Abstract

飞机发动机过渡段总成密封圈及制造、装配方法,涉及一种橡胶密封制品及制造、装配方法,本发明采用了橡胶密封圈本体设计与制造、装配工艺相结合的技术方案密封圈由三段呈V字形断面、纵向弧度与过渡段外筒壁曲面弧度一致的夹布骨架层橡胶密封条对接接头粘贴外筒壁附以二次卡箍固定。所述夹布骨架层为聚酯纤维布;所述橡胶为饱和丁腈橡胶;所述对接接头是使用接头专用模具夹持包覆的对接薄夹布生胶片连同过渡段经二次硫化交联而成环形密封圈;与已知技术比较,橡胶密封圈强力、耐撕裂、耐高温、耐磨擦、耐老化、使用寿命等整体性能明显提高。接头部位整体受压硫化提高了致密度和连接强力。实现了使用寿命与飞机发动机维护周期的合理匹配。

Description

飞机发动机过渡段总成密封圈及制造、装配方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶密封制品及制造、装配方法。
背景技术
喷气式飞机发动机与进气道之间设有一段圆筒形金属过渡段(简称过渡段)。在这个过渡段邻近两端口的外筒壁上分别粘帖安装了规格不同的两个V字形断面夹布骨架层环形橡胶密封圈,以密封其与发动机及进气道之间的空隙,起到连接、密封、减震的作用。由于该部位工作温度在150℃以上,短时高达180℃,并承受正负压力变化、磨擦、碰撞等严酷的工作条件,故对其质量技术要求比较严格。又由于过渡段两端口呈扩口形并设有高出外壁的环形凸楞,如果采用传统的夹布骨架层环形橡胶密封圈整体硫化定型后套箍的方式来粘贴固定,就会使密封圈拉伸变形并破坏了密封圈的整体结构和使用性能,也无法保证密封圈基座与过渡段外筒壁的曲面无缝粘贴,同时欲实现其精准就位粘贴也是不可能的。
已知技术中,采用预先硫化定型V字形断面的夹布骨架层普通丁腈橡胶密封条在距过渡段两端口凸楞约2mm处环形粘贴并搭接接头,用包布条缠绕密封条的基座施压后,连带过渡段一起进入硫化罐二次硫化,卸罐后解除包布条即完成了过渡段密封圈的制造、粘贴固定。
分析已知技术,V字形断面夹布骨架层橡胶密封圈的综合性能较低,二次硫化时只对基座部分施压,且手工缠绕包布条所施压力不足、不均、粘贴强力不高,接头搭接部位存在厚度差、致密度低成为技术关键,整体仅采用粘贴的固定方式安全系数较低。试飞实践证明:V字形断面密封圈的顶端即工作面与过渡段筒壁有脱粘现象,搭头部位有断裂脱落现象,曾有断损密封圈碎片进入发动机打坏发动机的严重事故发生。该密封圈的使用寿命远低于飞机发动机的维护周期,增加了飞机的维修成本,影响了该型飞机的科研和飞行任务的执行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中的不足,提高密封圈的整体综合性能,弥补固定方式上的缺欠,设计一种可以与飞机发动机维护周期相匹配的V字形断面夹布骨架层总成橡胶密封圈。
本发明采用了橡胶密封圈本体设计与制造、装配工艺相结合的技术方案,研制出一种飞机发动机过渡段总成密封圈及制造装配方法。
飞机发动机过渡段总成密封圈,由三段呈V字形断面、纵向弧度与过渡段外筒壁曲面弧度一致的夹布骨架层橡胶密封条对接接头粘贴外筒壁附以二次卡箍固定。所述夹布骨架层为聚酯纤维布;所述橡胶为饱和丁腈橡胶;所述对接接头是使用接头专用模具夹持包覆的对接薄夹布生胶片连同过渡段经二次硫化交联而成环形密封圈;所述二次卡箍为环绕在环形密封圈基座上表面可旋紧收拢的不锈钢带。
飞机发动机过渡段总成密封圈的制作装配方法步骤如下:
A.主体混炼胶制备:以饱和丁腈橡胶为基础胶,以过氧化物为硫化剂,辅以其他橡胶助剂经配合在炼胶机上混炼制得备用。
B.夹布生胶片制备:将步骤A所得混炼胶热炼出片,对0.24~0.28mm厚度的聚酯纤维布经压延机双面挂胶分别制得厚度为0.48~0.5mm的薄夹布生胶片和厚度为3.1~3.3mm的厚夹布生胶片。
C.剪裁:将经步骤B所得厚夹布生胶片按图纸或样板尺寸剪裁成两种规格密封条用厚夹布生胶片及包覆接头用薄夹布生胶片。
D.一次硫化定型:将经步骤C所得厚夹布生胶片分别装入两种规格密封条的硫化模具中硫化制得纵向弧度与过渡段外壁曲面弧度一致、V字型断面夹角为20°的橡胶密封条半成品。
E.粘贴定位:对经步骤D所得橡胶密封条半成品的基座粘贴面和过渡段两端口凸楞下粘贴处打磨、除尘、涂刷胶粘剂,常温干燥后粘贴定位、压实,在基座另一面加装环形工艺卡箍旋紧收拢、施压。
F.包覆接头:在各接头处,用经步骤C所得包覆接头用薄夹布生胶片包覆对接接头。
G.夹持接头硫化专用模具:分别将两种规格接头硫化专用模具的匚形框架套卡在三个过渡段端口的橡胶密封条对接接头处,按序装填框内拼接件,全面夹持步骤F中的薄夹布生胶片,旋紧螺栓加压。
H.二次硫化:将夹持有两种规格各三个对接处的接头硫化模具连同经步骤E处理过的过渡段金属筒一起装入硫化罐进行二次硫化。
I.加装二次固定卡箍:从经步骤H的过渡段上卸掉接头硫化专用模具和工艺卡箍,冷却后在V形断面的橡胶密封圈基座外原工艺卡箍的位置换装二次固定卡箍。
本发明与已知技术比较,用饱和丁腈橡胶替代普通丁腈橡胶,辅以相应的硫化体系和助剂,使橡胶密封圈强力、耐撕裂、耐高温、耐磨擦、耐老化、使用寿命等整体性能明显提高。与制造、装配工艺配合实现了橡胶密封圈基座与过渡段外壁的随形无缝隙贴合,接头部位整体受压硫化提高了致密度和连接强力。总成密封圈组装时,在其基座外周实施二次卡箍收拢固定不会脱落,实现了使用寿命与飞机发动机维护周期的合理匹配,降低了飞机的维护成本,满足了整机的总体设计要求。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图详细说明本发明所指飞机发动机过渡段总成密封圈的结构及制造、装配方法。
如图所示,由密封工作面(1)、基座(2)和二次固定卡箍(5)构成了断面呈V字形的夹布骨架层(4)的总成橡胶密封圈,其中橡胶层(3)为饱和丁腈橡胶,夹布骨架层(4)为聚酯纤维布,二次固定卡箍(5)为可自攻旋紧收拢的不锈钢带。
其制作及装配步骤如下:
A.主体混炼胶制备:以饱和丁腈橡胶为基础胶,以过氧化物为硫化剂,辅以其他橡胶助剂经配合在炼胶机上混炼制得备用。
B.夹布生胶片制备:将步骤A所得混炼胶热炼出片,对0.24~0.28mm厚度的聚酯纤维布经压延机双面挂胶分别制得厚度为0.48~0.5mm的薄夹布生胶片和厚度为3.1~3.3mm的厚夹布生胶片。
C.剪裁:将经步骤B所得厚夹布生胶片按图纸或样板尺寸剪裁成两种规格密封条用厚夹布生胶片及包覆接头用薄夹布生胶片。
D.一次硫化定型:将经步骤C所得厚夹布生胶片分别装入两种规格密封条的硫化模具中硫化制得纵向弧度与过渡段外壁曲面弧度一致、V字型断面夹角为20°的橡胶密封条半成品。
E.粘贴定位:对经步骤D所得橡胶密封条半成品的基座粘贴面和过渡段两端口凸楞下粘贴处打磨、除尘、涂刷胶粘剂,常温干燥后粘贴定位、压实,在基座另一面加装环形工艺卡箍旋紧收拢、施压。
F.包覆接头:在各接头处,用经步骤C所得包覆接头用薄夹布生胶片包覆对接接头。
G.夹持接头硫化专用模具:分别将两种规格接头硫化专用模具的匚形框架套卡在三个过渡段端头的橡胶密封条对接接头处,按序装填框内拼接件,全面夹持步骤F中的薄夹布生胶片,旋紧螺栓加压。
H.二次硫化:将夹持有两种规格各三个对接处的接头硫化模具连同经步骤E处理过的过渡段金属筒一起装入硫化罐进行二次硫化。
I.加装二次固定卡箍:从经步骤H的过渡段上卸掉接头硫化专用模具和工艺卡箍,冷却后在V形断面的橡胶密封圈基座外原工艺卡箍的位置换装二次固定卡箍。
至此完成了整体飞机发动机过渡段总成密封圈的制造和装配。

Claims (6)

1.飞机发动机过渡段总成密封圈,其特征是由三段呈V字形断面、纵向弧度与过渡段外筒壁曲面弧度一致的夹布骨架层橡胶密封条对接接头粘贴外筒壁附以二次卡箍固定。
2.根据权利1所述飞机发动机过渡段总成密封圈,其特征是所述夹布骨架层为聚酯纤维布。
3.根据权利1所述飞机发动机过渡段总成密封圈,其特征是所述橡胶为饱和丁腈橡胶。
4.根据权利1所述飞机发动机过渡段总成密封圈,其特征是所述对接接头是使用接头专用模具夹持包覆的对接薄夹布生胶片连同过渡段经二次硫化交联而成环形密封圈。
5.根据权利1所述飞机发动机过渡段总成密封圈,其特征是所述二次卡箍为环绕在环形密封圈基座上表面可旋紧收拢的不锈钢带。
6.根据权利1所述飞机发动机过渡段总成式密封圈,其特征是飞机发动机过渡段总成密封圈的制作、装配方法步骤如下:
A.主体混炼胶制备:以饱和丁腈橡胶为基础胶,以过氧化物为硫化剂,辅以其他橡胶助剂经配合在炼胶机上混炼制得备用;
B.夹布生胶片制备:将步骤A所得混炼胶热炼出片,对0.24~0.28mm厚度的聚酯纤维布经压延机双面挂胶分别制得厚度为0.48~0.5mm的薄夹布生胶片和厚度为3.1~3.3mm的厚夹布生胶片;
C.剪裁:将经步骤B所得厚夹布生胶片按图纸或样板尺寸剪裁成两种规格密封条用厚夹布生胶片及包覆接头用薄夹布生胶片;
D.一次硫化定型:将经步骤C所得厚夹布生胶片分别装入两种规格密封条的硫化模具中硫化制得纵向弧度与过渡段外壁曲面弧度一致、V字型断面夹角为20°的橡胶密封条半成品;
E.粘贴定位:对经步骤D所得橡胶密封条半成品的基座粘贴面和过渡段两端口凸楞下粘贴处打磨、除尘、涂刷胶粘剂,常温干燥后粘贴定位、压实,在基座另一面加装环形工艺卡箍旋紧收拢、施压;
F.包覆接头:在各接头处,用经步骤C所得包覆接头用薄夹布生胶片包覆对接接头;
G.夹持接头硫化专用模具:分别将两种规格接头硫化专用模具的匚形框架套卡在三个过渡段端口的橡胶密封条对接接头处,按序装填框内拼接件,全面夹持步骤F中的薄夹布生胶片,旋紧螺栓加压;
H.二次硫化:将夹持有两种规格各三个对接处的接头硫化模具连同经步骤E处理过的过渡段金属筒一起装入硫化罐进行二次硫化;
