背景技术
目前，市场销售的睡枕不能同时满足睡姿的要求，睡枕的支撑曲线也不能随人体的改变调整，因此当睡枕高时仰卧易造成颈椎前弓处于紧张状态，睡枕低时侧卧易造成颈椎侧弓处于紧张状态。当人体的颈椎长期处于紧张状态，就容易造成颈椎劳损，影响睡眠质量、引发颈椎疾病。另外，这些睡枕虽然柔软、舒适，但功能单一，不具有保健及治疗的功能。

玉石块3的形状为圆柱状或圆珠状、方块形状。
在枕芯2内充填野生中草药：细辛、洋铁叶籽、荞面壳、槐花、卜荷和荆芥。
