技术领域
本发明公开了一种焊接装置,尤其涉及到了一种工型钢结构焊接装置。
背景技术
钢结构是主要由钢制材料组成的结构,是主要的建筑结构类型之一。结构主要由型钢和钢板等制成的钢梁、钢柱、钢桁架等构件组成,各构件或部件之间通常采用焊缝、螺栓或铆钉连接。因其自重较轻,且施工简便,广泛应用于大型厂房、场馆、超高层等领域;钢结构焊接方法包括焊条电弧焊、二氧化碳气体保护焊,自保护电弧焊、埋弧焊、电渣焊、气电立焊、栓钉焊及相应焊接方法的组合。现有的焊接装置结构复杂,操作困难,安装困难,焊接处的焊接痕迹明显,易造成刚度不达标,影响美观。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供了一种结构简单,操作简便,安装简便,焊接处无痕迹,不会影响钢结构的刚度,不影响美观的工型钢结构焊接装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种工型钢结构焊接装置,包括加热装置和焊接装置组成;其特征在于:所述加热装置通过连接线与混合筒相连接,混合筒通过管道与粉料筒相连接;所述焊接装置上设有控制器,控制器通过管道与焊接头相连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述粉料筒一侧设有钢丝绳,混合筒通过支架与支撑柱固定连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述加热装置内加热温度为600℃-700℃。
采用上述结构,其有益效果在于:本发明有效解决了现有的焊接装置结构复杂,操作困难,安装困难,焊接处的焊接痕迹明显,易造成刚度不达标,影响美观等问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步的解释说明。
如图1所示,一种工型钢板焊接装置,包括加热装置3和焊接装置8组成;其特征在于:所述加热装置3通过连接线与混合筒2相连接,混合筒2通过管道6-2与粉料筒1相连接;所述焊接装置8上设有控制器7,控制器7通过管道6-1与焊接头9相连接;所述粉料筒1一侧设有钢丝绳5,混合筒2通过支架4与支撑柱10固定连接;所述加热装置3内加热温度为600℃-700℃。
本发明具有结构简单,操作简便,安装简便,焊接处无痕迹,不会影响钢结构的刚度,不影响美观等诸多优点。
任何采用与本发明相类似的技术特征所设计的焊接装置将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种工型钢板焊接装置,包括加热装置(3)和焊接装置(8)组成;其特征在于:所述加热装置(3)通过连接线与混合筒(2)相连接,混合筒(2)通过管道(6-2)与粉料筒(1)相连接;所述焊接装置(8)上设有控制器(7),控制器(7)通过管道(6-1)与焊接头(9)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工型钢板焊接装置,其特征在于:所述粉料筒(1)一侧设有钢丝绳(5),混合筒(2)通过支架(4)与支撑柱(10)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种工型钢板焊接装置,其特征在于:所述加热装置(3)内加热温度为600℃-700℃。
