Abstract

该插接片支座整体可以简单的方式在一个冲压工艺
过程中制成。
Description
本发明涉及一种电扁形插头连接,它带有一个插接件和一个接收件,该插接件有至少一个插接片,该接收件有至少一个导电的插接片支座。
通常的这种类型的扁形插头连接,接收件的插接片支座是一个插孔形,笼形或座形的模制体。就插接连接构型本身来说,其中接收件有平面区域,如在印刷电路板连接或冲孔网板连接的情况,因此,接收件是由该平面直角弯曲的模制体。例如所述冲孔网板的制作就相当复杂,靠近这些孔须有直角弯曲和进一步的成型工序。
据此确定本发明的目的是提供一种电扁形插头连接,既能保证良好电接触,又特别容易制造。
为实现本发明的目的,这种电扁形插头连接包括一个至少有一个插接片(5)的插接件(6)和一个至少带一个电导通插接片支座的接收件(1),其中插接片支座是一个在平坦的接收件平面(1)中构成的插接槽(2,2a,2b),一个自由剪切的接触舌簧(3,3a,3b)插入到所述平坦的接收件平面(1)内的槽口外廓中。据此,插接片支座现在是在平坦的接收件截面上的一简单制成的插接槽,在该平坦的接收件平面内一自由冲裁成的接触舌簧伸入该插接槽中。在制造过程中仅需要冲压,因为插接槽的形成和接触舌的自由冲裁,恰恰是在冲压过程中得以实现。因自由冲裁的接触舌略突入到该用于插接件的插接片的插接槽中,所以插接片插入到插接槽中时,使接触舌产生由连接平面往外轻微弯曲,因而在承受轻微弯曲压力下的接触舌和接插件的插接片间,可实现非常好的接触连接。
在从属权利要求中描述了进一步优选构型的特征。若使接触舌在自由剪切时在其自由端能有稍许展宽的接触区域,该接触就会更好些。
一种特别好的接触连接,是从两侧使两互相对置的触舌突入到插接槽中,与此同时也产生了一个可观的机械保持力。
在一种应用实施例中,要让众多的插接同时接通,建议把接触舌在冲压过程中由其平面按预定弯曲度向外做少许压出,以使这样一个安装过程的总插接力不致过大。
这样一种电插接的一个特别合适的应用实例,是形成一个带有这种形式的插接槽和接触舌的冲孔格网。一块这种形式的冲孔网板配置在接受该冲孔网板的线路板坯的不导电基板上,为使插接片具有必要的自由和插入空间,在该基板的插接片支座的范围内预留凹坑。按照本发明的一种电插入连接的实施例,将在下面参照附图做进一步的描述。这些附图是:

图4是带一冲孔网板的电线路板坯的局部俯视图,其上实现了所述形式的插接片支座,
图5是按照本发明的一个电扁形插头连接的局部截面简示图。
该电扁形插头连接具有一个接收件1,它带有一个导电的插接片支座,图1-3表示出了这种形式的接收件1的平面的局部区域,各以不同的位型通过自由剪切构成了各接触舌,在图1的实施例中,在接收件1的平面部分冲压出一个插接槽2,在槽一边的外廓线内通过在该接收件截面1上自由冲裁4伸入一个接触舌簧3。用点划线示意地给出了电扁形插头连接的一个接收件6的插接片5的外轮廓。按图1的实施形式,为改善接触性能,触舌3在其突出端有一扩宽了的接触区。
按图2的实施形式,通过自由剪切4a构成一个相对细长、且由此相对易于变形的接触舌3a,在该接收件截面1里形成一个插接槽2a。
按图3的实施形式,仍通过冲压构成了另一种插接槽2b,两个相对宽的触舌3b相互对置从插接槽的两侧,伸入该槽的外廓线中,该两触舌是通过在其材料上自由剪切4b形成的。
图5以截面的形式表示带有两插接片5的一个插接件6,如按图1的位型,插入在两相应隔置的插接片支座的每个插接槽2和接触舌簧3中。
由此,接触舌3,3a、3b插入插接槽2、2a、2b中,如图5所示,在插接片5插入插接槽中后,在轻微压力下的触舌3、3a、3b从平坦的接收件1的平面往外弯曲,因而能处于良好的接通状况。
对有多个插接片同时插入电扁形插接的操作,考虑到需有适当的插入力,触舌3、3a、3b在自由冲压时应有少许的预弯曲,即从平坦的接收件1的平面向外压出,这可由相应构形的冲压模具来加以实现。
图4以俯视图的形式表示一电的线路板坯,基板7上设置了一冲孔网板8,其中由冲孔网板8表示出这种扁形插接的优选的应用区域。它具有最大程度平坦的网板走向,并由此提供了多个平坦部分,在其区域中作为接收件1,这个原本成问题的插接片支座,现在可由带接触舌3、3a、3b的插接槽2、2a、2b的方式来得以解决。
按图4的实施例中,示出了带有接触舌3、3a的不同插接槽2、2a。显然也可在冲孔网板中采用带两接触舌3b的插接槽2b的形式。在基板7中,在插接片支座2、3或2a,3a的下面具有凹坑9,因此插接件6的插接片5能够不受阻碍地插入该插接槽2,2a。
Claims (6)
1、电扁形插头连接,包括一个至少有一个插接片(5)的插接件(6)和一个至少带有一个导电的插接片支座的接收件(1),其特征在于:该插接片支座是一个在平坦的接收件平面(1)中构成的插接槽(2,2a,2b),一个自由剪切的接触舌簧(3,3a,3b)插入到所述平坦的接收件平面(1)内的槽口外廓中。
2、根据权利要求1的电扁形插头连接,其特征在于该接触舌(3)在其自由端有一展宽了的接触区。
3、根据权利要求1的电扁形插头连接,其特征在于两相互对置的接触舌(3b)由插接槽(2b)两边插入其外廓内。
4、根据上述权利要求中任一个的电扁形插头连接,其特征在于该接触舌(3,3a,3b)沿插接片(5)的插入方向预先被弯曲。
5、根据上述权利要求中任一个的电扁形插头连接,其特征在于该平坦的接收件平面(1)的一部分是可导电的冲孔网板(8)。
6、根据权利要求5的电扁形插头连接,其特征在于该电冲孔网板(8)配置在一个由不导电材料制成的基板(7)上,并且在该基板中的通过插接槽(2,2a,2b)和接触舌(3,3a,3b)构成插接片支座所在的区域内,设置有利于插接件(6)的插接片(5)插接的凹坑(9)。
