号辊、密封供料系统;所述的背辊和逗号辊的轴向平行设置;所述的背辊和逗号辊的侧面相互贴靠;所述的密封供料系统设于背辊和逗号辊之间;所述的密封供料系统包括供料底板、密封仓、供料泵;所述的密封仓安装在供料底板之上;所述的供料泵安装在密封仓内;所述的密封仓的外侧设有入料口;所述的密封仓的内侧设有出料口。
进一步,所述的密封仓呈弯折结构;所述的密封仓的内侧端部和底板留有间隙构成出料口。
进一步,所述的出料口位于背辊一侧。
进一步,还包括负压抽风装置;所述的负压抽风装置安装在密封供料系统上方;所述的负压抽风装置对密封供料系统产生密闭负压作用。
进一步,所述的负压抽风装置包括负压仓、抽风管道;所述的抽风管道安装在负压仓的外侧;所述的负压仓覆盖在密封仓的上端;所述的负压仓延伸至逗号辊的侧部。
本发明的有益效果
本发明的密封供料系统可有效的降低溶剂挥发,稳定涂布液黏度;采用供料泵与供料腔相结合的方式可有效的控制逗号涂布头处所堆积的涂布液,出料口缝隙均匀,避免人工或机械对涂布液的污染;负压仓内部抽真空,可有效的去除逗号辊处液体下流带入空气所造成的气泡,并可大大优化涂布头处的外围环境。

下面结合附图对本发明内容作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,一种封闭式供料逗号涂布装置,包括背辊2、逗号辊1、密封供料系统3。所述的背辊2和逗号辊1的轴向平行设置。所述的背辊2和逗号辊1的侧面相互贴靠。所述的密封供料系统3设于背辊2和逗号辊1之间。所述的密封供料系统3包括供料底板32、密封仓31、供料泵。所述的密封仓31安装在供料底板32之上。所述的供料泵安装在密封仓31内。所述的密封仓31的外侧设有入料口33。所述的密封仓31的内侧设有出料口34。进一步优选,所述的密封仓31呈弯折结构。所述的密封仓31的内侧端部和底板留有间隙构成出料口34。进一步优选,所述的出料口34位于背辊2一侧。进一步优选,还包括负压抽风装置4。所述的负压抽风装置4安装在密封供料系统3上方。所述的负压抽风装置4对密封供料系统3产生密闭负压作用。进一步优选,所述的负压抽风装置4包括负压仓41、抽风管道42。所述的抽风管道42安装在负压仓41的外侧。所述的负压仓41覆盖在密封仓31的上端。所述的负压仓41延伸至逗号辊1的侧部。
本发明的密封供料系统3可有效的降低溶剂挥发,稳定涂布液黏度;采用供料泵与供料腔相结合的方式可有效的控制逗号涂布头处所堆积的涂布液,出料口缝隙均匀,避免人工或机械对涂布液的污染;负压仓41内部抽真空,可有效的去除逗号辊1处液体下流带入空气所造成的气泡,并可大大优化涂布头处的外围环境。

1.一种封闭式供料逗号涂布装置,其特征在于,包括背辊、逗号辊、密封供料系统;所述的背辊和逗号辊的轴向平行设置;所述的背辊和逗号辊的侧面相互贴靠;所述的密封供料系统设于背辊和逗号辊之间;所述的密封供料系统包括供料底板、密封仓、供料泵;所述的密封仓安装在供料底板之上;所述的供料泵安装在密封仓内;所述的密封仓的外侧设有入料口;所述的密封仓的内侧设有出料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的封闭式供料逗号涂布装置,其特征在于,所述的密封仓呈弯折结构;所述的密封仓的内侧端部和底板留有间隙构成出料口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的封闭式供料逗号涂布装置,其特征在于,所述的出料口位于背辊一侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的封闭式供料逗号涂布装置,其特征在于,还包括负压抽风装置;所述的负压抽风装置安装在密封供料系统上方;所述的负压抽风装置对密封供料系统产生密闭负压作用。
5.根据权利要求4所述的封闭式供料逗号涂布装置,其特征在于,所述的负压抽风装置包括负压仓、抽风管道;所述的抽风管道安装在负压仓的外侧;所述的负压仓覆盖在密封仓的上端;所述的负压仓延伸至逗号辊的侧部。
