Abstract

本发明公开了一种苯分离水配碱系统,包括依次相连的脱苯塔、油水分离器、地下槽、泵、氨水槽、萃取塔、蒸氨塔、循环碱液泵以及洗氨塔,所述地下槽通过泵以及管道与洗氨塔相连。苯分离水配碱的工艺,包括如下步骤:1)脱苯塔后方的油水分离器分离出的苯分离水;2)将苯分离水输送至洗氨塔的碱洗段,作为碱洗段碱液的稀释水;3)不足部分用蒸氨塔的蒸氨废水作为碱洗段碱液的稀释水进行补充。从苯分离水的性质、组分含量来看可以作为洗氨塔碱洗段补充水使用,苯分离水直接作为洗氨塔碱洗段碱液稀释水,替代蒸氨废水,减少蒸氨废水的回用,降低过程消耗,经济性好。

Description

一种苯分离水配碱系统及其工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及煤化工技术领域,尤其是涉及一种苯分离水配碱系统及其工艺。
背景技术
煤焦化厂煤气净化系统的脱硫装置中洗氨塔碱洗段用3~4%的氢氧化钠洗涤进一步脱除煤气中的H2S,现有工艺是采用蒸氨废水将氢氧化钠从30%稀释至3~4%,脱除煤气中的H2S后碱液连续送至固定铵塔分解固定铵盐,分解后的废水部分再回到洗氨塔碱洗段作为稀释水。煤气净化两个净化系统始终有13m3/h左右的蒸氨废水在洗氨塔碱洗段和脱酸蒸氨之间循环,并且现有工艺的苯分离水经过分离器流入地下水槽中,再送入氨水系统至蒸氨塔处理,形成的蒸氨废水回到洗氨塔碱洗段作为稀释水;这个过程需要消耗大量蒸汽和增加动力成本等费用,经济性差。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种苯分离水配碱系统及其工艺,其苯分离水作为洗氨塔碱洗段碱液稀释水,降低能耗。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
苯分离水配碱系统,包括依次相连的脱苯塔、油水分离器、地下槽、泵、氨水槽、萃取塔、蒸氨塔、循环碱液泵以及洗氨塔,所述地下槽通过泵以及管道与洗氨塔相连。
进一步的,所述地下槽通过泵以及管道与循环碱液泵的连接管道相连。
所述萃取塔与蒸氨塔之间设有脱硫塔和脱酸塔。
所述地下槽与洗氨塔之间管道上设有阀门。
苯分离水配碱的工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)脱苯塔后方的油水分离器分离出的苯分离水;
2)将苯分离水输送至洗氨塔的碱洗段,作为碱洗段碱液的稀释水;
3)不足部分用蒸氨塔的蒸氨废水作为碱洗段碱液的稀释水进行补充。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
该系统结构设计合理,从苯分离水的性质、组分含量来看可以作为洗氨塔碱洗段补充水使用,苯分离水直接作为洗氨塔碱洗段碱液稀释水,替代蒸氨废水,减少蒸氨废水的回用,降低过程消耗,经济性好。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图,通过对实施例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,该苯分离水配碱系统将苯分离水直接作为洗氨塔碱洗段碱液稀释水,替代蒸氨废水,减少蒸氨废水的回用,降低过程消耗。
煤气净化系统中的苯分离水配碱系统包括依次相连的脱苯塔、撤水器、油水分离器1、控制分离器2、地下槽3、液下泵、澄清槽、氨水槽、氨水泵、原料氨水槽、原料氨水泵、萃取塔、氨水槽、脱硫塔、富液槽、富液泵、脱酸塔、贫液泵、蒸氨塔、废水泵、循环碱液泵4以及洗氨塔。
地下槽3通过泵以及管道与洗氨塔相连,并在管道上设有阀门。优选的,地下槽通过泵以及管道与循环碱液泵的连接管道相连。将脱苯塔后方的油水分离器分离出的苯分离水直接输送至洗氨塔碱洗段。
苯分离水配碱的工艺具体为运用苯分离水作为洗氨塔碱洗段碱液稀释水工艺,如下步骤:脱苯塔后方的油水分离器分离出的苯分离水;将苯分离水输送至洗氨塔的碱洗段,作为碱洗段碱液的稀释水;不足部分用蒸氨塔的蒸氨废水作为碱洗段碱液的稀释水进行补充。
如两套煤气净化系统,将二个煤气净化系统的轻苯分离水直接从粗苯地下水槽送至各自的洗涤系统的洗氨塔碱洗段,作为洗氨塔碱洗段的碱液稀释水。这样,6m3/h轻苯分离水可以不送至鼓冷单元,也可不经过溶剂脱酚,从碱液循环泵直接送至固定铵塔分解固定铵盐。同样作为碱液稀释水的蒸氨废水也可以减少6m3/h的,即可减少6m3/h的蒸氨废水在洗氨塔碱洗段和脱酸蒸氨之间循环。
从苯分离水的性质、组分含量来看可以作为洗氨塔碱洗段补充水使用,苯分离水直接作为洗氨塔碱洗段碱液稀释水,替代蒸氨废水,减少蒸氨废水的回用。

1.一种苯分离水配碱系统,包括依次相连的脱苯塔、油水分离器、地下槽、泵、氨水槽、萃取塔、蒸氨塔、循环碱液泵以及洗氨塔,其特征在于:所述地下槽通过泵以及管道与洗氨塔相连;所述地下槽通过泵以及管道与循环碱液泵的连接管道相连;所述地下槽与洗氨塔之间管道上设有阀门;
所述萃取塔与蒸氨塔之间设有脱硫塔和脱酸塔;
脱苯塔后方的油水分离器分离出的苯分离水;将苯分离水输送至洗氨塔的碱洗段,作为碱洗段碱液的稀释水;不足部分用蒸氨塔的蒸氨废水作为碱洗段碱液的稀释水进行补充。
