Abstract

The device comprises a spraying box, a controller, a conveying chain and a spraying unit, wherein the conveying chain is arranged at the top end of the inner side of the spraying box, and the conveying chain and the spraying unit are respectively connected to the controller; when the conveying chain conveys the piece to be sprayed to the spraying position, the detection unit detects the information of the piece to be sprayed and sends the information of the piece to the controller, and the controller controls the spraying unit to spray the piece to be sprayed according to the information of the piece. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of effectively saving the spraying cost, improving the spraying quality and the like.

Background

The spraying units are provided with two groups which are respectively and correspondingly arranged on two sides of the spraying box.
The spraying unit comprises a spraying gun, a spraying gun support, a lifting column and a horizontal guide rail seat, the lifting column is installed on the horizontal guide rail seat and can move along the horizontal guide rail seat, the lifting column is connected with the controller, the spraying gun support is fixed on the lifting column, the spraying gun is installed on the air injection support, so that the spraying gun can move horizontally and vertically, and a spraying nozzle of the spraying gun stretches into the spraying box.
The number of the spray guns is even, the spray guns are divided into two groups and are respectively installed on two sides of the lifting column at equal intervals along the vertical direction, and each spray gun is respectively connected with the controller.
And holes for extending into the spray nozzle of the spray gun are respectively arranged at two sides of the spraying box.
The detection unit is a photoelectric sensor.
The object information comprises the height and the width of a piece to be sprayed, and the controller adjusts the lifting height of the lifting column and the on-off state of each spray gun according to the object information.
The controller is a PLC control cabinet.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the detection unit is arranged, so that the on-off state of the spray gun is controlled according to the object information of the piece to be sprayed, the coating is saved, and the cost is reduced to a great extent;
(2) the lifting column and the horizontal guide rail seat are arranged to realize the vertical and horizontal movement of the spray gun, so that the position of the spray gun can be accurately positioned when different pieces to be sprayed are sprayed, and the spraying quality is improved.

The device comprises a spraying box 1, a controller, a conveying chain 2 and a spraying unit, wherein the conveying chain 2 is installed at the top end of the inner side of the spraying box 1, and the conveying chain 2 and the spraying unit are respectively connected to the controller. The spraying units are provided with two groups which are respectively and correspondingly arranged on two sides of the spraying box 1, so that two sides of the piece to be sprayed 3 are sprayed simultaneously. The spraying unit include spray gun 5, spray gun support 6, lift post 4 and horizontal guide seat 7, lift post 4 install on horizontal guide seat 7 and can follow horizontal guide seat 7 and remove, lift post 4 be connected with the controller, spray gun support 6 fix lift post 4 on, spray gun 5 install jet-propelled support 6 on to realize that 5 levels of spray gun and vertical direction remove, 5 nozzles of spray gun stretch into spraying case 1, wherein spraying case 1 both sides are equipped with the hole that is used for stretching into 5 nozzles of spray gun respectively. In the embodiment, an even number of spray guns 5 are arranged and divided into two groups which are respectively arranged on two sides of the lifting column 4 at equal intervals along the vertical direction, and each spray gun 5 is respectively connected with the controller. The lifting column 4 and the horizontal guide rail seat 7 are arranged, so that the position of the spray gun 5 can be accurately positioned when different pieces to be sprayed 3 are sprayed, and the spraying quality is improved. the two groups of spraying units are respectively and correspondingly arranged on two sides of the spraying box;
the spraying unit comprises a spray gun, a spray gun bracket, a lifting column and a horizontal guide rail seat, wherein the lifting column is arranged on the horizontal guide rail seat and can move along the horizontal guide rail seat, the lifting column is connected with a controller, the spray gun bracket is fixed on the lifting column, the spray gun is arranged on the spray gun bracket so as to realize the horizontal and vertical movement of the spray gun, and a spray nozzle of the spray gun extends into the spraying box;
the spray guns are provided with an even number and are divided into two groups which are respectively arranged on two sides of the lifting column at equal intervals along the vertical direction, each spray gun is respectively connected with the controller, and the lifting column and the horizontal guide rail seat can accurately position the spray guns when different parts to be sprayed are sprayed.

4. The automatic powder spraying device of claim 1, wherein the object information comprises a height and a width of a piece to be sprayed, and the controller adjusts a lifting height of the lifting column and an on-off state of each spray gun according to the object information.
5. The automatic powder spraying device of claim 1, wherein the controller is a PLC control cabinet.
