Abstract
本发明公开了一种防紫外抗老化手套用再生棉纱纺织材料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:棉含量为40‑60%的涤棉布条80‑100,竹炭纤维5‑10,乳木果油0.3‑0.5,钛酸四丁酯0.5‑1,液体石蜡3‑5,肉桂酸苄酯0.1‑0.15,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.3‑0.5,聚山梨酯‑80 0.5‑1,松香甘油酯0.2‑0.4,纳米氧化锌0.1‑0.15。本发明的再生棉纱纺织材料不仅具有良好的强度和耐磨性能,还有良好的防紫外抗老化性能,耐久性和使用寿命较高,同时环保性能好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种防紫外抗老化手套用再生棉纱纺织材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国是世界上最大的纺织品服装生产和出口国。随着经济水平和人们生活水平的提高,纺织废料呈增加趋势,既浪费资源又造成环境污染。再生棉纱是将纺织生产过程、服装裁剪过程中产生的碎料布片以及日常活动中丢弃的纺织纤维等废料重新加工制成的纱线。通过将纺织废料循环再利用制成再生棉纱,既能给企业带来了可观的经济效益,又为环境治理作出了贡献。
再生棉纱的用途广泛,常用于制作拖把、手套、毛巾、床上用品、服装制品等。手套作为常用的劳动保护用品,需要具有良好的机械性能、耐磨性能和稳定性。然而,再生棉纱是使用回收的纺织原料重新加工而成的棉纱,存在纤维短,强力低的问题,机械性能和耐磨性较差,耐用性低,严重影响了其使用寿命和防护性能。CN201410511382利用双酚A树脂对棉纱线进行处理,能有效提高棉纱线的强度。然而,双酚A树脂的环保性能较差,并不适宜用于长期与人体接触的手套制品。为满足手套用纺织材料的要求,还需要对再生棉纱的性能进行改善。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种强度高、耐磨性能好、耐久性强、环保性能好的防紫外抗老化手套用再生棉纱纺织材料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防紫外抗老化手套用再生棉纱纺织材料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
棉含量为40-60%的涤棉布条80-100,竹炭纤维5-10,乳木果油0.3-0.5,钛酸四丁酯0.5-1,液体石蜡3-5,肉桂酸苄酯0.1-0.15,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.3-0.5,聚山梨酯-80 0.5-1,松香甘油酯0.2-0.4,纳米氧化锌0.1-0.15。
一种防紫外抗老化手套用再生棉纱纺织材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将涤棉布条漂白后开成再生棉花,经过清理杂质、梳理棉条以及精梳工艺得到纤维棉条;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的纤维棉条与竹炭纤维进行合并形成纱条,然后经过纺纱加工工艺得到纺织物;
(3)先将乳木果油、钛酸四丁酯、肉桂酸苄酯、松香甘油酯与液体石蜡混合后于80-90℃搅拌2-4h,然后加入聚山梨酯-80并于200-400r/min搅拌0.5-1h得油相,将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚加入30-40倍重量的水中搅拌分散均匀得水相,然后将油相缓慢滴加入水相中并于1200-1500r/min搅拌0.5-1h,最后加入其余原料搅拌均匀,得复合乳液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的复合乳液均匀涂覆在步骤(2)得到的纺织物上,然后于60-80℃烘干,即得防紫外抗老化手套用再生棉纱纺织材料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明将液体石蜡、钛酸四丁酯和松香甘油酯复配改性作为原料,聚山梨酯-80作为表面活性剂,以乳木果油、肉桂酸苄酯作为添加剂得到油相,然后通过壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚进行乳化得到复合乳液,能牢固地附着在纺织物表面以及内部,有效改善纺织物的强度和耐磨性能,并赋予纺织物良好的防紫外抗老化性能,通过对以纺织废料涤棉布条为原料,与竹炭纤维混纺得到的纺织物进行涂覆处理并烘干,使得到的再生棉纱纺织材料不仅具有良好的强度和耐磨性能,还有良好的防紫外抗老化性能,耐久性和使用寿命较高,同时环保性能好。
具体实施方式
一种防紫外抗老化手套用再生棉纱纺织材料,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而成:
棉含量为40%的涤棉布条80,竹炭纤维5,乳木果油0.3,钛酸四丁酯0.5,液体石蜡3,肉桂酸苄酯0.1,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.3,聚山梨酯-80 0.5,松香甘油酯0.2,纳米氧化锌0.1。
一种防紫外抗老化手套用再生棉纱纺织材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将涤棉布条漂白后开成再生棉花,经过清理杂质、梳理棉条以及精梳工艺得到纤维棉条;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的纤维棉条与竹炭纤维进行合并形成纱条,然后经过纺纱加工工艺得到纺织物;
(3)先将乳木果油、钛酸四丁酯、肉桂酸苄酯、松香甘油酯与液体石蜡混合后于80℃搅拌2h,然后加入聚山梨酯-80并于200r/min搅拌0.5h得油相,将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚加入30倍重量的水中搅拌分散均匀得水相,然后将油相缓慢滴加入水相中并于1200r/min搅拌0.5h,最后加入其余原料搅拌均匀,得复合乳液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的复合乳液均匀涂覆在步骤(2)得到的纺织物上,然后于60℃烘干,即得防紫外抗老化手套用再生棉纱纺织材料。
上述制得的再生棉纱纺织材料与普通棉纱线经纺织得到的纺织材料相比,撕破强力提高34%。
Claims (2)
1.一种防紫外抗老化手套用再生棉纱纺织材料,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
棉含量为40-60%的涤棉布条80-100,竹炭纤维5-10,乳木果油0.3-0.5,钛酸四丁酯0.5-1,液体石蜡3-5,肉桂酸苄酯0.1-0.15,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.3-0.5,聚山梨酯-80 0.5-1,松香甘油酯0.2-0.4,纳米氧化锌0.1-0.15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外抗老化手套用再生棉纱纺织材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将涤棉布条漂白后开成再生棉花,经过清理杂质、梳理棉条以及精梳工艺得到纤维棉条;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的纤维棉条与竹炭纤维进行合并形成纱条,然后经过纺纱加工工艺得到纺织物;
(3)先将乳木果油、钛酸四丁酯、肉桂酸苄酯、松香甘油酯与液体石蜡混合后于80-90℃搅拌2-4h,然后加入聚山梨酯-80并于200-400r/min搅拌0.5-1h得油相,将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚加入30-40倍重量的水中搅拌分散均匀得水相,然后将油相缓慢滴加入水相中并于1200-1500r/min搅拌0.5-1h,最后加入其余原料搅拌均匀,得复合乳液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的复合乳液均匀涂覆在步骤(2)得到的纺织物上,然后于60-80℃烘干,即得防紫外抗老化手套用再生棉纱纺织材料。
