本发明公开了一种季醚铵酯柔软剂,按质量份计,包含氨基硅油25~35份、季醚铵酯45~50份、羟苯甲酸甲酯2~6份、对羟苯甲酸丁酯1~3份、香料1~5份和去离子水150~200份。本发明可以适用于纯棉面料,能有效提高纯棉面料的柔软度,且不会对面料造成损伤。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种季醚铵酯柔软剂,属于纺织处理技术领域。
背景技术
织物经过前处理和一系列染整加式后,由于去除了天然油脂蜡质,往往会降低其原有的平滑感,使手感变得粗糙。另外,有些织物需经过高温处理,如树脂整理,合纤的热定型、腈纶的汽蒸膨化以及涂料印花等,也会使织物手感变得粗硬。大部分合纤织物以及纯毛、棉绒织物经洗涤或肥皂洗后,都有变硬、手感粗糙,穿着不舒服等问题,为了克服这个缺点,就需要使用柔软剂来加以改善。随着合纤织物发发展,人们对织物的柔软整理要求日益迫切,柔软剂的重要性也就显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种季醚铵酯柔软剂。它可以适用于纯棉面料,能有效提高纯棉面料的柔软度,且不会对面料造成损伤。
本发明的技术方案:一种季醚铵酯柔软剂,其特点是,按质量份计,包含氨基硅油25~35份、季醚铵酯45~50份、羟苯甲酸甲酯2~6份、对羟苯甲酸丁酯1~3份、香料1~5份和去离子水150~200份。
前述的季醚铵酯柔软剂中,作为优选,按质量份计,包含氨基硅油28~32份、季醚铵酯47~48份、羟苯甲酸甲酯3~4份、对羟苯甲酸丁酯2~3份、香料3~4份和去离子水170~180份。
前述的季醚铵酯柔软剂的制备方法是:将去离子水加热到60℃,缓慢加入醚铵酯、羟苯甲酸甲酯和对羟苯甲酸丁酯,使用搅拌器,在300rpm速度下混合10~15分钟,以每分钟1℃的速度冷却到25℃,加入氨基硅油和香料,使用搅拌器,在250rpm速度下混合25~30分钟。
与现有技术相比,本发明利用季醚铵酯柔软剂对纯棉面料进行处理,能有效在纯棉面料上附着亲水基团,从而能够有效降低纯棉面料表面摩擦力,提高纯棉面料的柔软性能。而且本发明的柔软剂的自然降解能力强,更加绿色环保。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。一种季醚铵酯柔软剂,按质量份计,包含氨基硅油25~35份、季醚铵酯45~50份、羟苯甲酸甲酯2~6份、对羟苯甲酸丁酯1~3份、香料1~5份和去离子水150~200份。作为优选,所述季醚铵酯柔软剂,按质量份计,包含氨基硅油28~32份、季醚铵酯47~48份、羟苯甲酸甲酯3~4份、对羟苯甲酸丁酯2~3份、香料3~4份和去离子水170~180份。所述季醚铵酯柔软剂的制备方法是:将去离子水加热到60℃,缓慢加入醚铵酯、羟苯甲酸甲酯和对羟苯甲酸丁酯,使用搅拌器,在300rpm速度下混合10~15分钟,以每分钟1℃的速度冷却到25℃,加入氨基硅油和香料,使用搅拌器,在250rpm速度下混合25~30分钟,该方法制备的季醚铵酯柔软剂分散度高,黏度可低至30cps,配制增柔液时分散更快。
本发明的季醚铵酯柔软剂的使用实例,将季醚铵酯柔软剂以3%~5%质量百分比混合在水中,形成增柔液,将纯棉面料在40℃~60℃下,采用浴比30:1的方式,浸泡在增柔液中30分钟,离心脱水后,在100℃~120℃下干燥。

1.一种季醚铵酯柔软剂,其特征在于:按质量份计,包含氨基硅油25~35份、季醚铵酯45~50份、羟苯甲酸甲酯2~6份、对羟苯甲酸丁酯1~3份、香料1~5份和去离子水150~200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的季醚铵酯柔软剂,其特征在于:按质量份计,包含氨基硅油28~32份、季醚铵酯47~48份、羟苯甲酸甲酯3~4份、对羟苯甲酸丁酯2~3份、香料3~4份和去离子水170~180份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的季醚铵酯柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将去离子水加热到60℃,缓慢加入醚铵酯、羟苯甲酸甲酯和对羟苯甲酸丁酯,使用搅拌器,在300rpm速度下混合10~15分钟,以每分钟1℃的速度冷却到25℃,加入氨基硅油和香料,使用搅拌器,在250rpm速度下混合25~30分钟。
