Abstract
本发明公开了一种洗衣房专用液体织物柔软剂及其制备方法,该织物柔软剂包括双酯基季铵盐、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、酰胺基乙氧基季铵盐、氨基硅油、异丙醇、增白剂、防腐剂、香精及水;该织物柔软剂除具有柔顺和抗静电作用及润湿效果,还具有抑蚀、分散、增白多重良好功效,满足高档宾馆酒店织物的柔顺和抗静电护理要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液体织物柔软剂,特别涉及一种同时具有柔软性与润湿性能的织物柔顺剂及其制备方法,属于清洗剂领域。
背景技术
在工业公用设施清洗剂(I&I)中,酒店洗衣房布草种类多样,同时要求布草在柔顺的基础上还应易于熨烫,减轻皱褶。有许多柔顺剂配方采用改性有机硅能获得更多益处,例如,氨基改性有机硅对织物手感和柔软性有明显提高。
目前,国内市场上生产的酒店洗衣房同类液体柔顺剂产品大多选用阳离子表面活性剂进行配制,大多数传统阳离子表面活性剂生物降解难,在保证洗涤后织物柔软后不能保证织物的再润湿性,甚至出现织物上活性物残留过多的现象。
发明内容
针对当今高档酒店宾馆对布草的洗涤护理要求,采用传统的柔顺剂存在柔软性与润湿性不能兼容的缺点,本发明的目的是在于提供一种除具有阳离子柔顺和抗静电作用及润湿效果,还具有抑蚀、分散、增白多重良好功效,该织物柔软剂的可生物降解能力高,成本低有利于推广应用。
本发明的另一个目的是在于提供一种简单、低成本的制备所述柔顺剂的方法。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明提供了一种洗衣房专用液体织物柔软剂,该织物柔软剂包括以下质量百分比组分:双酯基季铵盐1%~3%;十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱1.5%~3%;酰胺基乙氧基季铵盐3%~8%;氨基硅油4%~10%;异丙醇1%~5%;增白剂0.1~0.5%;防腐剂0.01%~0.1%;香精0.1%~0.5%;以总质量为100%计,余量为水。
本发明申请技术方案中关键在于将双酯基季铵盐和酰胺基乙氧基季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂与十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱两性表面活性剂组合使用。经过大量试验表明,一般含有长碳链的阳离子表面活性剂虽然能给织物带来柔顺和抗静电性能,但同时也降低了织物的吸水性能,使衣物的再润湿性能变差。而将双酯基季铵盐和酰胺基乙氧基季铵盐配合使用,几种表面活性剂之间的协同增效作用明显,不但能有效改善使织物的达到柔顺性和抗静电的效果,而且在一定程度上能保证产品的吸水性,使织物的再湿润性能较好;特别是在十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱两性离子表活性剂的作用下,双酯基季铵盐和酰胺基乙氧基季铵盐的性能得到明显的提升,不但能增强柔顺和抗静电作用以及对织物的润湿效果,还具有抑蚀、分散多重良好功效。
优选的方案,双酯基季铵盐为SL8011。
优选的方案,酰胺基乙氧基季铵盐为2,2-(牛油酰胺乙基)-聚乙氧基甲基氨-甲基硫酸盐。
优选的方案,增白剂为CBS-X(汽巴CBS-X)为双二苯乙烯-联苯型光学增白剂。
优选的方案,防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮。
本发明的织物柔软剂还可以包括色素等助剂。
本发明的还提供了一种制备所述的洗衣房专用液体织物柔软剂的方法,该方法是在水中,依次加入增白剂和双酯基季铵盐,搅拌至溶解;补加部分水后,再依次加入酰胺基乙氧基季铵盐、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、氨基硅油、防腐剂、异丙醇和香精,搅拌至溶解,即得。
本发明的制备洗衣房专用液体织物柔软剂的方法具体过程如下:在部分去离子水溶剂,添加增白剂,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;再加双脂基季铵盐,搅拌(必要时加热)至完全溶剂;再加入余下的去离子水溶剂,加入酰胺基乙氧基季铵盐,搅拌(必要时加热)至完全溶剂;加入十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入氨基硅油,搅拌均匀;所有试剂完全溶解后,降温到45℃以下,再加入异丙醇,搅拌均匀;加入防腐剂,搅拌均匀;最后加入香精(还可加入色素),搅拌至完全溶解。
相对现有技术,本发明的技术方案带来的有益技术效果:
1)本发明的液体织物柔软剂采用的各种原料均具有较好的生物降解性,残留量低。
2)本发明的液体织物柔软剂提供主要的柔顺和抗静电作用外,还可充分地增强洗涤后布草的润湿性能,同时具有抑蚀、分散、增白多重良好功效;该液体织物柔软剂尤其适合作为巾类布草的养护,提高柔顺效果。
3)本发明的液体织物柔软剂制备方法简单、成本低,满足工业生产。
具体实施方式
以下实施例旨在说明本发明内容,而不是限制本发明的权利要求的保护范围。
以下实施例1~4及对比实施例1和对比实施例2中洗衣房专用液体织物柔软剂配方按以下方法配制得到:在去离子水溶剂,添加增白剂,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;再加双脂基季铵盐(对比实施例2中不添加),搅拌(必要时加热)至完全溶剂;再加入余下的去离子水溶剂,加入酰胺基乙氧基季铵盐,搅拌(必要时加热)至完全溶剂;加入十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱(对比实施例1中不添加),搅拌至完全溶解,再加入氨基硅油,搅拌均匀;所有试剂完全溶解后,降温到室温,再加入异丙醇,搅拌均匀;加入防腐剂,搅拌均匀;最后加入香精(还可加入色素),搅拌至完全溶解。

织物抗静电性能:织物静电效应不但取决于其产生的静电量,更取决于静电荷散逸能力,织物表面电阻是表征织物静电衰减速度的物理量。本发明在规定条件下,将聚酯布用织物调理剂试验溶液浸泡处理,用超高电阻计测定聚酯布处理前后的表面电阻,以表面比电阻减低△ρ或表面比电阻对数值降低△lgρ评价织物柔顺抗静电性能的优劣。
根据轻工业行业标准QB/T4535要求再润湿性能(以毛细效应时间计)≤90s,抗静电性s(以表面比电阻对数值差计)≥2.5△Lgρ。

1.一种洗衣房专用液体织物柔软剂,其特征在于:包括以下质量百分比组分:
SL8011 1%~3%;
十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱 1.5%~3%;
2,2-(牛油酰胺乙基)-聚乙氧基甲基氨-甲基硫酸盐 3%~8%;
氨基硅油 4%~10%;
异丙醇 1%~5%;
增白剂 0.1%~0.5%;
防腐剂 0.01%~0.1%;
香精 0.1%~0.5%;
以总质量为100%计,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣房专用液体织物柔软剂,其特征在于:所述的增白剂为CBS-X。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣房专用液体织物柔软剂,其特征在于:所述的防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮。
4.制备权利要求1~3任一项所述的洗衣房专用液体织物柔软剂的方法,其特征在于:在水中,依次加入增白剂和双酯基季铵盐,搅拌至溶解;补加部分水后,再依次加入酰胺基乙氧基季铵盐、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、氨基硅油、防腐剂、异丙醇和香精,搅拌至溶解,即得。
