本发明涉及染色助剂技术领域，尤其是一种锦纶染色用消光剂，它由以下组分组成：十二烷基硫酸钠、四氯乙烯、冰醋酸、蜡乳液、甲苯、丁酮、二氧化硅、有机铋和水，其中各组分的质量份数为：十二烷基硫酸钠2‑4份、四氯乙烯15‑18份、冰醋酸15‑20份、蜡乳液5‑13份、甲苯1‑3份、丁酮6‑10份、二氧化硅3‑9份、有机铋2‑5份和水40‑50份。本发明所得到的一种锦纶染色用消光剂，能对锦纶织物表面的极光现象很好的去除，提高锦纶织物的性能和品质，而且使用成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及染色助剂技术领域，尤其是一种锦纶染色用消光剂。
背景技术
纺织品及服装在加工过程中或穿着时，织物因加工过程中熨烫不当或穿着时频繁摩擦、拉伸等外力的施加而发生表面构造的变化，使得上装肘部、前胸、兜盖，下装的臀部、膝盖部位常会出现强烈刺眼的反光，引起人们视觉上的不舒服感觉及颜色浅淡之陈旧感，这就是面料极光。目前，易出现极光的面料主要有纯毛面料、毛涤混纺面料、涤纶面料以及丝织面料的一些品种，但在锦纶织物上也会出现，国内外对锦纶织物的极光现象研究还很少，几乎没有针对锦纶织物的消光剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种针对锦纶织物表面极光现象消除的锦纶染色用消光剂。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的一种锦纶染色用消光剂，它由以下组分组成：十二烷基硫酸钠、四氯乙烯、冰醋酸、蜡乳液、甲苯、丁酮、二氧化硅、有机铋和水，其中各组分的质量份数为：十二烷基硫酸钠2-4份、四氯乙烯15-18份、冰醋酸15-20份、蜡乳液5-13份、甲苯1-3份、丁酮6-10份、二氧化硅3-9份、有机铋2-5份和水40-50份。
本发明所得到的一种锦纶染色用消光剂，能对锦纶织物表面的极光现象很好的去除，提高锦纶织物的性能和品质，而且使用成本低。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1：
本实施例描述的一种锦纶染色用消光剂，它由以下组分组成：十二烷基硫酸钠、四氯乙烯、冰醋酸、蜡乳液、甲苯、丁酮、二氧化硅、有机铋和水，其中各组分的质量份数为：十二烷基硫酸钠2份、四氯乙烯15份、冰醋酸15份、蜡乳液5-份、甲苯1份、丁酮6份、二氧化硅3份、有机铋2份和水50份。
实施例2：
本实施例描述的一种锦纶染色用消光剂，它由以下组分组成：十二烷基硫酸钠、四氯乙烯、冰醋酸、蜡乳液、甲苯、丁酮、二氧化硅、有机铋和水，其中各组分的质量份数为：十二烷基硫酸钠4份、四氯乙烯18份、冰醋酸20份、蜡乳液13份、甲苯3份、丁酮10份、二氧化硅9份、有机铋5份和水40份。
实施例3：
本实施例描述的一种锦纶染色用消光剂，它由以下组分组成：十二烷基硫酸钠、四氯乙烯、冰醋酸、蜡乳液、甲苯、丁酮、二氧化硅、有机铋和水，其中各组分的质量份数为：十二烷基硫酸钠3份、四氯乙烯16份、冰醋酸18份、蜡乳液8份、甲苯2份、丁酮7份、二氧化硅4份、有机铋3份和水46份。
