技术领域
本发明属于石油化工领域,具体是一种船用气缸油复合添加剂及其生产方法及所调和成的船用气缸油。
背景技术
船用气缸油按碱值可分为10TBN、40TBN、70TBN和100TBN几种型号,根据船舶所用燃料硫含量的不同而分别使用不同碱值的船用气缸油,以中和燃料燃烧后所产生的硫酸、亚硫酸等酸性产物,其中:10TBN船用气缸油主要用于燃料硫含量不大于1.5%的情况下使用;40TBN船用气缸油主要用于燃料硫含量不大于2.5%的情况下使用;70TBN船用气缸油主要用于燃料硫含量不大于3.5%的情况下使用;100TBN船用气缸油主要用于燃料硫含量不大于5.0%的情况下使用。处于环保和成本方面的考虑,国内外航运公司大多使用硫含量2.5%和3.5%的残渣重质燃料油,使用最多的是碱值为70TBN的船用气缸油。
上世纪80年代,我国10TBN、40TBN、70TBN和100TBN的船用气缸油主要依靠国外进口,船用气缸油复合剂产品在我国属空白,通过十几年的不懈努力,10TBN、40TBN和70TBN的船用气缸油产品分别在中国石油润滑油分公司、中国石化润滑油分公司研制成功并投入工业化生产,目前中国石油润滑油分公司可生产磺酸盐—硫化烷基酚盐—环烷酸盐配方体系的船用气缸油复合添加剂,商品牌号为:RHY3532、RHY3533。中国石化润滑油分公司船用气缸油复合添加剂生产是由中石化与Infinuem合资的上海海润添加剂有限公司生产,配方体系主要是:磺酸盐—水杨酸盐—硫化烷基酚盐。
国内无锡南方添加剂厂及个别地方小添加剂厂有用磺酸盐—硫化烷基酚盐添加剂配方体系生产船用气缸油复合添加剂的报道,但产、销量相对较小。
国外Lubrizol、Oronite、Afton和Infinuem等添加剂公司已有用磺酸盐或硫化烷基酚盐为主要添加剂配方体系,生产船用气缸油复合添加剂的产品,主要用于调制国外船用气缸油,但复合添加剂产品成本较高,尚未在国内市场大量推广应用。
国内外有用磺酸盐、硫化烷基酚盐为主要金属清净剂研制成功气缸油复合剂的报道和产品,但用环烷酸盐为主剂研制成功气缸油复合剂尚未见报道。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种船用气缸油复合添加剂及其生产方法及所调和成的船用气缸油,特别是一种用于调制70TBN船用气缸油的复合添加剂及其生产方法以及用该添加剂调和成的70TBN船用气缸油,该复合添加剂具有良好的抗水分水性、扩散性、酸中和速度、抗磨性和清净性,复合添加剂所调制的70TBN船用气缸油在理化分析和模拟评定方面达到国外参比油的质量水平。
本发明用于调制船用气缸油的复合添加剂为:按重量由300TBN环烷酸钙50-80份、硫化烷基酚钙5-40份、石油磺酸钙15-30份、丁二酰亚胺5-20份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌5-15份、氨基甲酸锌1-10份、苯并三氮唑1-5份、烷基化二苯胺1-10份组成。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进方案,所述的300TBN环烷酸钙的碱值为280-320mgKOH/g。
上述用于调制船用气缸油的复合添加剂的生产方法如下:将按比例所需要的300TBN环烷酸钙、硫化烷基酚钙、丁二酰亚胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、氨基甲酸锌、苯并三氮唑依次加入不锈钢调合釜,搅拌升温,在80-90℃条件下搅拌6-8小时,待复合添加剂清澈透明即制得复合添加剂。
用上述复合添加剂调和成的70TBN船用气缸油,其特征在于:按重量百分比加入400SN基础油54-60份、KH 150BS基础油13-15份、复合添加剂25-32份均匀混合后即可得到70TBN船用气缸油。
与现有技术相比,本发明的复合添加剂采用环烷酸盐为主剂,环烷酸盐与磺酸盐、硫化烷基酚盐和水杨酸盐相比,具有优异的抗水分水性、酸中和速度和扩散性,是生产船用气缸油的好原料,以环烷酸盐为主剂,同时辅以硫化烷基酚盐和磺酸盐,以发挥各添加剂的优势,产生协和效应,使复合添加剂具有良好的抗水分水性、扩散性、酸中和速度、抗磨性和清净性,复合添加剂所调制的70TBN船用气缸油在理化分析和模拟评定方面达到国外参比油的质量水平。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1:复合添加剂的重量百分配比为:300TBN环烷酸钙69.5份、硫化烷基酚钙13.9份、丁二酰亚胺10.4份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌4.5份、氨基甲酸锌0.7份、苯并三氮唑1.0份,环烷酸钙的碱值为320mgKOH/g。
复合添加剂的生产方法:将上述比例的300TBN环烷酸钙、硫化烷基酚钙、丁二酰亚胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、氨基甲酸锌、苯并三氮唑依次加入不锈钢调合釜中,搅拌升温至90℃,继续搅拌8小时,待复合添加剂清澈透明即可。
本实施例制得的船用气缸油复合添加剂主要质量指标如下:表1

实施例2:复合添加剂的重量百分配比为:300TBN环烷酸钙73.2份、硫化烷基酚钙11.7份、丁二酰亚胺14.8份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌8.1份、烷基化二苯胺3.6份,环烷酸钙的碱值为280mgKOH/g。
复合添加剂的生产方法:将上述比例的300TBN环烷酸钙、硫化烷基酚钙、丁二酰亚胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、烷基化二苯胺依次加入不锈钢调合釜,搅拌升温至80℃,继续搅拌6小时,待复合添加剂清澈透明即可。
实施例3:复合添加剂的重量百分配比为:300TBN环烷酸钙63.2份、硫化烷基酚钙20.9份、丁二酰亚胺12.5份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌7.5份、烷基化二苯胺4.3份,环烷酸钙的碱值为290mgKOH/g。
复合添加剂的生产方法:将上述比例的300TBN环烷酸钙、硫化烷基酚钙、丁二酰亚胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、烷基化二苯胺依次加入不锈钢调合釜,搅拌升温至85℃,继续搅拌7小时,待复合添加剂清澈透明即可。
实施例4:复合添加剂的重量百分配比为:300TBN环烷酸钙66.3份、硫化烷基酚钙18.9份、丁二酰亚胺14.1份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌6.7份,环烷酸钙的碱值为300mgKOH/g。
复合添加剂的生产方法:将上述比例的300TBN环烷酸钙、硫化烷基酚钙、丁二酰亚胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌依次加入不锈钢调合釜,搅拌升温至82℃,继续搅拌6.5小时,待复合添加剂清澈透明即可。
用实施例4配方工业化生产复合添加剂不同批次理化分析数据见表2。

实施例5:复合添加剂的重量百分配比为:300TBN环烷酸钙52.6份、硫化烷基酚钙35.7份、丁二酰亚胺7.1份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌5.8份,环烷酸钙的碱值为310mgKOH/g。
复合添加剂的生产方法:将上述比例的300TBN环烷酸钙、硫化烷基酚钙、丁二酰亚胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌依次加入不锈钢调合釜,搅拌升温至84℃,继续搅拌7.5小时,待复合添加剂清澈透明即可。
用复合添加剂调和成的70TBN船用气缸油的方法,按重量百分比加入400SN基础油60份、KH 150BS基础油15份、复合添加剂25均匀混合后即可得到70TBN船用气缸油。
以国外70TBN船用气缸油作为本发明调制的70TBN船用气缸油的参比油进行理化分析和模拟评定,本发明所用基础油理化性质见表3,调制的70TBN船用气缸油理化分析和模拟评定结果见表4。

理化分析数据表明,本发明复合添加剂所调制的70TBN船用气缸油与国外参比油相当。模拟评定结果表明,本发明复合添加剂所调制的70TBN船用气缸油,在酸中和速度、扩散性和抗磨损性方面优于国外参比油,在PDSC氧化和L-1A成焦板试验方面逊于国外参比油1而优于国外参比油2,用本发明复合添加剂所调制的70TBN船用气缸油,在理化分析和模拟评定方面达到了国外参比油质量水平。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变化和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种用于调制船用气缸油的复合添加剂,其特征在于:按重量由300TBN环烷酸钙50-80份、硫化烷基酚钙5-40份、石油磺酸钙15-30份、丁二酰亚胺5-20份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌5-15份、氨基甲酸锌1-10份、苯并三氮唑1-5份、烷基化二苯胺1-10份组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于调制船用气缸油的复合添加剂,其特征在于:所述的300TBN环烷酸钙的碱值为280-320mgKOH/g。
3.一种用于调制船用气缸油的复合添加剂的生产方法,其特征在于:按重量取300TBN环烷酸钙50-80份、硫化烷基酚钙5-40份、石油磺酸钙15-30份、丁二酰亚胺5-20份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌5-15份、氨基甲酸锌1-10份、苯并三氮唑1-5份、烷基化二苯胺1-10份,
将上述的300TBN环烷酸钙、硫化烷基酚钙、丁二酰亚胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、氨基甲酸锌、苯并三氮唑依次加入不锈钢调合釜,搅拌升温,在80-90℃条件下搅拌6-8小时,待混合物清澈透明即可。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于调制船用气缸油的复合添加剂的生产方法,其特征在于:将所述的300TBN环烷酸钙的碱值调节为280-320mgKOH/g。
5.一种船用气缸油,其特征在于:按重量由400SN基础油54-60份、KH 150BS基础油13-15份和权利要求1-4任一项所述的用于调制船用气缸油的复合添加剂25-32份组成。
