背景技术
枕头是日常生活中必不可少的休息睡眠用品，现有的枕头主要是枕套和枕芯配合使用，而保证舒适度和健康性的是枕芯，生活中常用的枕芯填充物主要是荞麦，羽绒，弹性管，木棉，乳胶等，人们根据自己的喜好选择合适的枕芯，然而现有的枕芯填充物对于治疗颈椎病，改善睡眠质量没有效果，随着人们对于睡眠质量和医疗保健认识水平的不断提高，现有的枕头已经不能满足人们的使用需求。

本发明的目的在于提供一种能够有效预防和治疗颈椎病，改善睡眠质量的医疗保健枕头。
本发明主要是针对现有枕头的枕芯填充物的改进，具体技术方案如下：
一种医疗保健枕头，其枕芯填充物按下述重量配比而成：苦荞麦皮50-60％；活磁石5-10％；决明子5-10％；葛根5-10％；菊花2-6％；夜交藤5-10％；羌活5-10％；川芎3-5％；天麻3-5％。
优选的，本发明的枕芯填充物按下述重量配比而成：苦荞麦皮55％；活磁石10％；决明子5％；葛根6％；菊花4％；夜交藤5％；羌活5％；川芎5％；天麻5％。
本发明枕芯填充物采用天然植物和中药配合组成，制备时，将上述原料混合后加工成1.5-2.2mm的颗粒即可，本发明提出的枕头填充物，具有清肝明目，宁心安神，活血祛风的功效，作用于枕芯填充物后，能够有效改善人体颈部的血液循环，调节神经系统，对于颈部健康和改善睡眠质量具有非常好的保健效果，同时，对于治疗颈椎病，失眠、健忘等疾病具有很好的医疗作用。
