本发明属于清洗剂技术领域,具体涉及一种高效下水道清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
家用的下水道排水管经常由于毛发、纤维、食物残渣等废物长期的堆积,微生物繁殖造成黏着物嵌断化,使水管堵塞,排水困难,而且会发出难闻的气味,影响身体健康。
下水管道的污垢,看不见摸不着,一直被认为是清洗的难题,且污垢的性质和成分不尽相同,难以用一种清洗剂清洗干净。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种高效下水道清洗剂。该清洗剂清洗效果好。
为实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种高效下水道清洗剂,由以下质量份组分组成:柠檬酸钠5.7-6.3份、硅藻土1.6-1.8份、蛋白酶0.8-1.1份、尿素0.6-0.9份、脂肪醇硫酸盐1.38-1.54份、硫酸钠1.2-1.7份、pH调节剂0.58-0.64份、抗再沉积剂0.44-0.57份、漂白剂0.69-0.81份和水58-74份。
所述柠檬酸钠别名枸橼酸钠,是一种有机化合物,外观为白色到无色晶体。无臭,有清凉咸辣味。柠檬酸钠在食品、饮料工业中用作酸度调节剂、风味剂、稳定剂;在医药工业中用作抗血凝剂、化痰药和利尿药;在洗涤剂工业中,可替代三聚磷酸钠作为无毒洗涤剂的助剂;还用于酿造、注射液、摄影药品和电镀等。
进一步,所述脂肪醇硫酸盐为脂肪醇硫酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸铵或二者的组合物。
进一步,所述脂肪醇硫酸盐由脂肪醇硫酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸铵按照3:1的质量比配比而成。
进一步,所述pH调节剂由无水硅酸钠和碳酸钠按照3:2的质量比配比而成。所述PH调节剂又称为PH值调节剂,酸度调节剂或PH值控制剂。
进一步,所述抗再沉积剂为丙烯酸聚合物、丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物或二者的组合物。抗再沉积是从织物纤维或其他物体洗脱下来的不涪解固体污垢,使其分散并悬浮于洗涤溶液,而不再返回沉积到织物或其他物体上的一种洗涤作用。具有这种抗再沉积作用的物质称为抗再沉积剂,如羧甲基纤维素钠、内烯酸均聚物等。
进一步,所述抗再沉积剂由丙烯酸聚合物和丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物按照2:1的质量比配比而成。
进一步,所述漂白剂为过氧羧酸。所述漂白剂是破坏、抑制食品的发色因素,使其退色或使食品免于褐变的物质。
本发明的目的还在于保护所述高效下水道清洗剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1:将硫酸钠、柠檬酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸盐溶于水中,并搅拌均匀;
S2:向步骤S1所得混合物中依次加入硅藻土、蛋白酶、漂白剂、抗再沉积剂、pH调节剂和尿素;搅拌均匀。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的清洗剂清洗效果好,去污能力强,其制备方法简单,易于工业化生产。

一种高效下水道清洗剂,其组成为:柠檬酸钠6.3kg、硅藻土1.6kg、蛋白酶0.8kg、尿素0.9kg、脂肪醇硫酸钠1.54kg、硫酸钠1.7kg、无水硅酸钠0.348kg、碳酸钠0.232kg、丙烯酸聚合物0.57kg、过氧羧酸0.69kg和水74kg。
所述高效下水道清洗剂的制备方法为:
S1:将硫酸钠、柠檬酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸钠溶于水中,并搅拌均匀;
S2:向步骤S1所得混合物中依次加入硅藻土、蛋白酶、过氧羧酸、丙烯酸聚合物、无水硅酸钠、碳酸钠和尿素;搅拌均匀。
实施例2
一种高效下水道清洗剂,其组成为:柠檬酸钠5.7kg、硅藻土1.8kg、蛋白酶1.1kg、尿素0.6kg、脂肪醇硫酸铵1.38kg、硫酸钠1.2kg、无水硅酸钠0.384kg、碳酸钠0.256kg、丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物0.44kg、过氧羧酸0.81kg和水58kg。
所述高效下水道清洗剂的制备方法为:
S1:将硫酸钠、柠檬酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸铵溶于水中,并搅拌均匀;
S2:向步骤S1所得混合物中依次加入硅藻土、蛋白酶、过氧羧酸、丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物、无水硅酸钠、碳酸钠和尿素;搅拌均匀。
实施例3
一种高效下水道清洗剂,其组成为:柠檬酸钠5.8kg、硅藻土1.7kg、蛋白酶0.9kg、尿素0.8kg、脂肪醇硫酸钠1.11kg、脂肪醇硫酸铵0.37kg、硫酸钠1.38kg、无水硅酸钠0.36kg、碳酸钠0.24kg、丙烯酸聚合物0.36kg、丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物0.12kg、过氧羧酸0.77kg和水68kg。
所述高效下水道清洗剂的制备方法为:
S1:将硫酸钠、柠檬酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸铵溶于水中,并搅拌均匀;
S2:向步骤S1所得混合物中依次加入硅藻土、蛋白酶、过氧羧酸、丙烯酸聚合物、丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物、无水硅酸钠、碳酸钠和尿素;搅拌均匀。
对比例1
一种高效下水道清洗剂,其组成为:柠檬酸钠5.9kg、硅藻土1.68kg、蛋白酶0.81kg、尿素0.72kg、脂肪醇硫酸钠1.51kg、硫酸钠1.37kg、无水硅酸钠0.36kg、碳酸钠0.24kg、过氧羧酸0.78kg和水64kg。
所述高效下水道清洗剂的制备方法为:
S1:将硫酸钠、柠檬酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸钠溶于水中,并搅拌均匀;
S2:向步骤S1所得混合物中依次加入硅藻土、蛋白酶、过氧羧酸、无水硅酸钠、碳酸钠和尿素;搅拌均匀。

S2:向步骤S1所得混合物中依次加入硅藻土、蛋白酶、过氧羧酸、丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物、无水硅酸钠、碳酸钠和尿素;搅拌均匀。

一种高效下水道清洗剂,其组成为:柠檬酸钠5.8kg、硅藻土1.66kg、蛋白酶1.05kg、尿素0.81kg、脂肪醇硫酸钠1.05kg、脂肪醇硫酸铵0.35kg、硫酸钠1.6kg、无水硅酸0.354kg、碳酸钠0.236kg、丙烯酸聚合物0.38kg、丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物0.19kg、过氧羧酸0.71kg和水63kg。
所述高效下水道清洗剂的制备方法为:
S1:将硫酸钠、柠檬酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸铵溶于水中,并搅拌均匀;
S2:向步骤S1所得混合物中依次加入硅藻土、蛋白酶、过氧羧酸、丙烯酸聚合物、丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物、尿素、无水硅酸钠和碳酸钠;搅拌均匀。
清洗剂外观及性能测试
对实施例1-3及对比例1-3得到的清洗剂进行外观、气味、稳定性方面的感官评价,结果如下表所示:
备注:外观测试方法为:取适量样品置于干燥洁净试管内,在非直射光线条件下进行观察。低温稳定性测试方法为:将样品倒入洁净的60mL玻璃磨口试剂瓶中,置于-5±2℃冰箱中,24h后取出,置于室内恢复至室温后,检查外观。高温稳定性测试方法为:将样品倒入洁净的60mL玻璃磨口试剂瓶中,置于40±2℃冰箱中,24h后取出,立即检查外观、气味。
对实施例1-3及对比例1-3得到的清洗剂,进行除垢率、洗净率方面的性能测试,结果如下表所示:
备注:除垢率和洗净率按照《GB/T25148-2010工业设备化学清洗中除垢率和洗净率测试方法》进行测定。

1.一种高效下水道清洗剂,其特征在于,由以下质量份组分组成:柠檬酸钠5.7-6.3份、硅藻土1.6-1.8份、蛋白酶0.8-1.1份、尿素0.6-0.9份、脂肪醇硫酸盐1.38-1.54份、硫酸钠1.2-1.7份、pH调节剂0.58-0.64份、抗再沉积剂0.44-0.57份、漂白剂0.69-0.81份和水58-74份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效下水道清洗剂,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇硫酸盐为脂肪醇硫酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸铵或二者的组合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高效下水道清洗剂,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇硫酸盐由脂肪醇硫酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸铵按照3:1的质量比配比而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效下水道清洗剂,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂由无水硅酸钠和碳酸钠按照3:2的质量比配比而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效下水道清洗剂,其特征在于,所述抗再沉积剂为丙烯酸聚合物、丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物或二者的组合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效下水道清洗剂,其特征在于,所述抗再沉积剂由丙烯酸聚合物和丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物按照2:1的质量比配比而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效下水道清洗剂,其特征在于,所述漂白剂为过氧羧酸。
8.权利要求1所述的高效下水道清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将硫酸钠、柠檬酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸盐溶于水中,并搅拌均匀;
S2:向步骤S1所得混合物中依次加入硅藻土、蛋白酶、漂白剂、抗再沉积剂、pH调节剂和尿素;搅拌均匀。
