本发明属于医药化学领域,尤其是涉及一种快速止血的药物组合物。
背景技术
伤口急救的主要目的是暂时性控制出血、尽快覆盖包扎伤口,将伤口与外界隔离以减少感染机会,为清创创造良好的创面条件。传统的伤口止血材料主要是急救包、四头带、止血带和绷带等,有时还有大量无菌敷料用于弥补急救包包扎止血的不足。大量无菌敷料难以携带和消毒保存;急救包和四头带仅有无菌三角巾和1~2块中小敷料,对大面积伤口以及复合伤、多发伤伤口的覆盖,止血效果欠佳。因此,开发易于携带、对大面积伤口有良好止血效果的新型伤口止血材料已成为近年来的热点。
申请号201010190260.1的一种壳聚糖衍生物快速止血颗粒及其制备方法公开了该止血颗粒是将壳聚糖盐酸盐、O-羧甲基壳聚糖、辅料按一定比例与纯净水混合,充分搅拌混匀,加入氨水调节混合液pH值至7.0~9.0后,真空抽滤,再将滤液进行无菌喷雾干燥而成。但是,按照以上方法制备的止血药物其针对于小面积出血尚可,大面积效果并不好。再者,上述中抗菌功能也较弱,对人体的止血并不可靠。

为了克服现有技术中的不足,本发明提供一种快速止血的药物组合物,提高经济效益。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种快速止血的药物组合物,其特征在于:包括以下重量组份组成N-烷基化改性壳聚糖20-40份、止血明胶10-20份、海藻酸纤维10-20份、抗菌剂1-5份、吸附炭纳米颗粒10-20份、氧化纤维素10-20份。
进一步的,本发明还包括以下重量组份组成:N-烷基化改性壳聚糖20-30份、止血明胶10-15份、海藻酸纤维10-15份、抗菌剂1-3份、吸附炭纳米颗粒10-15份、氧化纤维素10-15份。

选取150只体重为6.0~6.3kg的比利时兔,随机分为10组,每组15只,分别标记为实施例1-10组,每只兔切断左耳耳缘静脉、右耳耳缘动脉以及左后肢股动脉性的三分之二,自由出血5s,5s后分别用不同的上述止血实施例压敷伤口。其中,取实施例1-7中制备得到的止血组合物,均匀铺洒于棉纱布中,统一裁切出长×宽×高=1cm×1cm×0.5cm的长方体块状,实施例8-10采用普通止血敷料。
(2)实验结果
由上表数据可知,采用本发明的快速止血组合物的实施例1-7组,止血效果最佳。尤其是在测定流血量较大的后肢股动脉的止血时间时,本发明的快速止血敷料具有较好的止血效果,可在较短时间内实现止血,其止血速度大大优于现有技术中的止血材料,适用于急性大量出血的紧急处理。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,故凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (8)

1.一种快速止血的药物组合物,其特征在于:包括以下重量组份组成N-烷基化改性壳聚糖20-40份、止血明胶10-20份、海藻酸纤维10-20份、抗菌剂1-5份、吸附炭纳米颗粒10-20份、氧化纤维素10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速止血的药物组合物,其特征在于:包括以下重量组份组成:N-烷基化改性壳聚糖20-30份、止血明胶10-15份、海藻酸纤维10-15份、抗菌剂1-3份、吸附炭纳米颗粒10-15份、氧化纤维素10-15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速止血的药物组合物,其特征在于:包括以下重量组份组成:N-烷基化改性壳聚糖20份、止血明胶10份、海藻酸纤维10份、抗菌剂3份、吸附炭纳米颗粒10份、氧化纤维素15份。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的一种快速止血的药物组合物,其特征在于:所述吸附炭纳米颗粒需要进行活化,活化处理的温度为200℃-400℃,处理时间为3h。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种快速止血的药物组合物,其特征在于:所述吸附炭纳米颗粒的粒径在100-1000nm。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种快速止血的药物组合物,其特征在于:按比例称取N-烷基化改性壳聚糖、止血明胶、海藻酸纤维、抗菌剂、吸附炭纳米颗粒、氧化纤维素置于搅拌器中搅拌30-60min,混合均匀的成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种快速止血的药物组合物,其特征在于:所述成品可盛装在亲水性的无纺布袋、纱布、带孔的涤纶、腈纶的网袋中,也可制成创可贴、输液贴、自粘敷料、片剂和胶囊芯料、手术包、急救包。
8.权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种快速止血的药物组合物作为止血材料中的应用。
