背景技术
目前在国内大型房建项目中，钢梁与钢柱采用全焊接连接应用比较广泛。为确保钢梁与钢柱上的牛腿临时固定，通常会在连接处做一个临时连接板并用安装螺栓固定。该临时连接板除用作安装临时固定外还兼做衬垫板，但是待钢梁腹板和牛腿腹板焊接后，连接板难以拆卸，造成了材料浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种钢梁和钢柱全焊接临时连接结构，该连接结构易拆卸，能循环利用，减少材料浪费。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种钢梁和钢柱全焊接临时连接结构，它包括相互连接固定在一起的钢柱和牛腿，以及钢梁，在所述钢梁与牛腿连接处的上、下翼缘下方以及腹板一侧均焊接有衬垫板，在位于所述钢梁和牛腿腹板上的衬垫板上设置有临时连接板，在所述临时连接板与衬垫板之间设置有临时垫块，所述临时连接板与临时垫块通过安装螺栓固定。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型的这种临时连接措施避免了材料的浪费，可以回收再循环利用，降低材料浪费，节约成本。

参见图1—图2，本实用新型涉及一种钢梁和钢柱全焊接临时连接结构，包括相互连接固定在一起的钢柱1和牛腿2，以及钢梁3，在所述钢梁3与牛腿2连接处的上、下翼缘下方以及腹板一侧均焊接有衬垫板4，在位于所述钢梁3和牛腿2腹板上的衬垫板4上设置有临时连接板5，在所述临时连接板5与衬垫板4之间设置有临时垫块6，所述临时连接板5与临时垫块6通过安装螺栓7固定，待牛腿2和钢梁3等强焊接完后，依次取下临时垫块6和临时连接板5，以便于循环利用，避免了材料的浪费。
