本发明涉及染色助剂技术领域,尤其是一种锦纶染色用导染剂,它由以下组分组成:正辛醇、2‑乙基丁醇、环己醇、甲基异丁基甲醇、苯甲酸、N‑烷基‑酉太醯亚胺酯衍生物;其中各组分的质量份数为:正辛醇15‑20份、2‑乙基丁醇15‑25份、环己醇10‑15份、甲基异丁基甲醇20‑30份、苯甲酸10‑12份、N‑烷基‑酉太醯亚胺酯衍生物3‑5份。本发明所得到的一种锦纶染色用导染剂,其能有效的提高了锦纶的上色速率和上染率,且能使得染料分散效果好;另外在对锦纶染色过程中无需进行预处理,降低成本。

一种锦纶染色用导染剂
技术领域
本发明涉及染色助剂技术领域,尤其是一种锦纶染色用导染剂。
背景技术
现有的导染剂在使用过程中对于染料的分散性能相对较差,尤其是在锦纶染色过程中,会降低锦纶的上色性能,需要对锦纶进行预处理以解决上述问题;但是这样就增加了工序,增加了染色成本,同时也增加了废水及废水处理成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种能直接应用在锦纶染色中且可提高锦纶的上色速率和上染率的锦纶染色用导染剂。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种锦纶染色用导染剂,它由以下组分组成:正辛醇、2-乙基丁醇、环己醇、甲基异丁基甲醇、苯甲酸、N-烷基-酉太醯亚胺酯衍生物;其中各组分的质量份数为:正辛醇15-20份、2-乙基丁醇15-25份、环己醇10-15份、甲基异丁基甲醇20-30份、苯甲酸10-12份、N-烷基-酉太醯亚胺酯衍生物3-5份。
本发明所得到的一种锦纶染色用导染剂,其能有效的提高了锦纶的上色速率和上染率,且能使得染料分散效果好;另外在对锦纶染色过程中无需进行预处理,降低成本。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种锦纶染色用导染剂,它由以下组分组成:正辛醇、2-乙基丁醇、环己醇、甲基异丁基甲醇、苯甲酸、N-烷基-酉太醯亚胺酯衍生物;其中各组分的质量份数为:正辛醇15份、2-乙基丁醇15份、环己醇10份、甲基异丁基甲醇20份、苯甲酸10份、N-烷基-酉太醯亚胺酯衍生物5份。
实施例2:
本实施例描述的一种锦纶染色用导染剂,它由以下组分组成:正辛醇、2-乙基丁醇、环己醇、甲基异丁基甲醇、苯甲酸、N-烷基-酉太醯亚胺酯衍生物;其中各组分的质量份数为:正辛醇20份、2-乙基丁醇25份、环己醇15份、甲基异丁基甲醇30份、苯甲酸12份、N-烷基-酉太醯亚胺酯衍生物3份。
实施例3:
本实施例描述的一种锦纶染色用导染剂,它由以下组分组成:正辛醇、2-乙基丁醇、环己醇、甲基异丁基甲醇、苯甲酸、N-烷基-酉太醯亚胺酯衍生物;其中各组分的质量份数为:正辛醇17份、2-乙基丁醇21份、环己醇12份、甲基异丁基甲醇24份、苯甲酸11份、N-烷基-酉太醯亚胺酯衍生物4份。
