本发明公开了一种洗净度高的水溶性洗涤剂,所述的洗涤剂由以下组分制成:八氟戊醇聚氧乙烯醚、羧甲基纤维素钠、(1‑羟基‑3‑氧‑亚丁基)丙二酸亚异丙酯、聚丁二酸丁二酯和顺‑7‑十六碳烯酸,其各组分的重量含量为:八氟戊醇聚氧乙烯醚15~35份、羧甲基纤维素钠8~25份、(1‑羟基‑3‑氧‑亚丁基)丙二酸亚异丙酯50~68份、聚丁二酸丁二酯30~44份和顺‑7‑十六碳烯酸20~32份。通过上述方式,本发明具有超强的洗涤力,可以使表面洗净度高,而且洗涤后的材料不发生变色和腐蚀。

Description

一种洗净度高的水溶性洗涤剂
技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤剂领域,特别是涉及一种洗净度高的水溶性洗涤剂。
背景技术
洗涤剂的产品种类很多,基本上可分为肥皂、合成洗衣粉、液体洗涤剂、固体状洗涤剂及膏状洗涤剂几大类。洗衣粉种类日益增多,性能也不尽相同。目前有一种加酶洗衣粉,即加入了碱性蛋白酶生物催化剂,能“消化”顽固的蛋白 质类污垢,如血渍、奶渍、草渍等,还能去除异味。酶是一种热敏性物质,温度是影响酶活性的一个重要因素。因此,使用加酶洗衣粉洗涤水温应控制在40℃左 右,不可用60℃以上的水泡洗衣粉,以免酶制剂失去活性,影响去污效果。加酶洗衣粉也不能用来洗涤毛、丝绸类含蛋白质纤维的织物,因为酶能破坏蛋白质纤维结构。洗衣液是一种液态的衣物洗涤剂,成分与洗衣粉相似,适合洗涤内衣、被褥床单等重垢织物。它的水溶性好,冷水中也能迅速溶解,充分地发挥作用。洗衣液中常加入低泡的非离子表面活性剂,因此较易漂洗。相对洗衣粉来说,洗衣液碱性较低,性能较温和,不损伤衣物,使用更方便; 洗衣液一般选用耐硬水的非离子表面活性剂,在软硬水中都有效;因可制成中性的洗衣液(如丝、毛洗衣液等),碱性低,故可用于洗涤丝绸、毛等纤细织物,洗出的衣物对皮肤刺激也较小。洗衣液的价格相对洗衣粉来说,要贵出不少。
然而,目前使用的水溶性洗涤剂的洗涤力不够强,无法使表面洗净度高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种洗净度高的水溶性洗涤剂,具有超强的洗涤力,可以使表面洗净度高,而且洗涤后的材料不发生变色和腐蚀。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种洗净度高的水溶性洗涤剂,所述的洗涤剂由以下组分制成:八氟戊醇聚氧乙烯醚、羧甲基纤维素钠、(1-羟基-3-氧-亚丁基)丙二酸亚异丙酯、聚丁二酸丁二酯和顺-7-十六碳烯酸,其各组分的重量含量为:八氟戊醇聚氧乙烯醚15~35份、羧甲基纤维素钠8~25份、(1-羟基-3-氧-亚丁基)丙二酸亚异丙酯50~68份、聚丁二酸丁二酯30~44份和顺-7-十六碳烯酸20~32份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的八氟戊醇聚氧乙烯醚的重量含量为17~29份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的羧甲基纤维素钠的重量含量为8~20份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的(1-羟基-3-氧-亚丁基)丙二酸亚异丙酯的重量含量为52~64份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有超强的洗涤力,可以使表面洗净度高,而且 洗涤后的材料不发生变色和腐蚀。

实施例1
一种洗净度高的水溶性洗涤剂,所述的洗涤剂由以下组分制成:八氟戊醇聚氧乙烯醚、羧甲基纤维素钠、(1-羟基-3-氧-亚丁基)丙二酸亚异丙酯、聚丁二酸丁二酯和顺-7-十六碳烯酸,其各组分的重量含量为:八氟戊醇聚氧乙烯醚29份、羧甲基纤维素钠20份、(1-羟基-3-氧-亚丁基)丙二酸亚异丙酯64份、聚丁二酸丁二酯44份和顺-7-十六碳烯酸32份。
实施例2
一种洗净度高的水溶性洗涤剂,所述的洗涤剂由以下组分制成:八氟戊醇聚氧乙烯醚、羧甲基纤维素钠、(1-羟基-3-氧-亚丁基)丙二酸亚异丙酯、聚丁二酸丁二酯和顺-7-十六碳烯酸,其各组分的重量含量为:八氟戊醇聚氧乙烯醚17份、羧甲基纤维素钠8份、(1-羟基-3-氧-亚丁基)丙二酸亚异丙酯52份、聚丁二酸丁二酯30份和顺-7-十六碳烯酸20份。
实施例3
一种洗净度高的水溶性洗涤剂,所述的洗涤剂由以下组分制成:八氟戊醇聚氧乙烯醚、羧甲基纤维素钠、(1-羟基-3-氧-亚丁基)丙二酸亚异丙酯、聚丁二酸丁二酯和顺-7-十六碳烯酸,其各组分的重量含量为:八氟戊醇聚氧乙烯醚23份、羧甲基纤维素钠14份、(1-羟基-3-氧-亚丁基)丙二酸亚异丙酯58份、聚丁二酸丁二酯37份和顺-7-十六碳烯酸26份。
本发明洗净度高的水溶性洗涤剂的有益效果是:本发明具有超强的洗涤力,可以使表面洗净度高,而且 洗涤后的材料不发生变色和腐蚀。

1.一种洗净度高的水溶性洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述的洗涤剂由以下组分制成:八氟戊醇聚氧乙烯醚、羧甲基纤维素钠、(1-羟基-3-氧-亚丁基)丙二酸亚异丙酯、聚丁二酸丁二酯和顺-7-十六碳烯酸,其各组分的重量含量为:八氟戊醇聚氧乙烯醚15~35份、羧甲基纤维素钠8~25份、(1-羟基-3-氧-亚丁基)丙二酸亚异丙酯50~68份、聚丁二酸丁二酯30~44份和顺-7-十六碳烯酸20~32份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗净度高的水溶性洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述的八氟戊醇聚氧乙烯醚的重量含量为17~29份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗净度高的水溶性洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述的羧甲基纤维素钠的重量含量为8~20份。
