Description

Nostoc sphaeroids kutz cotton mask and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a nostoc sphaeroides cotton facial mask and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Nostoc sphaeroides K ü tzing, commonly known as Nostoc sphaeroides, loosestrife, Auricularia, Tremella, belonging to the class of cyanobacteria, Nostoc sphaeroides K ü tzing, is a precious freshwater nitrogen-fixing cyanobacteria in the world, has the highest yield in Hubei, has been reported to be distributed in Africa and the like in a small amount in paddy fields mainly distributed in mountain areas in China.
Phycobiliprotein as a light-harvesting pigment protein is widely distributed in blue algae. Phycobiliprotein has the obvious function of eliminating free radicals and active oxygen, and has also been reported to have the obvious anti-inflammatory activity. Therefore, the application range of the phycobiliprotein is wide, and the development and utilization values are high. Nostoc sphaeroides contains abundant phycobiliprotein, the content of the Nostoc sphaeroides is equivalent to that of spirulina, the potential commercial value of Nostoc sphaeroides per se is increasingly shown, and therefore the development and the utilization of Nostoc sphaeroides have attracted the attention of governments and people.
Nostoc sphaeroids kutz is applied to the fields of washing products and skin care products. The developed products comprise nostoc moisturizing skin care products, nostoc washing products and the like. The nostoc sphaeroides cotton material prepared by the invention does not have a colloid sheath structure, and a porous sponge material of the nostoc sphaeroides cotton material can be developed and applied in the field of masks.
The facial mask mainly has four types, namely a paste type, a tearing type, a jelly type and a wet tissue type. The mud paste type facial mask is commonly an alga facial mask, a mud facial mask and the like, the tear type facial mask is the nasal paste special for blackheads, the jelly type is the best known as a sleep facial mask, and the wet tissue type is generally a facial mask paper which is packaged by a single sheet and is soaked with beauty treatment liquid. With the development of beauty science and technology, a wet tissue type facial mask made of silk appears. The wet tissue type facial mask soaked with the skin care lotion accounts for a large share in the market, the facial mask paper can be divided into silk, all cotton, terylene, blended fabric, biological fiber and the like according to the material, the biological fiber facial mask paper has the best effect, and the blended facial mask paper is the first time. The material of the facial mask paper can influence the comfort and the effect of the facial mask. Natural pure cotton-based facial mask paper is the most popular material in recent years, and synthetic fiber materials are inferior. The facial mask paper with a certain thickness and weight can absorb sufficient moisturizing essence, and the wrapping effect of the facial mask paper on skin in a pressurized sealing mode is better. The biological fiber facial mask paper has the best effect and is generally used in professional beauty salons, and because the biological fiber facial mask paper is expensive, the products at the price are difficult to be burdened by general people.
The nostoc sphaeroides can be processed into a pure natural cotton biological mask to be developed and applied. The material can realize natural combination of functional nutritional skin care components (mainly comprising nostoc sphaeroides biliprotein) and biological mask carrier, and has long shelf life in dry state, convenient carrying, and no preservative.
At present, no dry pure natural nostoc sphaeroides biological material facial mask combining skin care components and a facial mask carrier is available, the facial mask is completely a pure natural biological material and is rich in biological active components with the effects of diminishing inflammation and nourishing and protecting skin.

When in use, the facial mask can also be soaked in clear water, or further soaked in materials such as milk, honey, cucumber juice, egg white, red wine, yoghourt, banana puree and the like, or soaked in a mixture of the materials and then applied to the face.
The nostoc sphaeroides cotton mask is a porous spongy pure natural biological material. After the material is soaked in water, the porous structure is filled with nutrient components such as phycobiliprotein. The crude protein extract rich in phycobiliprotein has obvious antioxidant and antiphlogistic effects, and is one kind of natural nutritious skin care liquid. The porous sponge structure is a pure natural skin care carrier material.
The nostoc sphaeroides cotton mask is a biological material with multiple functions, and is a porous spongy structure formed by processing nostoc sphaeroides through mashing firstly and then freezing, so that the molecular composition pattern of viscous and uniform algae slurry after mashing is changed, and no chemical reagent is added in the preparation process of the material, so that the nostoc sphaeroides cotton mask belongs to a pure natural biological material.
The invention has the advantages that:
(1) novel product processing thought
Freezing after cell wall breaking, the colloid component (mainly macromolecular protein and macromolecular polysaccharide) of nostoc sphaeroides is insoluble in water, the main functional nutrient component phycobiliprotein is soluble in water, after the whole biological material is frozen, the phycobiliprotein and water are frozen together by utilizing the water solubility of the phycobiliprotein, meanwhile, the water-insoluble biological macromolecules approach to each other, so that the chemical bonds of the adjacent macromolecules are contacted with each other to form new and more stable combination, namely, the polymerization reaction between the biological macromolecules is generated, the separation of the phycobiliprotein and other water-insoluble biological macromolecules is realized, then the water is removed by utilizing a drying method, the phycobiliprotein is left in the pores where the ice crystals formed by the original water are located, namely, the phycobiliprotein is stored in the pores of the dried cotton structure body, so that the cotton material formed by the nostoc sphaeroides itself becomes the storage carrier of the phycobiliprotein released by the nostoc sphaeroides itself, the phycobiliprotein of the cotton material can be released continuously after the cotton material is soaked by water.
The method has unique process, does not need pressing, and can realize the purpose of adhering the algae pulp into the cotton material by a freezing method.
(2) The product safety is outstanding
There is no pure natural plant facial mask on the market. The mask prepared by the invention is a pure natural biological material: the cotton material is self organism of mashed nostoc; the phycobiliprotein is natural pigment protein synthesized by nostoc sphaeroides per se; during the manufacturing process, no chemical agent is added. Because the cotton material belongs to the dry state, the phycobiliprotein is also in the dry state, and the phycobiliprotein is stored in the pores of the dry cotton, no adhesive or preservative is added, only clean water is needed to soak the cotton material when the cotton material is used, and the safety performance is extremely high.
(3) The product has outstanding effect
Fully retains the biological activity of the nostoc sphaeroides gallbladder protein. The mask contains pure natural nutritional ingredients in algae, most particularly high-content water-soluble phycobiliprotein, and the phycobiliprotein can be released only by immersing the mask sheet in clean clear water, has the effects of resisting oxidation, resisting radiation, resisting aging, resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, resisting allergy and the like, and can effectively nourish and clean the skin.
(4) The product has novel style
The phycobiliprotein with the biological active component of the phycobiliprotein is stored in pores of a cotton structure formed by the phycobiliprotein, so that the phycobiliprotein has stable biological activity, outstanding effect and high use safety. The nostoc sphaeroides cotton mask porous spongy biomaterial is rich in phycobiliprotein nutritional health-care ingredients, is soaked by clean water and then is released to form pure natural skin lotion beneficial to skin health, and the spongy structure of the nostoc sphaeroides cotton mask porous spongy biomaterial plays a role of a carrier. Therefore, the nostoc sphaeroides cotton facial mask realizes the perfect combination of skin care nutrient components and facial mask carriers, and is a dry-state pure natural biological material functional facial mask.
The invention has been verified by a plurality of tests, and the result shows that after the nostoc sphaeroides is firstly smashed into algae slurry and then is frozen, the nostoc sphaeroides can really and stably generate a porous spongy structure, and the porous structure is rich in functional nutrient components mainly comprising phycobiliprotein, and the crude protein extract can be released after being soaked in water.

FIG. 1-a is a structural view of the nostoc sphaeroides cotton structure obtained by the method of example 1, wherein the cotton body is rich in cavities formed by a large number of bubbles, the cavities have uniform sizes and are uniformly distributed, and the overall structure of the nostoc sphaeroides cotton material also shows uniform characteristics; FIG. 1-b shows the Auricularia auricula preparation obtained in comparative example 3, which can form cotton with very poor structural toughness in a short time, wherein the cotton also contains voids formed by bubbles, but the voids have significant size difference, very small number and very uneven distribution; the hair weeds were treated by the method of comparative example 4, and a cotton body mask was not formed, and fig. 1-c are the microscopic structures thereof. Fig. 1 shows a microscopic structure diagram of three nostoc, which fully shows the difference of texture of three nostoc treated by the method of the invention, the nostoc pulp has unique colloid performance before being formed into cotton, and only nostoc can form a stable high-quality cotton-shaped facial mask.
2) Comparison of Nostoc sphaeroids Kutz with population-state algae
Laver, kelp and undaria pinnatifida were treated according to the method of example 1, respectively, and none of the three seaweeds could form a cotton mask.
3) Comparison of Nostoc sphaeroides with unicellular algae other than Nostoc sphaeroides
Since the tackiness of the unicellular algae plants was significantly lower than nostoc sphaeroides, no cotton mask structure could be formed after the cell population of the unicellular algae plants was treated according to the method of example 5.
4) Comparison result of Nostoc sphaeroids Kutz with fungus fruiting body Tremella and Auricularia
After the fungus fruiting bodies of tremella and agaric are treated by the method of example 1, no cotton mask structure is formed.
Although the invention has been described in detail hereinabove with respect to a general description and specific embodiments thereof, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications or improvements may be made thereto based on the invention. Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
