上述金属拉伸乳化剂的制备方法为:
步骤1:将棕榈油、石蜡油和葵花籽油混合,加热至65℃搅拌均匀;
步骤2:加入氢化松香甘油酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯和二丁基羟基甲苯,在转速800r/min下搅拌15分钟;
步骤3:加入蒸馏水,在转速1100r/min下搅拌15分钟;
步骤4:加入水溶性壳聚糖、乙基香草醛、纳米二氧化钛、硫化异丁烯、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和硫化烯烃棉籽油,在转速5500r/min下剪切25秒;
步骤5:降至室温,在转速110r/min下搅拌15分钟即得。
实施例5
一种金属拉伸乳化剂,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:棕榈油3.5份、石蜡油9份、葵花籽油4份、水溶性壳聚糖0.5份、乙基香草醛0.25份、纳米二氧化钛0.4份、氢化松香甘油酯2.5份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯4份、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯5份、硫化异丁烯0.9份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.45份、硫化烯烃棉籽油0.8份、二丁基羟基甲苯0.25份、蒸馏水65份。
上述金属拉伸乳化剂的制备方法为:
步骤1:将棕榈油、石蜡油和葵花籽油混合,加热至75℃搅拌均匀;
步骤2:加入氢化松香甘油酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯和二丁基羟基甲苯,在转速900r/min下搅拌15分钟;
步骤3:加入蒸馏水,在转速1400r/min下搅拌25分钟;
步骤4:加入水溶性壳聚糖、乙基香草醛、纳米二氧化钛、硫化异丁烯、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和硫化烯烃棉籽油,在转速6500r/min下剪切25秒;
步骤5:降至室温,在转速140r/min下搅拌15分钟即得。
对比例1
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于不含有棕榈油和葵花籽油。具体地说是:
一种金属拉伸乳化剂,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:石蜡油5份、水溶性壳聚糖0.3份、乙基香草醛0.1份、纳米二氧化钛0.2份、氢化松香甘油酯1份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯2份、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯3份、硫化异丁烯0.5份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.3份、硫化烯烃棉籽油0.6份、二丁基羟基甲苯0.1份、蒸馏水50份。
上述金属拉伸乳化剂的制备方法为:
步骤1:将石蜡油加热至60℃;
步骤2:加入氢化松香甘油酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯和二丁基羟基甲苯,在转速700r/min下搅拌10分钟;
步骤3:加入蒸馏水,在转速1000r/min下搅拌10分钟;
步骤4:加入水溶性壳聚糖、乙基香草醛、纳米二氧化钛、硫化异丁烯、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和硫化烯烃棉籽油,在转速5000r/min下剪切20秒;
步骤5:降至室温,在转速100r/min下搅拌10分钟即得。
对比例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于不含有氢化松香甘油酯和蔗糖脂肪酸酯。具体地说是:
一种金属拉伸乳化剂,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:棕榈油2份、石蜡油5份、葵花籽油2份、水溶性壳聚糖0.3份、乙基香草醛0.1份、纳米二氧化钛0.2份、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯3份、硫化异丁烯0.5份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.3份、硫化烯烃棉籽油0.6份、二丁基羟基甲苯0.1份、蒸馏水50份。
上述金属拉伸乳化剂的制备方法为:
步骤1:将棕榈油、石蜡油和葵花籽油混合,加热至60℃搅拌均匀;
步骤2:加入聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯和二丁基羟基甲苯,在转速700r/min下搅拌10分钟;
步骤3:加入蒸馏水,在转速1000r/min下搅拌10分钟;
步骤4:加入水溶性壳聚糖、乙基香草醛、纳米二氧化钛、硫化异丁烯、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和硫化烯烃棉籽油,在转速5000r/min下剪切20秒;
步骤5:降至室温,在转速100r/min下搅拌10分钟即得。
本发明的金属拉伸乳化剂的部分性能指标见下表,我们可以看到,本发明材料具有很好的稳定性,乳化效果均匀,不分层,30℃下析油析皂最低仅为0.25ml,稳定性佳,在40℃时,其运动粘度在12.3-13.6mm2/s,粘度适宜,同时其腐蚀性弱,对于铜片的腐蚀等级在1b级,防腐性佳,另外,本材料具有非常好的抑菌性,对于大肠杆菌的抑制率可达100%,抗菌效果好。

1.一种金属拉伸乳化剂,其特征在于:由以下成分以重量份制备而成:棕榈油2-4份、石蜡油5-10份、葵花籽油2-5份、水溶性壳聚糖0.3-0.6份、乙基香草醛0.1-0.3份、纳米二氧化钛0.2-0.5份、氢化松香甘油酯1-3份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯2-5份、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯3-6份、硫化异丁烯0.5-1份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.3-0.5份、硫化烯烃棉籽油0.6-0.9份、二丁基羟基甲苯0.1-0.3份、蒸馏水50-70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属拉伸乳化剂,其特征在于:由以下成分以重量份制备而成:棕榈油2.5-3.5份、石蜡油6-9份、葵花籽油3-4份、水溶性壳聚糖0.4-0.5份、乙基香草醛0.15-0.25份、纳米二氧化钛0.3-0.4份、氢化松香甘油酯1.5-2.5份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯3-4份、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯4-5份、硫化异丁烯0.6-0.9份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.35-0.45份、硫化烯烃棉籽油0.7-0.8份、二丁基羟基甲苯0.15-0.25份、蒸馏水55-65份。
3.权利要求1至2任一项所述的一种金属拉伸乳化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将棕榈油、石蜡油和葵花籽油混合,加热至60-80℃搅拌均匀;
步骤2:加入氢化松香甘油酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯和二丁基羟基甲苯,在转速700-1000r/min下搅拌10-20分钟;
步骤3:加入蒸馏水,在转速1000-1500r/min下搅拌10-30分钟;
步骤4:加入水溶性壳聚糖、乙基香草醛、纳米二氧化钛、硫化异丁烯、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和硫化烯烃棉籽油,在转速5000-7000r/min下剪切20-30秒;
步骤5:降至室温,在转速100-150r/min下搅拌10-20分钟即得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种金属拉伸乳化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1中加热至65-75℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种金属拉伸乳化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2中转速为800-900r/min,搅拌时间为15分钟。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种金属拉伸乳化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3中转速为1100-1400r/min,搅拌时间为15-25分钟。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种金属拉伸乳化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4中转速为5500-6500r/min,剪切时间为25秒。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种金属拉伸乳化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤5中转速为110-140r/min,搅拌时间为15分钟。
